Great food, generous service and memorable experience. Fantastic pizza spot; we call it in and I go pick it up.

The place is clean and the staff is very professional. The prices are not too bad. They are very fast with serving food.

- just alright pizza- nothing special- service was nice- pizza was so hot, the cheese got sloppy- pizza looked like it was sitting out for awhile and not very fresh (and it was only noon)

Napoli is my go-to delivery spot for pizza. i've stopped in on occasion and have always been delighted by the scent of good pizza wafting through the door.*Tip: DO NOT venture into any pizza spot where you don't smell that good harmony of dough, sauce, and cheese beckoning you!Plus, they're hygenic - the pizzaiolo doesn't touch the money, and the cashier doesn't touch your slices.Especially in this time of COVID, i have been wary of takeout and delivery in general, but i ALWAYS warm my food in the oven til piping hot to alleviate my concerns about germs.That being said, Napoli CONSISTENTLY delivers great, comforting, tasty pizza. And this is coming from a pizza snob. You know that bite where you taste not just the cheese and sauce, but some faint herbs mixed in - yes! That's what you get as you eat your slices from Napoli. Now, it's NOT EVERY bite, cuz this isn't fancy schmancy pizza, but it's LEGIT. Now here is where i manage expectations - i've tried other random sides in the past & was not impressed, so do yourself a favor and just get a pie or slices. And, for the unfussy among us, that's all we need @ the end of the day - good pizza that satisfies.

The Pizza was just the cheery on top for this wonderful day. It's nice and thin crust pizza like us real New Yorker like it The pizza sauce was made just right not to sweet. The cheese had that nice cheese pull. Yum! Perfect

Fresh ingredients. YUM. Sitting here having a slice with fresh spinach, black olives and mushrooms. Delicious and they don't skimp on the toppings. Definetly load you up. I do find when the owner / manager is there my slices taste better.. It's like he knows better than his employees the right balance of how to load ingredients and time in oven. Only issue I had is I find both the bacon and ham used in Haiwian pizza ( my favorite type of pizza) way way too salty. But that my taste.The customer service is always very good and friendly.

Very solid pizza, nothing too fancy or out there just a good New York slice of pizza . Owner is very friendly when he's there and they provide good customer service . Not too pricey and definitely does the job .

I was craving a good pizzeria pizza and decided to order from this restaurant that's less than 3 blocks from my apartment. Delivery took 40 minutes, I felt that was long for the distance. I ordered a large pie, half cheese/half pepperoni and buffalo wings.The buffalo wings were terrible. All breading barely any wing. I hate breaded wings. The pizza looked appealing but the taste did not match. The pie is sitting in oil so the bread was chewy. The cheese was so thick. It was too much. Hated it honestly. Terrible pizza and terrible wings. Will not order from here again. Disappointed.

I have been coming to this location for over 25 years, and the customer service and food have always been outstanding. I've never had a bad experience with the food or service. Atmosphere is good. Highly recommend it as the best pizza in Brooklyn!
