This review is for their happy hour which runs 4-7pm Monday through Friday! Half off beer and wine and even some common cocktails. Some apps are even on there for $6 like mozz sticks and pizza rolls!Service varies based off how busy they are and there's usually two working at once.I've been to other locations and I think this one is more spacious. The audience is mainly corporate given the location.Truly a solid spot for team happy hours, just be mindful it can get super busy during peak business times like end of quarter, year end, and holidays.

Maybe like three stars. Parm has various locations around the city. They serve Italian American comfort food in a spacious, and fun environment. Enjoy sandwiches, pasta, salads, in a cozy setting. The spaghetti and meatballs were for sure hearty. Portion sizes are larger than average. I was eyeing the Rigatoni Carbone with the pink vodka sauce - next time I 'll try this dish. The Crispy Zucchini was delightful but a tad greasy. The sauces accompanying this appetizer, however, were delicious. I'll definitely try them again.

I ordered from here for pick up, it was pretty dissapointing. First of all, I walked in and went towards the pick orders a nobody greets you, the staff just kind of waits around. Then when I was grabbing my bag, staff started to question me," what can we do for you," it was pretty rude. I gave them the name on the order and then questioned if they had the contents correct, which they seemed annoyed at. The entire experience went on like this and it was really awkward, staff needs to learn some professionalism and courtesy, it felt odd. Then when I got the food, it was so lack luster, literally I felt like I bought something from walmart. And I feel bad saying that because I like walmart, but you get my point, it didn't feel authentic nor worth the price point. I had heard so many good things about this place and was looking forward to eating here on the regular since it's so close, fingers crossed they improve on all fronts.

My friends and I didn't want to shell out $$ at Carbone so we went to Parm for their spicy rigatoni. I had to get the chicken parm as well since they're known for it! Both were pretty tasty but very filling. I couldn't finishFor appetizers, we got the house garlic bread with mozzarella and calamari. When I tell you the garlic bread with mozzarella was life changing, I mean it. That bite with the fresh mozz and crispy garlic bread made me want to ascend into the heavens. Literally had an out of body experience. The calamari was standard, but I will say that the fried peppers were a nice, unique touch! Overall, it was a fun experience and I had a wonderful time with my friends :) Spicy rigatoni: 8/10Chicken parm: 8/10Garlic bread and mozzarella: 100/10Calamari: 7/10

Parm is an amazing alternative to the coveted Carbone! We got the salad, which was just about on par with Carbone. It was cheesy and their croutons were to die for. We also got the meatballs. When I tell you they were the best meatballs I've had in MY LIFE, I'm not exaggerating. I got the spicy rigatoni which was also amazing. The garlic bread was incredible. The place was very vibey and chill for a Friday night. The wait staff was also helpful and kind.

Nice spot for italian in the area after work! I got the bolognese which was good, the portion just seemed a bit small. I definitely want to come back and try their chicken parm. It can get pretty loud especially if you're up by the bar so keep that in mind

Usually love parm and the aperol spritz this visit were AMAZING, but that's about it. We had to wait forever to get service (after we were seated) and over 40 minutes for our food. Drink orders also took a little too long to come through. Food was lacklustre. We always get an order of fries and they were rock hard. I decided to try the chicken francese and "go girl give us nothing". I understand it's a simple dish but there is nothing redeeming about it. I genuinely would not recommend it.Will I be back at Parm? Probably. But I genuinely hope my next experience lives up to what I've had before or I might have to let it go...

Came here with a few friends to try their happy hour! We sat outside so there's not too much to share about the ambiance, since there were only a few tables outside and it was right on the street. We did go inside to order drinks at the bar, and the inside was definitely a great vibe. The selected happy hour drinks were only $8, including aperol spritzes and moscow mules! The small bites that were also on the happy hour menu were delicious. The arancini was definitely a favorite across the table. I also enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. If you're looking for a good happy deal, for both food and drinks, this is the spot.

Parm is a chain of Italian restaurants owned by Major Food Group (the people behind Carbone, Torrisi etc) but it's essentially the little casual sister. The inside is nicely decorated, and gets a lot of light. They also have an amazing happy hour that lasts all day over the summer and features both drinks and food. I walked in on a weekday and sat at the bar with a friend. We got the Aperol Spritz ($7), Pizza Knots, and Mozz Sticks off their happy hour menu, and the classic Rigatoni Carbone off their regular menu. The Spritz is so tasty and a great deal. I also liked the Pizza Knots, they're basically like savory, garlicky donuts. The Rigatoni Carbone is yummy, with lots of sauce and a good kick from the peppers. Service was just fine.I feel like this place gets a bad rep because people go in expecting it to be at the level of Carbone, despite the steep discount in prices, and they leave unhappy because it's not the same place. If you take it at what it is: a casual, convenient chill spot that has cheap tasty drinks and food (esp at happy hour), you won't be disappointed.

I typically eat pretty healthy but if I'm traveling anywhere for work, all that goes out the window. I got the Parm Caesar salad which came heavily doused in dressing and cheese, adorned with these butter-soaked chunks. It wasn't so much a salad as it was cheese and dressing and croutons with a side of romaine. Also tried a bit of my friend's baked ziti (pretty good, a tad dry) and garlic broccoli (cooked to a nice crisp but holy moly, this made my breath reek well into the next day). They also have the Carbone rigatoni here for $18 (while I just looked up the dish on Carbone's menu and it's a whopping $34, jeebus). If the spicy rigatoni is the only reason you want to check out Carbone, come here instead. I had a hard time finding Parm; initially thought it was somewhere inside Brookfield but it's actually separate and on the other side of the block as PJ Clarke's. Same block as Seamore's. Really popular with the after-work crowd. The crazy din right by the bar with all the happy hour-goers was pretty bad, to the point where I couldn't hear my friend all that well.
