Came here with some friends for happy hour. They have a pretty good deal but I had to ask for the happy hour menu 3x before getting it. The staff seems pretty new and they were a little all over the place in terms of helpfulness. Some were really nice and some were completely useless. The music here was really loud and it was hard to catch up. The fries that come with the happy hour meal were amazing but the rest of the apps we tried were meh. Overall pretty average place.

After reading rave reviews on The Infatuation about this hot dog, I was so excited to come here and try it. I was ready to love it. The service was really nice and we loved the playlist and decor. The menu is so appealing too - so many things sound delicious. But I was here for that $15 hot dog. The highly anticipated hot dog arrived and to our disappointment, it was barely warm. The hot dog is split and cooked on a flat top grill, it appears. What made it worse was that the kewpie mayo was cold, making the hot dog even colder. The flavor was good and the kimchi and crispy shallots were awesome. The bun is also great quality. We also got a side of plain fries which were tasty and crispy and a good value for the portion size. They came out warm, but not piping hot, which was very puzzling as we were one of only three tables in the restaurant. I would possibly return to try some other dishes.

New Nomad Diner in the Arlo replaces beloved Lamalo. There are nods like the Babaganoush and spanakopita. So stylish inside. Think fancy diner.Ate:Tomato soupSteelhead trout ColeslawTotal $47 before tip The soup was perfect not overly creamy and the trout and creamy sunshine's yummy. Coleslaw could've been more seasoned. Very fun addition!

Relaxed vibes! Stayed at the Arlo Nomad and stopped by their diner for drinks. Bartender was very pleasant and made a great lemon drop from the happy hour menu! We didn't try any of the food.

I was 100% prepared to absolutely love this place...but it was not to be. Food was fine/average, but service really tanked the whole experience. Our server seemed to hate her life, hate her job, and hate us (probably along with the rest of the world.) Super short, no eye contact, maybe 7 words total to us during the night. The manager was really sweet but literally nothing could make up for the server. My husband's order was messed up, half of it came ages after our meals were served, and, again the manager was very nice - comp'd his meal, if the service wasn't so horrible we likely would still have returned, but it just doesn't seem worth it. Such a shame because the decor is gorgeous, but I'm not sure it will survive- there was only one other person in the restaurant on a Saturday night.

Massoni was a great restaurant that used to be in the Arlo Nomad Hotel. Nomad Diner is the new offering from the hotel and it's very good. Set up in the style of a traditional diner Noamd Diner offers various takes on classic diner fare. All reasonably priced you can have a great meal without breaking the bank.We had;Deviled Eggs - a delicious classic.Disco Fries - shoe string style disco fries with chicken gravy and gournay cheese. Great.Arlo Dog - with more restaurants putting fancy hot dogs on their menus, Nomad ranks with the best while staying inexpensive.Alice's Meatloaf - while meatloaf might not be on the top of one's list to order the one at Nomad Diner is very good.Side Of Coleslaw - solid.Brûlée Banana Split - while not bad this was the only thing we'd probably not order again. By the time we got the dessert all the ice cream had melted.Service wise the staff was nice, but it was a bit slow and spotty at times. It's a new restaurant so there are always kinks to work out in the opening months. Overall Nomad Diner is a great spot for a casual inexpensive meal.

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg looked a sponge and was green and gelatin like. Additionally, I asked for a mimosa and the waitress looked at me like I was from Mars. Don't waste you're money here you're better off going to Dunkin'.

This place is just too good to pass up! It's new and in the Arlo Hotel in KTown and it has some amazing dishes, a sleek but fun diner setting and the service is incredible. Definitely come for the disco fries and the arlo dog. Trust me, these two dishes were some of the best I've had in NYC. And the Cypriot salad is really creative and zesty. Make sure to get one of their amazing drinks (I don't drink but my fiancé had amazing cocktails and I had a great NA beer and egg cream)!!!
