Started with the deviled egg very taste. Followed with the salmon dish Delicious so fresh and melted in your mouth. Service so informative and there as often as needed. The chef came out to see if we enjoyed our time It was an amazing experience Room is very cozy and very simply decorated bar area is beautiful If you go for a burger it's only served at the bar. Don't know if you can walk in or you need a reservation for the bar. The dining room you do. Great space for a romantic dinner or a small holiday party. Music level at a comfortable volume Yes will be back. Maybe for the burger

If you need spend $700 on dinner for 3, Le B is the place. (The neighboring table spent $575 on dinner for 2.). Think about how incredibly stupid it is to be that wasteful. The food is pretentious, and the portions are nearly invisible. When the item you remember the most is the bread, you are in grave trouble. The service was friendly, but it was cloying and overbearing. It did not feel sincere. There were too many wait staff. The tables were too close together. There was no breathing room. And flambéing in a tight space also potentially pretty dangerous. When I got home I had a proper meal: a bowl of Special K and raspberries. The room is a nice color. That is about as generous I can be.

This place is definitely a bit of a more pretentious restaurant, but they have the right to be. It's a very swanky establishment, and if you sit at a table, you get a little extra touch of personalisation with a letter addressed to you. If you sit at the bar, nothing. But you do get to order the infamous burger. My friend had to get it, and as a pescatarian, I had fish. Ended the night with a decadent dessert that is flambéd right in front of you -- showstopper!

Phenomenal meal, wow. Great restaurant in all respects. Super comfortable too. Got the seafood Wellington, king salmon, salad and mini burger with fries. All beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, as you may see from the (dark, sorry) photo. We came with our 2 year old daughter and they were so accommodating. A must-go in the West Village!

Probably the best burger I've ever had in my life! Juicy, cheesy, meaty, unique flavors... And the fries they served on the side were addicting. Incredible service, and the space was beautiful. The special burger is only available at the bar, and they only serve 9 per night. Would recommend getting there on the earlier side to secure your burger, but even by 7pm on a Saturday night they still hadn't sold out (but don't quote me on that lol). Will 100% be back!!!

Le B is the perfect restaurant for restaurant week. First, because they offer the famed burger for table service (usually only offered at the bar in very limited quantities) and second, because the regular menu is stupidly over priced. I would say worth trying during RW for those reasons alone (driving the 4 stars) but be prepared for pretense and small portions. We had to specifically ask for the RW menu and were upsold at every course. In addition to the burger, the cocktails are also a highlight.

This place is amazing; in a city full of thousands of good and hundreds of great restaurants, this is in my top 3 (along with two sushi restaurants). Perfect blend of attentive and friendly but not stuffy service, a brilliant and innovative chef, and a menu (food and drinks) which is world-class.I was there for a work dinner with about 14 people, so we got to try a set menu of some of the best items (although there are a few other dishes I'm going to order when I come back on my own later in the week.). The dry-aged burger, onions nancy (a dip), and the Tasmanian sea trout appetizer were great -- also the two Smokey cocktails (RSM and Samkus) were the best cocktails I've had in the city. We also ordered a couple steaks to share (excellent) and a selection of cheese and dessert -- a really great meal, and about half of the per-person price I was expecting. Definitely planning to come back and also a great location for future client/conference dinners.

On 6/29/24 around 8PM, I had dinner at Le B. It was an amazing dinning experience, the entire team that I encountered were kind and informative on the dishes. The food is placed beautifully and tastes delicious. I was a bit wary because of the other reviews but I'm glad I went and experienced Le B. For myself . The staff is really kind. I observed an obnoxious guy treating his waiter unkindly. The waiter continued to explain the cheeses and dessert options to him in a kind manner, even though he should have been asked to leave for his condescending rude tone. I gave that rude guest a look of, "be better". Delicious food, polite team, and super cute design. When I visit New York again, I will try to get the cheese burger or fried chicken to go.

Ate here on Christmas Eve with my mom who was visiting, outstanding service, outstanding food, outstanding cocktails. It's clear the chef had a vision for the space, the music and lighting were on point, everything went smoothly. The onion dip sounds simple, absolutely to DIE FOR. The rabbit ragu is something I have not stopped thinking about since. Will definitely have to be back for a burger from the bar seat. Was a great way to spend Xmas Eve since I was stuck in the city this year.Angie Marr you are a genius.
