Bugs in Food and Manager lady yells at us.We've been loyal customers of La Villa for a while, but after our latest experience, we won't be returning. My wife ordered for delivery a grandma pie, a large Caesar salad, and a small one. Total? $60. Unfortunately, upon opening the large salad, she found a bug right on top. She was disgusted and lost her appetite immediately.I called the manager to inform her of the situation, hoping they'd take responsibility and issue a full refund. Instead, she insisted that bugs can occasionally "make it through" in lettuce and would only refund the salad. I explained that finding a bug in our food was not acceptable, especially for the price we paid, and requested a full refund since the experience was thoroughly ruined.To my shock, the manager argued that there was "no reason" to refund the pizza because the sauce is acidic and a bug "wouldn't survive in it." She even went as far as to accuse me of trying to "scam" them out of the $60! When I asked to speak with the owner, Frank, she refused and claimed he would agree with her stance. Throughout the call, she was rude, confrontational, and dismissive of our concerns.If you're thinking of ordering from La Villa, beware. The management seems to have lost both quality control and respect for their customers. I expected at least an apology or an offer to make things right, but instead was met with hostility. It's a shame to see a once-great spot lose its standards. I'd suggest supporting businesses that actually value their customers.

The food is delicious here and fresh. I came with my husband and daughter. Our daughter loved the bread and so did we! We asked for more. We had the fried calamari as an appetizer. I had the bruschetta Milanese as my meal and my husband had a pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious. I didn't think I would finish my meal but I finished all of it! The food came out pretty quickly. It is a little pricey but you're paying for good quality food. I've definitely received better service, especially for it not being crowded on a cold night. We asked for our waters to be refilled a couple of times. Our waitress didn't seem to be happy to be working. We still gave her an 18% tip but a smile goes a long way.

The food is amazing here. I at least order three times a week every holiday. We do takeout from La Villa. My favorite thing in the world is a rice bowl from here. I can eat it every single day. I recommend ordering and dining here. I just wish they were open later, because I would order twice a day then.

The baked clams were fresh and delicious, some of the best I've had. Service was professional and very helpful. The restaurant is amid of pizza parlor and a restaurant dining environment.

Food was actually pretty good. It would have been better if the wait staff was more professional. Friends of mine kept grabbing the waiter's attention and felt ignored.

How someone can take a neighborhood gem and completely destroy it is beyond me! I just received my delivery (Zucchini deep dish) only item that's still good at that place. My pizza was RAW have you ever had Raw dough ? You don't have to even dig for it, you can see it the second you open up the box. So they placed this inedible pie in a box, looked at the Raw dough and said ah who cares ! Biggest fu to the client (me) I picked the Raw Zucchini off the dough and paid $35 for that. Pissed is an understatement how careless the establishment owners have become to not over see what food is being put out to the public. Clearly I won't be returning or ordering again (this wasn't my first time having an awful food experience but that time I thought maybe it was just an off day and now I realize every day is an off day !) The delivery guy was very nice though happy New years

Pretty sad. I took out chicken Parmesan hero earlier this week. The cost was $24 plus tax! I expected nice pounded fillets with a crisp coat and homemade sauce topped with best quality cheese. I got nothing like this! One big hunk of fat fillet with stringy chicken. You want to make poor quality charge $10. You want to charge $24, which we are glad to pay, don't make garbage. This was a joke. One big thick peace of stringy chicken. Take the time and do it right like grandma taught you!! Slice thing and lifetly pound. Add a nice gravy with some sautéed garlic and onions. Place top quality mozerella on and toss in broiler or pizza oven. Will not be back. Ciao!

Pasta seemed undercooked and hard. Asked for organic brewed iced tea & instead the waiter brought Arizona. As we were telling him our order he was in a rush to leave our table.It took multiple times that we had to ask for tea and the check, waiter kept giving attitude and seemed like he didn't want to serve us. Overall disappointed and should've just went with the 3.7 ratings that I saw before coming. Don't think I'll be coming again, overpriced as well. We came home (3 hours after we ate and my husband started feeling dizzy and nauseas after the penne La vodka. Food poisoning probably- really disappointed in the service of the waiter that we had. Low quality service. Took a while to ask for tea and the waiter kept passing our table pretending like he didn't see us. But then he has time to stand there and wait for the tip! Not coming again and do not recommend this place
