When in NYC, you gotta grab a slice of pizza. This was the only pizza spot I picked out and it met my expectations. If you're not adding hot honey to pizza, you're doing it wrong even tho it was $2 extra. This pizza was DEEELICIOUS, the crounch, the fold of the crust, the sauce - not overly tomatoe or cheesy.A lot of people are coming to this tiny store since they don't want to go all the way down to Brooklyn so prepare to wait. They do have a restroom so a plus! Snag a small space in the corner if you find one so you can somewhat sit and eat. I would def come back here to try out more slices!

My friend described this place as her favorite pizza shop in New York, and after my visit, it might also be mine. Came here around 3:45 PM on a Monday so the line wasn't egregiously long. The cashier was so friendly and kind, explaining the different varieties of pizzas to customers. They have such unique combinations of flavors that really elevate them from other pizza spots.I got the Fig Jam and Bacon pizza, and I managed to snag a counter seat inside even though it was fairly crowded and people were milling about waiting for their orders. When I tell you that this pizza was packed with flavor! The sweetness of the jam took it to a whole other level, cutting through the savory greasiness of the pizza. It melded with the bacon flavor perfectly, and I see why this variety is so popular. I think it was worth the higher price point, especially since the slice was still decently sized. The shop itself, while noisy, could hold a lot of people and was definitely somewhere that you could still converse in and be able to hear the other person. I really liked my pizza and experience here, will definitely return!

Visited this pizza spot during my New York trip after I saw that it went viral on Tik Tok! It wasn't too busy for a weekday and we got our food almost right away. I tried the buratta slice and it was everything that I dreamed of. The pizza was light and the tomato sauce, cheese, and basil packed so much flavor! We devoured it right away. It wasn't too bad for the price point either.Would definitely give it another shot! The service was friendly. There are no seats but standing and eating really gave the NY ambiance :)

Looking back my album I realize I owe this pizzeria a star review. Amazing and most tasty pizza I ever had! I'm never a pizza person because it's a lot of bread, but at L'insydtrie I can eat a whole pizza alone. Very thin pizza therefore you can taste the distinguishable flavor of the sauce and toppings, yet it still has a crispy fluffy doughy crust to finish off. Non stop line out the door, but the wait is definitely worth! Busy and cozy vibe inside the pizzeria, and they got a covered outdoor seating patio too. Will have to hover next to the tables so you can grab them once the last party finishes. It's a must visit when in New York, for the best pizza and see the busy people on the streets.

First time here, recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We waited about 10 minutes in line and then another 10-15 minutes for our pizza slices. My husband and I tried the new yorker and pesto sausage, we enjoyed both pizzas, came out fresh and all the flavor tasted delicious! The ambiance is lively and seems like its a popular place amongst both tourists and locals, would definitely recommend to anyone and they offer dessert!

There is always a line for this place and no chairs to sit in, but the pizzas are really good!! There were about 12 people in front outside on the line. We waited about 15 mins and a small wait when you get to the counter. The wait staff was very friendly but their hands are tied do to the amount of pizzas for the people waiting for the orders. They also had pistachio soft ice cream and Olive oil ice cream. It has a salty flavor but not very. They also have beers and water available for sale.If the line is not bad, I probably wait again. It is definitely worth it.

Woooow! Some of the best pizza in NY. There is usually a line (I think it's worth waiting for). We ordered the mushroom, the marg, and the pepp. All amazing and I couldn't choose my favorite. We recommend getting a bunch and sharing. We also finished it off with the olive oil soft serve. I didn't expect to like it, but it was delicious, smooth, and flavorful. It's not a big restaurant, so you may want to get it to go or wait for a table. The decor and open layout are so cute and I loved watching them make the pizzas.

Prior to my trip to New York I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and read plenty of online reviews of the best pizza spots and L'Industrie kept popping up. Needless to say, it deserves the hype. I topped by on a Monday around 4 hoping the off-hours visit would mean it wouldn't be busy, but the place was packed with a small line out the door. The line moved quickly and I opted to try a slice of the fig jam and bacon and a margherita slice. There are some counters to eat at and I managed to find a little bit of space among the crowd. Both slices were fantastic. Their margherita might be the best I've had and the bacon jam was stellar with its savory and sweet profile. I loved the crispy thin and blistered crust on both. The place is definitely a must-stop destination for any pizza lover.

This was great pizza. Of the others on the "unofficial pizza trail" we are currently working through, L'i is very much towards the top, and I'm really glad I didn't have to go all the way to Brooklyn to try it.While you CAN get slices here, we ordered our standard two pies. It was super easy to order on the app, and we ate at Talea next door since there's very little room in the pizzeria itself. Pizza #1 - cheese. Had to. Great crust, just enough salt content, nice sauce. Pizza #2 - meats and burrata. This was our favorite, the pepperoni we added absolutely made this pie. A touch more on the salt, perhaps one touch too much, but nothing that stopped us from almost eating this whole thing. There was no calzone to try but I was very happy sticking with the pizza. If you go at the wrong time you'll be waiting a while (and outside) for a slice but otherwise order a pie (or two) ahead of time, grab a seat at Talea, and eat it hot.
