Favorite pizza in NY so far! I'm here for 3 months and on a mission to try as many as possible, and of the top rated pizzas in manhattan so far this is my favorite! The crust is sublime. So thin, yet able to retain the most delicate crispness and tenderness as well, the amount of sauce is perfect (as is the amount of cheese), and the toppings... oh. The burrata, the pepperonis, the fresh basil, the drizzle of oil. Just perfect. The staff were friendly and looked like they were all having a great time. I overheard one liken the kitchen to a club. The patrons were packed in like sardines, but everyone was friendly and happy and no booze was required.

Have you ever had a pizza so good you start moaning with ecstasy? I was in awe when I tried this place. I was thinking to myself, "it's just pizza..how good can it be?"I stood outside in the freezing cold, with borderline frostbite on my fingers, munching on the burrata slice, and suddenly every sad thought in my mind disappeared. all I could simply do was concentrate on this tangy masterpiece with a perfect undercarriage. I've had a lot of pizzas in my lifetime; infact, I would say I'm a borderline professional Pizza analyst. this is one of the best. I've tried all the main spots in the city; Luigi's, John's, DiFara's, Mama's. The one thing I like about pizza by the slice is that it's affordable, especially if you're on a budget, you can sample a wide variety. That said, I have sampled almost every popular NYC pizzeria. This one kicks everyone's ass by a mile.

Went in with VERY high expectations.... Pizza was good, but not mind-blowing! HHAHAHA I feel like most pizza places in New York are generally good! The white cream mozzarella pizza probably was my favorite. Definitely worth going once for the hype! The line is usually pretty long, but goes by fast & the workers knead the dough in front of you, so it's fun watching. Super crowded inside!

SERVICE- located in Williamsburg about a 10 minute walk from Bedford station - there might be a crowd depending on when you go- no seating areas but some counter spaces available for standing - order at front and they bring your pizza to you- most pizzas come out quickly but the vegan one is made to order so mine took nearly 45 minutes to make- servers are a hit and miss some were friendly while others just wanted us to eat and leaveMENU- pizzas by the slice- vegetarian options available, limited vegan option - average price ($6 per slice)FOOD- tomato pie with mushrooms (6/10): crispy fermented crust topped with tomato sauce, basil, olive oil, and sautéed mushrooms. I ordered two slices because that is the minimum for the vegan pizza but ended up getting 4 because of how long my order took to get ready. The pizza itself was just okay. I liked how thin the crust was and the slight tang it got from being fermented. The sauce was nothing standout, just a standard marinara sauce. I would have hoped that by now they would have a vegan cheese option as that would have been more substantial. WOULD I GO BACK? Probably not until they add more vegan options.

I got to L'industrie around 2 for a late lunch and the line was still so long. Thankfully it moved quickly and the workflow was really efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing menus for guests in line so that everyone knew what to order when they got to the register to help keep the line moving. There was a lot of standing room inside if you wanted to eat at the pizzeria but unfortunately we had to be someplace so we took it to go. The pizza was delicious even 20/30 min later. I would definitely want to come back!

This is the best slice shop I've been to so far in New York. The line is long, but you can skip it if you get pistachio gelato or order ahead. Inside there's a good amount of standing room and it has a cozy vibe inside. The best slice by far was the burrata! The margherita and the white were also good but I had to douse them in hot honey to enjoy them as much as the Burrata!

Wow I agree with another reviewer this pizza is divine. I had the new yorker I think with burrata.. Omg it was amazing. The crust was perfect, tiny but of parmesan to make the burrata even better. The whole slice was perfect. I can't wait to go back... You can't go wrong here. The staff were also amazing...

I stumbled across this hidden gem in the Williamsburg area 2 years ago, so when I was in town I knew I'd have to make a trip here to get a nice slice of authentic NY style pizza in this Brooklyn neighborhood! I mean WOWWW I absolutely cannot stop raving about how good everything is. The girl who cashed me out recommended I try the Blood orange soda which was sooo refreshing. They have the most fresh ingredients and always made to-order.Tip: Ask for a drizzle of their famous hot honey on your slice, you'll thank me later!

I am kissing the first two fingers and thumb of my right hand pressed together, and then splaying them. Mmmmmwah! They know from pizza in Brooklyn. (Love Di Fara's also.) We got the Margherita, Burrata, and White slices. The Margherita was good, but for some reason the sauce wasn't as flavorful as the other two, which were awesome. All of them had perfect crispy and chewy crusts. These may be the best NY style pizzas I've ever had. Better even than Joe's! I very rarely give five stars on Yelp, but this place deserves it.We also got a nice Millefoglie pastry for dessert, like a Napolean but with vanilla cream. We needed a knife to cut the crust, but they only had plastic spoons for some reason. We destroyed the thing to eat it, but it was good. There aren't tables, but they do have counters you can stand at to eat. That worked fine for us.This place is worth a long subway ride. Just go.
