This place was absolutely delicious! We ordered their classic Chicken Parm Vodka Pizza, and it totally lived up to the hype--so flavorful and cheesy. The portion is HUGE and definitely shareable for 3-4 people, even though the menu says it serves 2. We also tried the calamari and the Little Gem Caesar salad, which were both excellent. We went for lunch, and it was the perfect spot for a quick yet satisfying meal. When we arrived, the hostess initially seemed hesitant to check upstairs for a table, but I insisted, and we were seated in the main dining area, which was much nicer. Aside from that small hiccup, the staff was very friendly and attentive.Highly recommend stopping by for a memorable meal! That Chicken Parm Pizza alone is worth the trip!

I came with a party of 6 for a birthday celebration, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance with friendly staff. While some items on the menu can be expensive, I felt that all the steaks were reasonably priced. The free bread they serve was amazing. The steak was a little undercooked for medium but was perfectly seasoned and very juicy. All members of the party enjoyed their dishes, such as the Spicy Coppa, Lobster Pasta, Fusilli alla Manzo, and Chicken Parm Pizza. The service was a bit slow, as it took the waitress a while to take our orders. We also had to ask for a bread refill multiple times before we finally received it. The tables are very close to each other and can feel a bit cramped, so if you're coming with a larger party, keep this in mind. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend you trying it for yourselves.

Nice place near central park for an italian lunch. It's more of a business lunch place rather than casual. We had the chicken parm pizza, which is essentially a large chicken parm in the shape of a pizza , lobster rigatoni and a side of brocollini. The chicken parm was nicely fried and seasoned. The lobster rigatoni was a nice Al dente with a nice sauce. Drinks were strong and well made. When serving the pizza they accidentally knocked mine over and were quick to bring me a new one. Overall, a nice meal with great service.

Food 4/10The food was fine. Definitely not worth the price though. The pasta was very "eh" and it was also too salty. The steak was also way too salty for my preference. Unfortunately, the highlight of the meal was their free bread and their calamari. Personally, would not come back againAtmosphere 4/10Probably a great spot for business meals, but I thought it was way too dark and loud inside. Located right in the middle of midtown, next to all these corporate office buildings, so it makes a lot of sense. Service 8/10Good service I guess, not much to complain about

Came here recently for a special birthday dinner for my husband and it is quite a scene! The place is huge, and feels very festive -- we were a group of six and large groups in general seemed popular. Being in a group is also a great way to share the many great dishes on the menu.We particularly enjoyed the dry aged steak agnolotti, corn crème brûlée side, and of course the chicken parm "pizza" has to be tried. Desserts actually turned out to be the standouts -- there are several unique presentations of gelato, and our fave was peppermint straciatella which arrived w a dark chocolate cookie and its glass rim covered in chocolate and candy cane. Overall food was very good. Service did its best but seemed very overstrained -- we sometimes went 25 min without anyone even checking if we needed water and had to remind our waiter of what we needed a few times. While the restaurant is spacious, reservations almost seems overbooked -- we had one for 8 pm and weren't seated til around 8:35. we had a reservation for 8 pm on a Monday and weren't seated until 8:35.

I spent my birthday dinner at Quality Italian and I'm so glad I did! We had a reservation, which arrived right on time for. It was really busy and we did have to wait for about 10 minutes in the bar area but then we were seated. The table was set with a little birthday card. Super generic without even my name on it, but a nice touch nonetheless. We were greeted by our server who was super kind and personable. He did have his upsell hat on, which I get because you have to sell to make money as a waiter, but it was a little much at times. Other than that, he took care of us throughout the meal. We started with some drinks while we looked at the menu and wine list. We're wine people but wanted to try something different to celebrate so their sommelier stopped by our table to help. Wine was pricey but it felt exclusive and many were options that we cannot get from our supplier back home. We ended up with a lot of food for the table. The rolls that came first were incredible. So buttery and garlicy. We split the whipped ricotta and Caesar salad. I would have ordered the ricotta again, but while it was good, the salad was a little generic for the price. My husband and I each got a pasta and split the NY strip. The truffle cacio e Pepe was incredible. I'd order it 10x over. We also had the special fusilli with a filet mignon Ragu which was also delightful. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce was rich and creamy. The strip was cooked well but a little tough. We're spoiled with steak living in Nebraska so I've had better but it wasn't awful. Dessert options came and we ordered too much but it was all great. I got a sundae for free for my birthday and it was a peppermint ice cream on top of a brownie. Super creamy and rich without feeling too sweet. We also got the sticky toffee pudding and the chocolate cake, which was an actual small 4" round cake. My only complaint with dessert is they didn't offer to package up the leftover cake. Everything tasted great and it was the perfect cap to dinner. To finish, I got a glass of champagne, which at $28, seemed like a steal. Overall, it was a great dinner spent with great friends and we will return when we are back in town.

There's no more quality Italian than Quality Italian. They always deliver a fresh take on Italian classics with a lot of interesting contemporary twists that are always delicious. Great bar and cocktails, too, only add to the experience in their fabulous second floor space. Attentive service rounds out the offering that exemplifies the quality at Quality Italian.

Came here years ago to take my paralegals out to lunch. I remembered loving everything here except the salad, since it had slight bitterness. The gelato I remembered thinking Amorino beats their version, but this one is my favourite out of their lineup. I am not sure now, since I haven't came back here for a minute.

Absolutely love all of the quality restaurants especially Quality Italian. The best service truly from complimentary champagne while waiting all the way to the dessert. Edmar is one of the best servers and will only be requesting him going forward! He was beyond attentive and has the best recommendations. 12/10 experience.
