I went in to this deli at 2:30PM in the afternoon and was told I couldn't order my regular sandwich since the grill was "closed". I've been coming every week multiple times around the same time and was never told this. I would encourage the owner of this deli to speak with your lazy cooks who not only lost you solid future business from me but potentially others in the future. The guys were busy chatting with some other person in back to even try to help me. Not cool guys!! Will never return.

This store has everything but what good is it if you can't pay with your credit or debit card. I came in here for some lunch, just a small plate from the hot buffet line. When they weighed it, it came out to be about $3 and some change. On the register, it says debit or credit $10 minimum. I did not have any cash so the cashier (the owner I believe) says *with an attitude* 'you have to ask first, now I have to throw away the food'. I like the variety of items at the hot buffet but bad customer service will steer me away. I work at NY methodist, just one block away. Now they have lost the business of my whole office...

Not only are the juices at this deli incredible they serve the freshest fruits and vegetables as healthy juices. Their hot food bar has an abundance of variety with delicious fresh fried chicken macaroni and cheese and other delectable delights. Aside from their delicious food, the service is incredible. Every employee has been so kind and helpful and especially remembers that I'm a hospital worker and knows my favorite order. Very lovely neighborhood bodega!
