Love this place. The staff is always so friendly and professional (shout out to Chris & KD) and the vibes are laid back and casual. I come in every few weeks and love trying new items off the menu. Some dishes I've enjoyed: Shrimp toastShu maiDuck baoDumplings Mapo cheeseThanks Nom Wah!

The staff here are always so friendly and genuinely nice! It's an open kitchen layout with self order and service so it's quite casual. They make really amazing dishes in such a small space. I would definitely get the duck buns (2 for $14) and the fried pork dumplings (4 for $8) again. The duck buns are in the soft mantou bread and has a bunch of seasoned duck rather than the traditional slice of duck. Very flavorful! The pork dumplings are thin skinned and packed with plenty of protein - classic must get!

This location can get pretty swamped by tourists so keep that in mind if you're in a hurry. Great service, the staff is friendly and service is quick. Fresh dumplings all the time. Veggie options available. I love the pork ones. Tables and high stools . Accessibility compliant gender neutral bathroom. I usually just grab dumplings to go , you can order ahead. There's a nice little self services section at the side counter with point of sale terminals where you can place orders for yourself ( using debit /credit or Apple Pay ,no cash at the self pay kiosk) Suaces and containers and free cold water.

Food is excellent but staff plays music at ear-splitting volume. I asked nicely if they would lower it and I don't think they did anything. I was the only customer.

One of the best duck buns I had in awhile. I was kinda worried cause the duck was shredded thought it would be dry but it was JUICY CRISPY FLAVORFUL. The sauce was great warm buns just how I like it yumm!! I wish it was a bit bigger for $14 this felt like an appetizer. The service was fast and quick very helpful cashier. If I had to describe the ambiance I would say chill, relaxing, mellow, and warm very welcoming. I would recommend this place

Food (4/5): Solid food albeit somewhat overpriced. We ordered the Dim Sum Set with Shrimp Shumai and Pork, Chive, and Shrimp dumplings; pan-fried noodles with crispy chicken; and crispy chicken buns. The dim sum set were solid and came out tasting fresh. The noodles were also decent. The only issue was that regular dim sum places generally did these dishes better with lower prices.Service (4/5): The person taking our order was helpful and efficient. The food took a while to come out even though there weren't many other people ordering.Ambiance (4/5): It's in the large Market 57 food court so you will have plenty of seating and good views of the waterfront. The nom wah store itself looked like it had a pretty nice looking booth.

The turnip cakes were absolutely amazing, thick and worth every cent! My friend had the sloppy Joe style noodles and liked them. For me, I wish the only vegetarian noodle option could opt out of the Szechuan flavor since I am intolerable of spice Edamame dumplings (not pictured) were really good and unique. Ambience was very well lit Service was very individualistic so if you thought you could ever do better, this is your moment- all the napkins, utensils, take out bags are available at the counter and even your order can be booped in on your own via the iPads (perfect for those that want to minimize interactions with humans)

I wish I could try everything on the menu because everything sounded good. I settled for the Pan-fried Noodles with Crispy Chicken and loved it. This place was jumping too and it took a minute to get my food, but it was all worth it.
