Coming in on Sunday dinner. The place was surprisingly half empty. We quickly sat on the booth go through the menu. There's many appealing options for the family. However the quality are quite different from their pictures. A) ramen noodle broth, isn't authentic with very mild taste. The soup seems from package that we bought from H mart B) egg rice, both egg & rice aren't hot when served. Seems precooked for Instagram photos.C) fired pork chop & popcorn chicken it's very thin and dry with a lot breadingMost of the servers speak Chinese, then we realize this is not authentic Japanese Ramen!! Great for Instagram but poor for taste

I've been to Kyuramen in Dallas before and was excited to bring my family to the NY spot, which came before the Dallas one. The restaurant is bigger than it looks and bigger groups are sat in the back, in semi-private rooms, which is really nice for conversations and coziness. There's a call button you can use to order and pay, but sometimes you had to press it multiple times. Maybe they were really busy and couldn't hear it? Otherwise they were pretty quick to come over once the bell was rung (and heard). The food was good! The set combinations definitely set it apart from other ramen joints since the ramen didn't feel particularly unique to them (but I also just got a standard tonkotsu base).

I met an old colleague here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Ramen is always touch and go but this place hit the spot for quality and flavor factor!I ordered the combo 1 ( ramen chicken soup , bao and machta pudding) for $25. The ramen dish was super flavorful and for an extra $1 they added spicy noodles which wasn't that spicy actually. I had the chicken and the soup was delicious - I prefer it to be more temperature hot but it was hot enough. Prior to that I had the beef bao roll which was tasty and a great appetizer!Unfortunately I was t crazy about the dessert and pretty much left it alone I'd come back and order the popcorn chicken as well as a different type of ramen - Overall I was happy with the meal and the service

The tonkotsu ramen was smooth and tasty. Can easily slip into our mouth and digest. Vegetable ramen tastes healthy. Had Thai iced tea and it tastes great. Had asked the employees for utensils and it was properly delivered. The place is stylish with more tables inside and a counter for solo customers.

This is our favorite Ramen place right after watching a Broadway show. They are open until 1 o'clock in the morning and they can accommodate a large group of people who just finished watching a Broadway show. They have a huge variety of drinks. The Ramen is always on point. The meat in the Ramen is always tender and delicious. Service has always been good. They always serve with politeness and always with a smile. I know for a fact that we will definitely go back again whenever we visit the New York City to watch a Broadway show..

We ordered takeout from this restaurant, and the quality of the ramen delivery was comparable to dining in. The Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu Ramen had the perfect level of saltiness, and the pork pieces were generous. The takoyaki octopus balls were some of the best I've ever had, even though I'm not typically a fan of them.I can't wait to try more dishes from this place!

Absolutely delicious food made even more delicious by the fact that it was freezing cold outside when we ate there. I got the miso ramen with chashu pork and it was so flavorful and satisfying. The quality of the ingredients was top notch. The pan fried gyoza was also fantastic. I'd recommend that as well! The service was very efficient--we had our food within minutes of ordering. I'd definitely eat there again.

Food was surprisingly bland. Tasted pre made like mall or airport food. Came out fairly quick and service was prompt. Most people eating there seemed like tourists from the Midwest. Portion was large and prices were reasonably affordable. Good place if you're looking for functional food to fill you up. Also there really aren't any other ramen places nearby in the immediate area.

It's getting chilly now, which is the perfect time to get ramen! You have prob seen Kyuramen all over the city, so no reason to not check them out. The interior of each location is well decorated. I opted for the Times Square one.We ordered:Classic Japanese omurice combo (demi-glazed sauce and Thai iced tea)Toyko tonkotsu shouyuEel avocado burgerHonestly, you can't go wrong with anything from their menu. But it's not a place to wow a date. It's more a casual, let's catch up over a bowl of ramen vibe.
