Definitely not the Staten island experience. Food isn't the same either. But service and valet were lovely. It's not their fault.

I came here to have lunch with two friends. It was kind of disappointing. It was Easter Sunday and they offered a limited menu. The only dish that looked appealing was the risotto hence all three of us ordered it. I enjoyed the bread because it came with olive oil that had minced garlic in it. The service was impeccable. I arrived late. As soon as I sat down, the waiter gave me a menu. My dish came quick too.

I came here for lunch with a group of 3 people on a Sunday afternoon. I came from the gym so I was wearing a hoodie and leggings. It was probably not the right outfit choice since it was Easter brunch where people dress up. They didn't have their usual menu just the Easter menu which was limited in choices. We all ordered the shrimp asparagus risotto which was inconsistent - one dish did not have much sauce and another had a lot of sauce. Also, one dish had a lot of asparagus and other dish did not have much. The dish tasted great though. Service was fast and friendly. It's a decent Italian place if you're in the area but I prefer their other locations for the food.

I love the other locations and I had high expectations of this location since other places in the area are amazing. Fornetto was my fav but they are gone. We came for lunch this time. It's a bit hard to find as address is on emmons avenue but they are located on the side street of E19th. The place was empty with lots of staff standing around and they worked on take out orders. Service was ok. The staff here are from Sicily and that was a plus but not like other locations. The octopus was great. My black squid ink pasta dish had sand from the clams. I did not enjoy it. I don't like sand in my food. The other dishes were good. The broccoli rabe in both of the fish dishes was mostly stems and hard. I love my broccoli rabe lightly cooked but I could not chew these. For the kids chicken parm I was charged the dinner price instead of lunch. Only a few dollars so I ignored it. There is also credit card fee of 3.95 percent.

AVOID!!!!! I've given this restaurant two chances, and both times were a complete disappointment. The first time, in May 2023, I tried their family-style option at $80 per person. The restaurant was empty, which should have been a sign, but I wanted to give it a fair shot. Having lived in this area most of my life, I've dined at plenty of great Italian spots like Randazzo's, Angelina's in Staten Island, and Gino's in Bay Ridge. Unfortunately, this place does not compare. This time, on February 15, 2025, I came with family to honor my late sister. There were six of us, and the experience was just as bad, if not worse. The restaurant looked nice, but the service was shockingly poor--no napkins, no bread, no water until we specifically asked. The table setting was incomplete, and the staff seemed indifferent. For food, we ordered chicken Latini, chicken Marsala with ziti, shrimp salad, shrimp Parmesan, and gnocchi, plus calamari and chicken wings for appetizers. The only thing remotely good? The chicken wings--at an Italian restaurant! To top it off, my dirty martini was made incorrectly, and when I sent it back, instead of replacing it, they just brought me the olives with cheese. Who does that? The manager stood around smiling but did nothing to improve the experience. For a $350 bill, the service and food should have been much better. This was hands down the worst Italian restaurant I've ever been to. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

Visited a few weeks ago and it's a family vibe restaurant, but the music is super loud. I was expecting it to be a little quieter, but it was cool. I ordered the pappardelle bolognese and it was great. Their Cesar salad was tasty and so was the calamari. The waiter was very attentive. I would return!

My family is from the other side across the pond so they say they are born raised Italian come here after World War II. They don't like anything they have ever eaten in a restaurant ever they're in their 80s. They have never liked any food from any restaurant and they live in New York City. After saying all that this group of bingo friends all in their upper 80s frequent this restaurant on a weekly basis they love it so if you're truly looking for what an authentic Italian made cuisine should taste like give Patrizia's a try I guarantee you will not be disappointed 2085-year-old and up from the other side give it five stars and two thumbs up in the circle lol
