the place here is very clean including the bathroom. the food came in a matter of time is is delicious!! the staff were very kind. the indisde also looked very nice.

Tbh I don't remember trying the food here. I thought this was my first time... that is, until my sister hollered, "WDYM I BOUGHT YOU THE BEEF AND CHICKEN RAMEN BURGERS BEFORE!" and boy, did that jog my memory... and hurt my ears. Like sheesh, girl, why do you have to shout when I'm right next to you?? God, my poor ears. Anyways, I digress. From what I do remember, the ramen burgers were decent, albeit slightly too wet and soggy. Anyhow, onto the present. This time around, courtesy of our cousin who paid us a visit, we tried quite a few things off their menu, namely the BBQ Chicken Wings, the Spicy Fried Chicken Wings, the New Orleans Whole Roasted BBQ Chicken, the Fried Chicken Sandwich, and the Beef Burger.I'm not sure what's up with all the terrible reviews (nvm it's probably the service), but damnnnn Moon & Flower House makes some darn good chicken. Their New Orleans Whole Roasted BBQ Chicken was the best by far -- juicy, tender, and beautifully browned to perfection -- it's a must have! While there's nothing remotely "New Orleans" or Cajun about this chicken, boy, it sure is one hellaaaa fine chicken ;DComparatively, the Beef Burger leaves much to be desired. It's not terrible per se, but there's nothing incredible about it either. The patty was dry-- either from using beef that's too lean, from pressing the burgers and releasing the juices, or maybe even both. In short, chicken yea, beef nay.

Solid 3. After reading other Yelp reviews I was skeptical, mostly about the service. You have to speak up here, don't wait to be greeted, seated or asked if you're ready to order. You'll need to do the asking, so speak up. Could be a language barrier thing. It's like an Asian McDonalds really. Ok let's get to the food! Fried Cauliflower so great, great seasoning, honestly only the head was fried and had all the taste. Pineapple skewers, seasoned well and cooked well. I drove all this way for the Ramen Burgers. They were great. Love the sauce and seasoning however the ramen itself just tasted like unseasoned Ramen. That was a little weird. Unseasoned noodles. Hmmmmm I guess so. The ambiance was trying but at least the place looked clean, I even saw a women fluff the pillows. It definitely didn't feel like a destination but a stop along the way to somewhere or a local spot.

Hi, I just brought like 7 burgers and guess what, the chicken were not cooked well yet, this is literally disgusting . I will never come back.

I purchased about 50dollar from here today, and ask for some ketchup, the lady from the front told me if I don't purchase French fries, they don't offer ketchup , and she threw out a couple ketchup to me ! I am not being exaggerated, she threw ketchup to me ! Screw you! Bad attitude lady ! If you don't want to serve customer, quit your job then ! 这家店的老板 ， 你们前台的这个女人态度十分恶劣， 别让她影响了你们的生意，刚从你们店拿完出来，马上写这个恶评！ 再没有下一次！

Moon and Flower HouseOVERALL: 7.1/10This place got really low reviews on Yelp and when I went I didn't really see the problem with it. Dishes came out really quick. They have a relatively good amount of items on the menu and a lot of different combos. Taste-wise I think everything was pretty good, I mean it's hard to mess up fried foods. The pumpkin cake was a little disappointing as the taste was very vague. The fried chicken sandwich is comparable to Popeyes. Most of the negative reviews were for service which I didn't really have a problem with either. Spent around $25 for what you see in the pics.

They really have a good Asian fast food touch their chicken burgers are delicious and they also have other creative food and the flavors won't disappoint you it's busy place and the service might not be a 5star but the still ok For English speakers their English is not on point but will be understandable So I recommend people who wants a taste of Chinese burgers and treats here is a place u should really try

Staff is really nice , the place is really clean and tidy and is a comfortable seating arrangement. Bathrooms are clean and food came fast and is delicious

Went there a few times and each time the food was great. The employees were also very welcoming and polite. Highly recommended.

Ordered roasted chicken, but it was deep fried. The food didn't smell fresh. Once I opened the chicken, dark oil came out the chicken. The oil they used to fry the chicken was weeks old. The service was awful too. The servers were extremely rude for no reasons. Will not come back. Do not order anything from them. You don't want to get food poisoning.前台和服务员态度极差，故意刁难。不知道哪里的逼脸这么大做买卖还给人脸色看。不会再来这家了，也会告诉所有认识的人别来。可能钱太好赚了才会允许这样的服务态度和食品质量。
