The food is amazing. It is always a hit never a miss. Soup really warms your soul. The jerk dances on your tongue waking your tastebuds. I love this place.

I was in the area getting a car wash right across the street and stopped in here for some lunch. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. I decided on my staple Jamaican dish of stew chicken, rice and peas, plantains with veggies. The price was fair and the portions were just like I like them enough to have leftovers, lol.Surprisingly I wasn't a big fan of the stew chicken dish. It lacked flavor and juiciness. The rice and peas and veggies were just fine and tasted great with the gravy. However, the chicken just wasn't seasoned thoroughly. There were some pieces that were tastier than others.I would return to this spot if I'm in the area and check out some different menu items.

This restaurant is very close to my son's school and for the longest I said I have to try their food. I ordered pick up for two large oxtail meals with rice and peas cabbage and fried plantain. Honestly this restaurant has the best price in the area for oxtail on a whole. It's $20 for a large oxtail and $16 for a medium. The place was very clean and not a lot of traffic in and out. Here is my Honest opinion on the food. The oxtail meal was DIVINE. The meat was tender and well seasoned and they are VERY generous with the portion size, rice and meat ratio definitely match. The food is hands down 5 stars. The reason why I gave them 3 stars is that the customer service is just that HORRIBLE. The woman in the front are on their phones and just not paying attention at all. They lived up to the stigma for West Indian restaurants cashier's just very nonchalant, and careless. None the less I will definitely come back for the food.

Ochi is one of my lunch spot because I work in the area, the food is always good and the place is inviting countertop and floors are alway spotless. The customer service is the best they're alway professional, and courteous to me. Definitely a great neighborhood restaurant.

This place is the worst I can't imagine it surviving much longer. In a povish neighborhood with over priced rates,skimpy with the food & disgusting attitudes ALL THE TIME no matter the hour... You would think after all the complaints about the staffs rudeness they would either straighten up their act or get rid of them & replace with more friendly ppl... Those staff members is gonna cost that man his business... Only a fool will give rude,nasty & disgrantal ppl their money... Every time I see this place I wanna throw a brick through the windows but I wish them the best of luck cause they need it... It be your own ppl ripping you off & with an attitude at that... SMH!!!

I'm giving this restaurant 1star because that's the lowest it can go. The service was okay. They should be ashamed to sell anyone that disgusting food. The festivals looked like huge poop, the jerk chicken was not cleaned properly, I can see a lot of hairs on it and their stew chicken was not fresh, their rice and peas was hard. The only thing about this place is their restaurant is clean. And if anyone calls their food good, it's an embarrassment to other amazing Jamaican.

I ordered a small jerk pork meal w/rice and peas. And cabbage. Curry shrimp roti and a Rasta pasta from the "sides" menu First let me say the portions are tiny. If I ordered a Rasta pasta from the SIDES menu. Why are my other items in packaging the same size?They gave me the smallest amount of jerk pork possible and it was mostly fat. The little pork I did receive was seasoned extremely well. This was annoying bc it was already the tiniest meal I've ever seen in my life and 75% of the 2oz of meat was inedible. The rice and peas were standard and the steamed cabbage was very undercooked but I don't mind it that way. Others may complainThe curry shrimp came in a small sides package which is insane for a full price meal. It just wasn't good. The texture was no good and the tails were left on. The curry was on the thicker side and the shrimp were small so you don't notice the tail until it's too late the roti was doughy and undercooked. No flakiness or fluffiness at all. It was inedible The Rasta pasta should just be labeled as creamy pasta with veggies. There was no Rasta involved. Had I not been expecting Rasta pasta and received that dish I would have been fine with it. The taste wasn't bad but again it was not what I ordered

The service was excellent the food was good but not great . The chicken soup was rich and hearty the festival was not as soft as some I've eaten and the jerk chicken was inside jerk not on a grill . Prices reasonable only thing is the space is small so food wasn't on display everything came from the back. Non Jamaicans will love this place but as a Jamaican me it's average in a good way
