I had high hopes for this place. The menu looks very tasty l ordered the soyvginger wings , fried shimp , crab sticks, scallops and frys. I had a whiting fish sandwich too. You can tell none of the fried seafood is fresh its all frozen. Whiting fish was very fishy smelling l could not eat it.The shrimp had a ton of batter on it and tasteless. The scallops of imitation no taste.Crab sticks was just the fake crab sticks just ok.The sol garlic wings hardly had any sauce on them and was tasteless! Frys was ok . I would never order any thing fried from this place!Really bad cheap smelly seafood. The grill salmon did look good but l think lm done with this place a big waste of money.

I eat from here pretty often and decide to change it up. None of the Grilled Shrimps (10) were split down the back, the food prep is off because why does the Grilled Salmon or Grilled Shrimps (10)still have a Ocean like taste it was not soaked or clean properly. You can season over that honey. Cook fast n get money is not clean. It's giving "hello health department" unfortunately crazy because I love their honey hot wings...

This is one of the best fresh fish option in Crown Heights Utica. The flavor is great and the rice and vegetables makes it a great meal for less than $12.I come here multiple times a week for the flounder meal with rice and veggies.

Unless your paying attention you walk right by this spot.... Very few seating.. The food hits the spot.. Quick simple eats. Great customer service. They are always willing to accommodate the menu when possible. The young lady at the register is always pleasent and knows all the regulars. Great Seafood .....

I was pretty impressed. I got the seafood combo. Fresh food for a good price. The delivery was fast and food was still hot when I opened it.

Pitkins does a lot of things right that establishments in this neighborhood often do not.Availability - Everything on the menu is stocked for peak dinner hours.Speed - It took a few minutes for my order to come out, but nothing out of the ordinary.Cleanliness - Establishment was clean and inviting.Options - It's fantastic that fish isn't just an afterthought. They have salmon, tilapia, flounder, basa, whiting, and catfish on the menu. Not to mention shrimp and snow crab. Brown rice too.Taste - The grilled catfish was pretty good. Maybe a little too salty, but a lot of flavor. The fried shrimps were a little bit too heavy on the breading, but they were still decent.A lot of other people seemed to be getting Chinese, specifically the teriyaki. Probably worth trying, as is the whole place if you're in the neighborhood.

They have wonderful customer but the sweetness from the staff did not blend well with my teriyaki chicken and shrimp combo with veggies and rice TOO MUCH DAMN SALT...fresh food yes but heavy with salt on the teriyaki sauce...I try to support businesses within my community...my 1st time is my last, I don't want fresh food with a pound of salty teriyaki sauce and side high blood pressure

I had ordered buffalo wings and fries. The food was horrible, the chicken tastes like it was mixed with fish. And to make matters worse the food was not fresh. You could tell it was cooked earlier and they warm it up. The customer service was okay, I don't understand how the cashier has not taste the wings cause she has no idea of the flavors. The restaurant was just like I said okay, the tables were sticky. I will not and never will be returning. I want my money back cause it's disrespectful to give someone food and it's obviously was cooked hours ago.

I called and placed an ordered for pick up with a guy. Told him how I wanted my food or else it would be hard to eat. I let someone pick the order up. When I received it, the rice was burnt or over cooked like they scraped the bottom of the pot and gave me the hard clumps. The fish was half way cooked. I don't want food poisoning, This was the last time, I refuse to support a business that wouldn't support any of the other restaurants in the community. You will not get rich from me especially if it's not deserved

Found a long piece of hair in my food halfway through. Very nasty. Will call the health department on these nasty fools. WEAR A HAT OR A HAIRNET WHEN YOU COOK
