after a long bike ride with friendwe were ready to eat something healthy in trendy Bwickambiance walking in quite chill, some plates hung on wall - lots of fake flowers about - but real wending vines..knowledgable waitress knew just what to suggest and service was fast - our fresh (not fried) thai rolls came out quick and a fabulous white sangria with chunks on fruit in it.. we dug right in and soon our Squid Salad slid on table, yyumm - see pic of the serving my friend gave me (she good).. so clean, neat, exquisite, glass noodles, black ear mushrooms -- spice level on-point..we asked waitress for meaning of klom klorm, "flavorful" she said (yyyyyeeessss)also asked waitress for shrimp - a batch of bbq prawn soon appeared -- plump, athletic, juicy, so deliiiishair-conditioning ductwork is nice design, cool comfy temps while hot summer outside..nice touches left and right - even a silky black cover on the toilet seat.. klom klormm Out into the sun again and delightful stroll thru Bshwck vintage market and Hernandez Parkdeeeelightful

I've always liked the food at this place since it has been one of the better Thai restaurants in the area. Excitedly took my visiting family here recently, only to receive repeated eye-rolls from the service wait-staff was rather inhospitable and disappointing. It was rather embarrassing for me since I was the one suggesting the restaurant.Instead of putting their best food and service forward, it seemed like they're too uptight to serve. We repeatedly had to request basics and felt like we were intruding on our wait staff. To add to this, we were levied an 18% tip compulsively on the bill after receiving such treatment. I know we are living in twisted times. But this is still NY and there's no point in going to a restaurant that loses touch with its human side. Food doesn't matter, most new Thai restaurants in the area are doing a good job at recreating similar dishes. Unfortunately I will be avoiding this place due to this display of hostile behaviour. Please don't bring family there if you don't want them to be treated poorly while dining.

Larb is delicious*Drunken noodle was the norm And skip the satay! *incredibly powerful flavors. Iced coffee was great

Update December 2024: As mentioned in my previous review, I've ordered MANY delivery orders and this is the 2nd time that the Pad Thai (vegetable) is borderline inedible and UberEats won't refund me so leaving a Yelp review. I would advise against ordering the Pad Thai or might specifically be the Pad Thai with vegetables?... No longer our go-to Thai place unfortunately.

Really good authentic Thai food here. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to authentic Asian food and this place does not disappoint at all! Every dish was fantastic and super flavorful. The pad see yew was probably the only thing that could have used a bit more flavor but the pad khee mao was excellent as were the fried rices we ordered and the som tum. The labb gai was probably my least favorite though. Overall, highly recommend for authentic Thai food! Will be ordering from here again soon :)

Came for dinner with friends. It was all our first time checking the spot out. Staff was friendly, food came out quick. It was packed with flavor. Their Thai iced tea & lychee martini were delicious. Look forward to coming again.

Love this place!! I used to live nearby and went all the time, I've since moved neighborhoods but went back last night since a friend was visiting and it was just as good as I remembered. We got the spring rolls, coconut juice, and green curry and pad kee mao both with tofu (I'm vegetarian). Everything was delicious, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was fast and great. Definitely recommend!

Klom Klorm: Rainy Day Respite in Brooklyn Came in on a drizzly Friday night at 8:30 PM, and despite the classic Brooklyn size of Klom Klorm, we snagged a table with ease. A few empty tables lingered, but the space still felt lively enough to warm us up from the cold.We kicked things off with the summer rolls--fresh, light, and perfectly portioned for sharing without causing pre-dinner regret. Then came the main event: the PHAD MED MA MONG HIM MA PHAN. (Yes, I shouted, and you would too if your dinner arrived inside a pineapple!). The flavors were rich, the portion was generous, and the presentation? Total Instagram bait.The cocktail menu looked tempting (next time!), though the wine selection was more "safe bet" than "wow factor." The service? Smooth and no-fuss, the way you'd want it on a chill night.As for the vibe: think fake flowers galore, not overly loud, and intimate without being cramped. Perfect for date night or catching up with a friend. Klom Klorm may not be fancy, but knows how to deliver where it counts: hearty portions, fresh flavors, and a touch of pineapple magic.

Love this Thai spot in Bushwick! Before living in the city I wasn't a huge Thai fan but Klom Klorm is an example of why I changed my mind. I've had a number of dishes here from rice, noodle, soups, and apps. Everything is delicious and authentic. I appreciate the spice levels here as well. If you dine in it's a cute atmosphere and they have a full bar. Service is always great and you'll see familiar faces working there which is something I love about a local business.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Favorite Thai food I've ever had outside of Thailand. I would look forward to the takeout if order from here every Friday afternoon. 1000/1000
