Ordered beef chow mein and pork chow mein for lunch on seamless. Instead I got onions with some beef/pork over fried rice. I called to tell them they didn't give me noodles for either order and she said "chow mein is rice" and that it's the correct order...I AM LITERALLY CHINESE HOW ARE YOU GONNA TELL ME RICE IS CALLED CHOW F$:@/?! MEIN!!!!Food is bland and trash. Rather eat a sock.

Definitely one of the weakest Chinese spots in the area, and I've had a LOT of Chinese takeout in Brooklyn. It's a problem.We ordered dumplings, an egg roll, and the sesame trio. The eggroll was ok, but the rest was disappointing. Delivery showed up about 25 minutes late, so the dumplings were dried out and the sesame dish was saucy mush meat.For a place called New China Tung, nothing tasted particularly new on my tongue. The freshest part of the order was probably the hair we found in the sesame sauce.

I am a huge fan of Chinese food, particularly orange chicken.I ordered takeout from New China a few weeks back, and it was honestly pretty sad. The orange chicken had almost no flavor, and the fried rice tasted really funky.I also had an eggroll, and unfortunately it was soggy and not tasty at all. I am going to skip on ordering from here again unless something seriously changes.

Recently got delivery and it was okay - I ordered the lunch order of the Sweet and Sour chicken with the dumpling soup and an order of fried dumplings. The chicken was great but the dumplings were super doughy. Will most likely get the lunch special again but will pass on the dumplings.

Le sigh... I had, perhaps, too high hopes for this place after I read the reviews. I ordered the House Mei Fun (super thin rice noodles with veggies, shrimp, chicken, pork, fish, and scallions), mapo tofu (medium spicy), egg drop soup and hot and sour soup (spicy). The only thing I finished completely was the house mei fun and egg drop soup. Neither of the mapo tofu or the hot and sour soup had any spiciness to it- no kick at all!! Even more disappointing, the soup was so. watered. down! The egg drop soup was the right consistency with the nice, ribbon like pieces of egg in it, but tasted like someone put in an extra cup of tap water. The hot and sour soup was even worse and I couldn't stomach it, being that even the texture was much too watery and definitely left me wanting some of that hot and sour combo to satisfy my palate!
