absolutely atrocious,my food came in a very small portion size and when i went to get my food through guy told me they are gonna need another supply of food and a dozen more workers, and then i got a chair thrown at my head by the cashier !!!! do not recommend

I have been ordering from this establishment for quite a while, with no problems! Unfortunately, today was a NIGHTMARE! I placed a delivery and the entire order was Incorrect! I called and requested the correct order and was told to wait until they deliver me a new order. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to call to see the status! The women on the phone hung up on me twice as soon as I requested the status while laughing! The driver finally arrives with the food but is missing the fries and drink. When I called to let them know, a very angry man answers. He stated he was "too busy to talk and has 40 orders" and hung up! I have been ordering for years and I am actually happy to know I will never be supporting this establishment again!

I thought the other reviews about them not giving a fuck were just anomalies. I've ordered from here many times before, it was always great. It's been two hours since I ordered, nothing yet. They're only a few blocks from me too. The guy taking my order was a complete space cadet, and brushed me off when I called back to check on my order. Not ordering from here again. Super unfortunate.

Large portion sizes salad. Very fresh and prices are reasonable. I was able to save the meat sales for 2 days.

Theres some really great food at this joint!! They have one of the best burgers I have had in a LONG time. I have tried many burgers from many fancy restaurants and I have to tell you nothing surpasses this delicious juicy burger. Also try their chicken tenders. These too are so good!!!!! Also I ordered the vegetable soup which BTW has tons of delicious chicken in it. My daughter loved it. You gotta try this place!! Looking forward to trying all the other menu items in the upcoming weeks!! Keep up the good work :) ... just to add they give a nice portion which is an added bonus!!

Review #452 None Elite Squad I dined in tonight 12/30/2018Got a Retro Burger and fries and I have to say I loved it. The burger was thick, well seasoned and very good tasting. Kosher and well done. Fries were good..establishment very clean...opened late and we were welcomed well. It's a good small place to dine in or take out. It's for sure a 4 1/2 place

Last night I ordered seven burgers from Brooklyn location for me and my workers we were working at construction Night Shift. I strictly told the guy when I made the order that I would like to get the food nice and warm by the time the driver arrived. The food was very cold. French fries was missing Burgers were disgusting impossible to eat it. I made my points when I need the food for me and my workers the worst service and this is not the first time this will be just the beginning of the review.
