Before going inside i called and placed an order on the phone. She was really sweet and attentive. Asked me " if i wanted spicy on my sandwich" and i kindly told her " no" she replied " okay no problem I'll just put bbq sauce. Waited a little bit before picking up my order. When i got there she immediately knew my order and reassured me their was no spicy. Wanted to try something different, so i got me a bbq chicken sandwich combo. The combo comes with fries and a soda. The fries are crunchy and delicious, honestly, you don't even need to dip it in any sauce. The chicken sandwich was tasty but it was giving that fake chicken they making at the lab, stringy! Even the crust from the outside was stringy. I honestly wish i would've taken a picture. Is like when i bite into a part i had to actually bite hard because if not the whole chicken would've ve came off. Aside from that the sauce was really good and the burger bun as well. They add a leaf of cabbage and two big chunk slice of tomatoes. At least i tried it, wasnt the best chicken sandwich. The subtotal to this was $18.51. Went again to try their signature wings. Now those i can say were tasteful. Crispy and well done. 10pcs for $17 something. No fries just wings. I tore that box up tho. I also had it with ranch sauce so it gave it a little boost of flavor. Will come again to the all you can eat seafood boil and wings though. Review awaits.

I've been eating at this location multiple times and unfortunately, it has been slowly downhill, especially with my most recent visit. My order consisted of a small order of fried chicken and parmesan cheese fries paired with a Coca-Cola. The Coca-Cola was watered down and tasted slightly flavored/odd which I can assume came from a soda nozzle rather than an actual can or bottle which I prefer instead. The fries looked cooked but with just one bite, I could tell it was undercooked and slightly cold. The only saving grace was the Korean fried chicken, it was delicious and quite filling but it did not taste hot and ready but rather slightly cold, and not enough sauce coating the chicken to truly taste the soy garlic (my choice of sauce for the chicken). I want to add that I was seated at the bar which is far away from the entrance so the cold didn't enter while I was eating. I feel this place is a former shell of what it once was meaning they served some delicious Korean fried chicken and sides that paired perfectly that you wanted to enjoy every bite. Even the previous staff was more lively and attentive when serving their customers. On my recent visit, which was on a slower day, the staff was slower and more focused on what was on their phone rather than serving and assisting the few customers at the restaurant. This is a Korean fried chicken spot that I would try once again in the near future but for now, it's not something worth going out of your way to try

I just had an incredible dinner at Mad for Chicken, and I can't stop raving about it! The menu offers such an impressive variety of chicken options, making it hard to choose, but I ultimately went with the classic fried chicken. Let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside--absolutely satisfying. What really took the meal to the next level were the dipping sauces. They're a total game-changer! Each one had its unique flavor profile, adding an extra layer of deliciousness to the already amazing chicken. I spent a good amount of time trying them all, and I couldn't pick a favorite!Additionally, the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. I left feeling happy and full, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. This place has definitely become one of my favorites!

100% halal now! I was so excited to finally try this spot. The fried chicken is fried perfectly and the sauce is delicious! I believe we got the spicy soy garlic. It's also the first seafood boil I could eat (dietary restrictions including only certain seafoods) and it was yummy with the ramen! Their bulgogi bowl with the japchae was also great. The ambiance is a casual, sports bar kind of vibe. Service was okay and the staff was overall pretty nice. I love that there's so many locations. Perfect for a casual spot for halal korean fried chicken!

I really appreciate that they have vegetarian wings. I thought they were delicious and even the meat eaters at our table were eating them. Great vibe for a large group! The regular chicken was also delicious. Will definitely come back

Tasty Korean fried chicken! Kicking myself for forgetting to take a photo before demolishing the large combo we got for delivery for Super Bowl Sunday. It came with 8 drumsticks and 15 wings, and two small chilled containers of cubed pickled radish. I ordered the soy garlic flavor and it was finger-licking good! Let's say if fried chicken was healthier for you I'd be eating this much more often. The skin was crispy with batter and the sweet and savory sauce coated all around, but not too much that it drips everywhere. The meat inside was tender and juicy. The radish was pretty standard--white, crunchy, briny and tart. I haven't eaten in at this location but the store can seat about 30ish people inside, there's a counter in the back to order food that also kinda doubles as the bar area and food pass-thru.

Service was a bit slow and uneven, but our waitress was very nice. Maybe it was just our timing of walking in.We had spicy dumplings/potstickers, we intended them as the appetizers they were listed as on the menu however they showed up last on the table after a crispy chicken bowl and my MFC kfc spicy garlic wings. The bowl was not a hit. It was okay, but the chicken while fried was not crispy due to the rest of the ingredients. An additional issue for us was the hickory bbq sauce in the bowl. It just seemed an odd flavor profile but maybe it's a regular ingredient in Korean crispy chicken bowls? The wings were pretty good and the potstickers were fine but nothing to rave about. I would reorder the wings if I returned, but not the bowl or potsticker dumplings.

I would consider this fast casual, and within that class I would rate it a 4.We got the bulgogi bowl and the soy garlic wings with fries. Oh yeah and a couple of lychee martinis. The bowl was good, but had I known they had regular japchae I would've preferred that. The bulgogi was a bit sweet for my personal taste, but it was otherwise seasoned well and cooked just right. And the proportion to other ingredients in the bowl was on the mark. The chicken and fries were good, but not so distinctively superior to any other Korean fried chicken in the city. Most notable was the service. We basically had 20 minutes to dine and drink because we were in a rush. We let the host and server know up front and they got us taken care of. And they were so sweet. And they gave us a bonus bowl of fresh popcorn. Thanks for the kind treatment!

The place was very pretty tavern looking restaurant with spacious table for big groups. They also have outdoor seatings if needed. My friends and I wanted to try their new items (seafood boils) so we decided to do the All you can eat for 90 mins. The seafood boil sauce was quite good and tasty and pretty fresh but we felt like they were trying to rip us off. We were a group of 6 and the seafood boil portion was a little at a time and each order took 20 mins to come. Majority of the time was just waiting for the orders to come. I understand the point of not wanting us to waste any food but 2 legs at a time... it took us 3 orders for everyone to get one leg. I think they should find a better system so people aren't ripped off. But their fried chicken was pretty good though they need to work on better service. We kept missing orders like radish, salad and dumplings even though we asked again.
