Located at the Ritz Carlton, Nomad. Walking distance from Penn Station. The Ritz is beautiful! Love the dark, natural vibes. Check in for Nubeluz is downstairs past concierge. After check in, we were whisked away on the elevator to the rooftop. Reservations are a must! You might be able to walk in to the bar area but it was pretty busy at 4pm. We made reservations in advance. We went at 4pm because of our flight home but I would definitely go back at 4pm again. We were able to see the sunset and the city in the evening. Amazing!We started off with cocktails which are an experience. From the look to the taste, Jose André thought of everything. We started off with the caviar service with was amazing! Caviar, crème fraiche, and chips on dry ice. Pretty amazing. We had another round of cocktails, the tuna roll, and a lobster roll. Everything was fantastic! The service was great. There is a time limit of 1.5 hours and the server will let you know when your time is approaching and if you have time for additional food/drinks too.

This is my favorite place to take tourists. The city views are incredible and the place is instagram worthy. Food and drinks are decent, but expensive. I think the prices are worth it for the view! In the summer, you can even sit on the terrace.Service needs some work. It's a bit hit or miss depending on who your server is. I've had great experiences and very strange ones.

Update: came back for their afternoon tea service and this reservation was easy to grab. the views are so incredible and the vibes are 100000/10! the teas were incredible. i got a fruity one and loved it - the options were manythe savory bites kept getting better and better. jose andres is known for his cones so im glad we got to enjoy a cone as well. especially loved the lobster roll! the scones were delicious and the butter / jam paired incredibly here. for the rest of the desserts i was very disappointed- the flavors were all a miss - very high taste of ginger and cinnamon that didnt blend well. i think they were going for holiday desserts but it didnt stick. i finished none of the desserts and left then to be discarded since i really couldnt stand the flavors /: because of the desserts unfortunately i will not recommend nor return for afternoon tes but will recommend for a quick drink

The view here is absolutely stunning, especially during sunset - it's the perfect time to visit and take it all in. Reservations are highly recommended, as walk-ins are allowed but can come with long wait times. While the drinks/cocktails are on the pricey side, you're really paying for the breathtaking skyline and ambiance.

Nubeluz offers a spectacular view of the city from its rooftop viewing area. Guests can enjoy a large selection of cocktails, complemented by cozy and intimate seating arrangements with excellent service. The decor and atmosphere has a "sexy vibe" for lack of better words, so it is perfect for a date night or night out! Reservations are highly recommended.

Had a fantastic time coming here recently as a new friend mentioned we should check it out while I was in town for a brief period. First off, the views are fantastic from inside as well as on the terrace outside! Its almost like you can kiss the Empire State Building! So awesome!The vibe here has much sex appeal as there are lots of beautiful strangers in this space. Drinks are very much on point as I got the Mezcal Last Word which was amazing...highly recommend if you're into mezcal. Mike the crazy, but fun bartender then hooked me up with a dealer's choice mezcal cocktail which was very good! Great place to bring a friend or group outing. The only issue I have is the bathroom situation as there was a bit of a line with 2 bathrooms and everyone seemed confused if it was all gender or separate bathrooms for men/women. Bathroom gatekeeper should do a better job as there was a bit of confusion lol.

I didn't know that we can get access to the rooftop if you dined at one of the restaurants here but someone there gave us the hint. I went to go ask the hostess downstairs if we can go up, and they looked up my reservation at Zaytina and we were able to go upstairs. It was very nice on the rooftop with the views that you get from the windows. Great sipping on a drink while taking in the skyscrapers of nyc.

What a fun/sexy space to come with your significant other or just to hang out with a group of friends!The place is stunning and the views are breathtaking. We went during a rainy night so we couldn't go outside to the terrace, but still inside you could see the beautiful city lights. Magical! The service was on point. Very welcoming and friendly. The food menu had limited options but the items we ordered were tasty and delicious. The grilled cheese is a MUST! I personally come to these type of places to drink and have a good time not necessarily to eat, but if there's something that sounds interesting and it's worth trying, why not!? They have an incredible cocktail menu , but I ended up ordering the same as always, Old Fashion. Never disappoints. So good. We truly had an amazing time. Nice music and super chic ambiance. Don't miss out this rooftop GEM!

So much for "the ritz" ....lol. Hosts were rude and short. Gave no time frame for the wait. Said the longest wait would be 40 mins max. We waited 1.5 hours and they couldn't have cared less to give an estimate or any information regarding the situation. We sat in the lounge while we waited. I had to approach the bartender after 20 mins of sitting around to order drinks. Drinks still didn't come until another 20 mins later. I had to beg a random waitress for water- she rolled her eyes. Our drinks came 40 mins later (luckily we were still waiting for a "table".)Our "table" was finally ready and we couldn't get a check from any server. I had to ask a manager for help. They seemed unbothered. The check was dropped and my martini was charged as a premium martini rather than a house martini. I was so annoyed at this point I just wanted to leave. We put our card down and minutes (10) went by before we had to walk it to the manager AGAIN to pay the bill. We finally got up to the "famous" rooftop only to have no table or space at the bar. Bartender was friendly and helped us finally get seats at the bar, but ruined one of my drinks, forgot our food order and forgot to remake my drink. I've worked in high end hospitality for 7+ years and have never been so disappointed and frustrated by a well established company. Will never come back here.
