I came here for restuarant week and ordered from the $45 prefix menu. The service was really great, the staff was super attentive with checking in on us and refilling out water. The restaurant was clean and features bar counter-top tables (with plenty of space for your food). There are also a few normal tables.4/5 - Pork Belly Bun: The bun was fully and tasted right (truly a duck bao bun). There was a good portion of sauce and meat. The meat was a bit too fatty for me personally, but overall really flavorful and grilled well.3.5/5 - Green Salad: I was really impressed with the large portion. The salad was pretty good from the small amount I ate -- loved the vinaigrette . I have a bunch of random allergies and I didn't eat much since I had trouble eating this for some reason (this is totally on me). I think it would've been good if I was normal and could eat more of this! Rating this as if I could eat it haha. 4/5 - Smoked Pork Noodles: The noodles were really flavorful and the dish was super filling, great portions! I loved the assortment of toppings and the aesthetic of the bowl. The broth was a tad bit too salty for me and the pork was grilled well (same as the one in the bun).5/5 - Vanilla soft serve with chilli and gochujang: I have an pretty low spice tolerance but this ice cream was really good that it was definately worth pushing my limits! I loved the biscuit on top. The drizzel had more of a kick than the ice cream. Super unique and yummy!I didn't have it but my friends said the seared shrimp bao was amazing, and they also accomodated my friend's dietary restriction for the bao, which was great (its normally cooked in pork fat). This is a nice place to eat with a small party (considering the majority bar seating arrangement) and the portions were filling! :)

Visited Momofuku as we were craving ramen in the chilly nyc winter and got the pork belly ramen and the garlic chicken ramen. Although we weren't expecting Japanese izakaya level ramen, I was super disappointed in the taste. Generally pork ramen has a very deep taste and the flavors are always in surplus but the broth barely tasted like a pork broth and the pork belly was on the chewier side. The garlic chicken ramen tasted fine but we wish it was more seasoned and had more of a garlicy flavor. However, I do think this is a decent spot for beginners to explore the concept of ramen.

Fantastic and classy "noodle palace" and a NY institution.4 star food: just about any noodle bowl here is fantastic ( and yes I make it a point of going here every visit back to Manhattan). It's a bit expensive though.5 star ambience: it's beautifully sleek inside. 4 star service: I think success may have gone to Momo's head a little bit. There's a bit of 'tude at times

Eugene and Kevin took care of us at the bar. Two of the best in NY. Gave us recommendations and pointers on the menu. I had been to the Toronto location before it closed. So glad I got to make it to this one... looking forward to the LA location next year!We split some pork buns, shrimp buns, and a cucumber salad.10/10 no notes. Can't wait to go back.

I came here with my cousin for dinner. We were able to make reservations, so got seated right away. Surprisingly, the place wasn't full at 6:30 on a weeknight, but by the time, we left, it was packed. We ordered the pork belly bun and roasted brussel sprouts (one of their specials that day) to share. I ordered the smoked pork ramen. My cousin ordered the chilled spicy peanut noodles. I thought everything tasted good, but it wasn't amazing. Maybe I had higher expectations due to the hype. People were seated pretty densely, so it got noisy. I had trouble hearing the wait staff at times, and I had to speak loudly to be able to have a conversation with my cousin. Overall, it was good food, just not amazing food.

First of all, Momofuku defies my typical Yelp review capabilities. I am in awe of this place. THIS is why food exists. We had Kimchi, seared pork buns with pickle (broke my brain) and a yet-to-be-added menu item; fried young garlic chicken over grilled romaine that had to have been cooked in garlic and chili oil . The chicken was perrrrfect and the flavor was off the charts. I wish I had been listening when they told us what it was, but just go ask about it. The food at Momo is of course amazing and the staff was better than best. Go. Thank me later.

Stopped here for a weekend dinner. Unsurprisingly, it was very busy. My party 2 waited about 30 min then got seated at the bar. The bar was really cool, as we got to chat with the chef and watch him prepare the meals! The interior of the restuarant is very nice. The space is very aestheic, and the restaurant does a great job maximizing the space. The ramen was ok - not bad, but it probably wasn't my favorite ramen I had in the city. The brussel sprouts though, were amazing! They were better than the ramen, which I was not expecting. The chef told us that the menu items are seasonal, so it's a shame they don't have it anymore! Overall, I'm split between a 3 and a 4, as I'm not 100% confident I would be able to recommend the place for the food. Although, if you're looking for w cozy, cute restaurant, this one is nice!

Pork buns and noodle soup were both very good. Restaurant is definitely very cramped and loud, and most people are sitting in a line at the bar as the name suggests.
