Osteria Delbianco is a GEM!! I held my mother's birthday here and it was AMAZING!! It has the perfect balance of upscale and casual. It was super busy, but cozy. Additionally, the staff were super friendly, quick, and attentive of our table. The food is also DELICIOUS!! The starter with bread and a sun dried tomato spread is so good. Some notable dishes that my table loved included the Prosciutto con Burrata, Strozzapreti Salsiccia e Funghi, and Lasagna "Omaggio alla Nonna Delbianco." But truthfully every dish was a hit. Even our guests said that this was the best pasta they've ever had. I ordered the spaghetti Al pomodoro, and it was really good! The lemon sorbet is also sooo good. They're willing to let you know what accommodations can be made according to your dietary restrictions! Overall, I'm super happy with the quality of Osteria Delbianco's food, service, authenticity, drink selection, and attentiveness. They truly made my mom's birthday special! This place is better than Il Cantinori :)

This is a very nice restaurant with a more elevated casual ambiance. It has a nice patio open for summer so you can get an indoor-outdoor vibe while you're there which is very pleasant. The food was tasty. The ravioli pastas I tried were yummy and different from very traditional italian fare. I had the daily special, which was a prosciutto and cheese stuffed ravioli in a creamy sauce with peas and mushroom. The spinach ravioli was good as well. The real star of the show was the tomato-y oil and herb mix they gave for the bread. It was absolutely delectable and so well seasoned and flavorful. The tiramisu was also very good and fluffy. The service was a little subpar, the server was very nice and friendly but didn't come around very much and the other tables in our area were getting more service than my table- that is the only reason a star was deducted. Overall though I would recommend going! Also, went on a Saturday ay 7:30 with no reservation and was sat right away.

Nice, classic Italian restaurant on a quiet midtown street just off Bryant Park. They've got your classic white tablecloths and nice subtle lighting and a fairly spacious seating plan. Good selection of Italian wines and attentive service. Had a delicious spinach salad and chocolate mousse dessert special. Would recommend for a date; good place to have a conversation!

A wonderful dining experience to celebrate my 39th birthday! When I made reservations through Yelp to have dinner here with my gal pal, I knew I wanted deliciously home-made pasta with authentic Italian flavors that are highly sought after. Their menu small and yet diverse, offered plenty of options for both savory and fresh ingredients for a memorable experience. To start, we wanted a salad, so we agreed that the Insalata Pere, Noci e Fossa, sounded a lot like summer, and with the pear and walnuts would be refreshing and clean tasting. We were exactly right! We appreciated that they split the salad for us before it arrived at our table, and we savored every bite. Two cleaned off plates returned to the kitchen. I sipped my Etna Bianco, and my bestie her prosecco. We were high on the evening and it just begun. For Primi, I had my heart already set on the Tagliolini di Spinaci Fossa e Pepe, since I first eat with my eyes, I saw plenty of pictures of this from my fellow Yelpers that I had to try it. My friend was watching her dairy intake, and decided on the Linguine alle Vongole, which was wonderful! The al dente pasta and the garlic and fresh parsley with the clams tasted like we were at the shore. A circle of clams around the perimeter of the dish made this easy to share with each other. I could see myself coming back for that myself. The seating inside was intimate and yet not, as the front doors and windows were open, allowing the city to be invited inside the restaurant. The tables were perfectly lit, making reading the menu a breeze. Tables around us were all celebrating something, and it was nice to see this place be used for others memories too.The staff came out surprising me with a lovely and light slice of tiramisu - my favorite! Thank you for the little details making my birthday weekend so special!

Came here on new year's eve and it was such a classy looking restaurant. Located conveniently in midtown Manhattan close to Bryant park close to many city train stations. Street parking could be challenging around the area if you are driving. We had made a reservation for 5 the day prior and thankfully there were some openings. Our service was pretty good, nothing to complain about, efficient and attentive. We got meat combos and a calamari combo for appetizer and everything tasted very fresh. Most of us got pasta for our main entry and some got the veal, all the pasta tasted very flavorful, loved by white wine clam pasta, this is really what we expected for a nice Italian restaurant. Dessert was great too, some of us were craving the tiramisu and their tiramisu really hit the spot. The creme brulee and panna cotta were authentic too. The price is up there, but our overall experience was quite good. 4-stars for the fact that nothing particularly stood out compared to other Italian restaurants, but definitely very authentic and a great classic.

Stopped by for a late lunch with coworkers! We were seated right away and the staff let me leave my carry-on luggage at the front of the restaurant.I shared the Striped Sea Bass and Gnocchi di patate con Ragu di Vitello Ricotta e Tartufo nero with my coworker. The Striped Sea Bass was good and well-prepared but I preferred the gnocchi as it was the ultimate comfort food with all the different textures and flavors!

We visited Osteria Del Bianco to have Italian food in New York. It's located near Bryant Park and was a short walk from our Hotel. We were very impressed with the servers, they were helpful and knowledgeable, they explained what the dishes were and what to expect. They even helped us share our meal by serving the dish on 2 plates. We did that for the salad also. White tablecloth and attentive service made the meal enjoyable. I would caution you that the stale tap water cost us $12. Though. Next time I would pass on the water. But we

Amazing service and fantastic food! Interior is also nice, though the tables are quite small. We loved everything we ordered, which included the calamari (which was unique in that it included a shrimp with its head on), a kale salad with apples, nuts, and goat cheese, the sausage and mushroom strozzapreti pasta, the linguine alle vongole, and the tiramisu. It was all very good but the strozzapreti pasta was the best. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

Manager in charge of reservation kind of rude or careless Our dinner on the new year evening was not as we expected, personal or stuff were hurrying and disorganized, the waiting for the main course was longer enough for one the stuff came to offer the dessert instead , very poor customer service , food ok not bad , but too expensive for nothing extraordinary
