Rose Pistachio Croissant ($8) - very good! Rich, not overly sweet.
Inside of Espresso Pain au Chocolat ($5.50) - great! Very buttery, has an espresso glaze that matches the dark chocolate very well

Loomi babka
Loomi Babka Bun ($7.50) - not good. Too dry. The bottom part has more lemon curd and is OK, but too expensive for what it is.

The pistachio rose croissant was the star of the show - warm, flakey, and balanced. The focaccia was nothing special but still yummy.Latte was solid but again didn't stand out I would come back here and recommend coming on a weekday

They have a lot of innovative pastries and I tried their regular croissant, famous rose pistachio croissant, deli scone, espresso chocolate croissant and tahini chocolate cookie. I found all of them to have more butter than average and as a result, very heavy.Service is quick and they have tables for people to enjoy their drinks and pastries. It's a casual atmosphere.I will go back to try their babka one day but otherwise, too heavy in general.

A fancy bakery with delicious pastries, but on the pricey side--small space and quite crowded!I came across this bakery on an Instagram reel and was excited to give it a try on a Sunday morning. As you can see from my photos, there was a line outside. We slowly made our way in and eventually reached the counter. The ordering process was straightforward--you select your pastries, they bag them, you pay for everything (including coffee and sandwiches) at the counter, and then wait for your coffee and sandwich to be prepared. The downside? There was no seating, and the place was packed. We waited quite a while for the sandwich--long enough that we had nearly finished our coffee and eaten half of our pastries before it even arrived, making us wonder if ordering the sandwich was the right call. That said, the cappuccino and pistachio-rose croissant were tasty, though I did notice a slight eggy smell in the croissant. The highlight for me was the roasted beet sandwich--it was flavorful and well-made. The coffee was decent, nothing exceptional.Overall, this place is worth trying, but given the wait times and limited space, I'm not sure if I'd return.

This bakery has such unique flavors and pastries! My friends and I were on a bakery crawl and shared 4 pastries. Although all were delicious, the standout was definitely the pistachio rose croissant. I also had a delicious tahini coffee with oatmilk. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of space to sit and also the coffee was rather small for the price.

This bakery has some of the best baked goods in the city. The chocolate chip cookies here are insane and you can't get anything that isn't going to be phenomenal. I got a tahini chocolate chip cookie here which was a unique take on a chocolate chip cookie with a roasted sesame flavor throughout, which complimented the chocolate. The touch of sea salt on the cookie made it perfect. I also got a dirty chai cinnamon bun and it was moist, and probably one of the best morning buns I've ever had!I will be going to librae and picking up a fun baked good whenever I get the chance!

Maybe a skosh overrated. Waited on line, which moves fast (so don't be intimidated if you're waiting outside). They don't have a TON of options but I'll say everything they do have is aesthetically beautiful. Went with a pistachio rose croissant, which again looked beautiful but was a bit lackluster. I wish there were a bit more creaminess to the topping as it seemed a bit thicker than I would expect. Also ordered an Americano which took a strange amount of time to receive (and the space is not designed for people to be able to stand around). Ultimately, an interesting hype and worth taking a picture inside with your pastries but probably wouldn't need to go back.

Wow.Honestly, I'm upset it's taken me two years to try Librae Bakery. It makes me question what I've been doing with my life. This is definitely my favorite bakery I've visited this year and one of my favorites in Manhattan. I had heard great things about the croissant, read about the tuna sandwhich, and had a really good feeling about their sourdough loaves. This was probably the best croissant I've ever had. A crispy, crunchy, chewy outer shell. A perfect lamination in the middle. And an extreme buttery flavor that almost gave me a savory garlic butter note. An award winning croissant in my book. The tuna sandwich was one of my favorites ever. Served on sliced sourdough, red onion, and a delicious (celery free) tuna sandwich. If I were to give a critique, which is hard, it was a bit oily but wonderful. The sourdough loaf was one of the best I've ever had, and definitely the best I've ever bought.... Razza being a close second. A perfect, crispy shell, a well hydrated and chewy interior, with an amazing sour flavor. We also got a molasses cookie woopie pie... it was so good we bought two more.Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed. And I take baked goods very seriously.

Librae is trendy but for good reason. Haven't had the pleasure of trying one of their glorious sandwiches but I can safely say that their pastries are worth the hype. Service is fast, accommodating, and to the point so don't expect a lot of patience for when you order - they typically have a long line to get thru. The pistachio rose croissant is ridiculously good. It's both aromatic and just the right amount of sweetness. My friend and I got a regular pastry and danish as well but the pistachio was where it's at.

OH LORDLiterally everything I tried was AMAZING.Espresso pain au chocolate had the slightly hint of espresso flavor, a deep dark rich chocolatey center, and the flakiest almost syrupy exterior to the croissant itself. Total win.Feta dill scone was laminated and both soft and pillowy with a bit of crunch and chew. Beautiful. Might've been my favorite of the savory. Shakshuka focaccia was packed with flavor and still had a jammy SLIGHTLY RUNNY YOLK???? HOW!!!! It really captured the flavors of a shakshuka very very well compared to another other place I've had shakshuka focaccia (side eye) French onion focaccia was the winter flavor special and had a very strong cheese flavor, not at all mild and flavorless as I had worried. The morning zaatar bun surprised me because I was totally nervous I wouldn't like it but it was very much a savory cruffin with labneh and the herby zing of zaatar atop. Fantastic.I wish the dirty chai sticky bun had been gooey and softer but I think that's just my preference! It was my least favorite of everything (and funnily enough my most anticipated of the lot) This ones around for a limited time too. I got there just before ten and while tables were packed as always there was no one else on line for treats. Fortunately there's a park with plenty of seating across the street. I will absolutely be back and give the sea salt mocha a go next time with their next selection of baked goods.

Visited around the end of the day, and the bakery was still very crowded with most items having sold out. There was just one Rose Pistachio Croissant left, and i made sure to order it before anyone else could. The croissant was very good. I tasted a lot more of the pistachio than the rose. It was also very, very flaky.Right before I left, the restaurant brought out a fresh batch of delicious chocolate cookies.
