Can't blame them for bad luck. Our group (Eat Club) was supposed to meet there for early dinner.... and on the reserved day, the cook called in sick. Phil, the bartender par excellence, did his best, holding our table while we went 2 by 2 across the street to order from The Digital Food Court. Not bad food and Phil welcomed us back with forks and knives and plenty of beer. Great atmosphere, the regulars welcome the newcomers. Everybody's a friend. Nice selection of Irish beer.

Food was good. Service was okay. Prices are moderate. Drinks were light and refreshing. Pretty close to certain Broadway shows. Server was friendly. Lobster ravioli was delicious, the sauce was amazing.

So I don't typically brunch in Times Square or honestly go there at all besides for work. This past weekend, I happened to find myself in the area and stopped into O'Casey's for brunch. OMG is all I can say. I was absolutely shocked at how unexpectedly great the food was! It was *NOT* your typical underwhelming Irish Pub in a tourist trap food.. not at all. The food was AMAZING! Everything made from scratch - even the bun on the hamburger! Hand cut fries, super fresh meat and toppings. My bf said it was one of the best burgers he's had! I went with the meatloaf and was very happy with my choice. Very fresh and tasty. Awesome mashed potatoes, gravy and fresh broccoli. Portion sizes were great too. I honestly still can't believe I found such a great meal at an Irish Pub in Times Square - it just doesn't make sense! We went with the bottomless mimosas along with our brunch which also did not disappoint. They used good OJ and not too much of it, which is key! Prosecco is on tap which is rare but awesome. Seriously though. I know, I know.. If you're a NY'er, Times Square is the worst! BUT.. If you find yourself in this neck of the woods or if you're up for a challenge do check this place out. If you're a tourist who thrives in this area of the city, by all means have a meal or 2 here. Great options to choose from and I have a feeling you can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

The food and service was surprisingly good for a place right in the heart of the theater district. Our actual server was a little slow so the manager jumped in and we dealt with him the rest of the night, he was amazing. The food was great, got a chicken club and chicken Marsala. Would definitely return.

What a great hidden jem! We were greeted by Dilip who escorted us to our seats. While Robby, an expert mixologist, made one of the best Long Island's we have had in a long time. Great place to stop by before or after a show. Located next to the Imperial Theatre and 1 block off time square

Phil!!! Bartender manager crushed it! Our experience was top notch. 3 of us snuck off Times Square madness for a quick Irish pint and found a gem. Phil took care of us and knew we were in and out so hooked it up quickly. Cheers!
