The food here exceeded my expectations in some respects.Hubbie and I got the chicken with baby shrimp and broccoli lunch special with chicken fried rice and the shrimp toasts and boneless spare ribs to share. The rice lacked salt and was super oily but the flavor of the chicken and baby shrimp with broccoli was solid. The sauce was on the runnier side and tasted a lot lighter than other chicken and broccoli sauces I'm used to.The stars were the boneless spare ribs and the shrimp toasts. The ribs were delicious, not overly sticky sweet and packed a lot of flavor. The shrimp toasts tasted fresh, with a squeeze of lemon they were great.I recommend doing an appetizer night from this spot. They clearly have a bunch of fun options ranging from different dumplings and fried apps. Delivery was SUPER quick too for lunch. And the prices were super affordable. Will be ordering from here again.

I tried mr wonton today for lunch off the recommendation of a colleague , I ordered the sesame tofu a shrimp roll and a side of the fried fantail shrimp (fried hard) when I tell you the crunch the crisp the snap crackle and pop was soo good? Immediately a yes! this was literally some of the crispiest tofu and shrimps I have maybe ever had ! would definitely go back and try more!

Delivery review only. Went online & selected one of the "most popular" menu items - a combination platter - chicken & broccoli with rice. The food arrived nice & hot. The main entree was hidden beneath a large amount of rice - easily enough food for two people. Love the crunchy noodles ! **Remember to ask for mustard - they only included soy sauce & sweet and sour packets - so if you're a fan of mustard, remember to request it.

Ordered on their website for delivery it was confirmed and then I get a call from them saying my address is too far for delivery. Seriously? Why did your website allow me to order delivery then? Ridiculous.

Usually the food here is just ok.. but last night it went from ok to I was literally crawling on the floor sick 10 minutes after finishing an egg roll. I wonder how spoiled does an egg roll have to be to make one so sick!!!!

VEGETABLE WONTONS IN HOT SESAME SAUCE!! It us si hard to find a vegetarian wonton like this and they are absolutely delicious. Love the old school vibe of the place as well. Everything I have tried here had been good.

Really great Chinese spot for vegetarian eaters. Their soy protein dishes are almost like the real thing great for ordering in. Low key regular Chinese ambience nothing special but the staff is very sweet and welcoming/respectful.

On a rainy day thru DoorDash delivery we ordered following : 1) sweet & sour chicken with brown rice for $16.75. Portion was nice, we split it with my boss, a special sauce to dunk rice and meat was excellent addition. 2) pork dumplings - 6 of them , again with a sauce on a side was good for $9.25. 3) pepper steak with white rice shared by two for $18.25 also was good. Unfortunately 4) cold noodles with sesame sauce was missing from the order for $7.50. We requested the refund and was processed. In conclusion - it's a solid American style Chinese place even with addition of Thai food.

Pleasantly surprised. Dined in for some good ol Chinese American food and it was beyond my expectations. Great if you want no frills yet quality and pleasant atmosphere, and they close late! Ordered the eggplant with garlic sauce, pineapple fried rice and broccoli beef. Everything was super fresh. Presentation was really nice even. Service was cool. Bottled beer. I wish I knew about this place sooner.

Mr Wonton has been my go-to Chinese/Thai restaurant for years. We usually do take-out, and it is usually ready to be picked up in 10-15 minutes. It's still piping hot when we get it home. Some of my favorites are Pad Thai (better than most of the Thai restaurants around here), drunken noodles with vegetables (cooked perfectly), egg foo young (hard to find on the menu). I've never had a bad experience with them. On the rare occasion when we eat in, it's not noisy, the service is good, and the atmosphere relaxed. It's an unpretentious restaurant, but the experience is excellent.
