Not too sweet, very big portion. Long wait but very quick service. If youre planning to go, try to join waiting list via Yelp, while you walk to the restaurant.. you'll be notified when your table is ready. Busy area, people dine after watching a broadway play. Ambiance is loud and people are there to have fun and chat.

Food was good, little overpriced but good. Service was good as well. Our server Oliver was attentive. Combo Reuben sandwich was good. It comes with a dipping thousand island dressing on the side. The dressing was a weird texture and really not needed, just put it in the sandwich. Club sandwich was big and good. Side of creamy Cole slaw was decent size but far from creamy. It was mostly dry cabbage. It looked like it was scooped from the top of the container. Overall was not a bad meal.

Junior's offers an extensive menu of apps, soups, salads, lunch combos, reuben sandwiches, steakburgers, BBQ, seafood entrees, sides, sundaes, and desserts.We came here to grab a quick bite before a show, and, while the place was packed, we waited for 10 minutes or so before being seated.We ordered:+a Combo Reuben - came stacked with corned beef, pastrami, grilled sauerkraut, and Swiss on rye; this could have been served more hot as it was lukewarm; definitely stacked with the meats, but wasn't temperature hot; definitely shareable between at least 2 people+a side of cole slaw - this was definitely dressed and more on the 'wet side', but still tasty and a good complement to the greasy items+and, batter-dipped onion rings - these were pretty awful; not sure if the oil was old or what, but it had a real off-putting taste to them; also, there was hardly any onion in there, but just a thick, funnel-cake like batter on them; not at all enjoyableFor dessert, we tried:+the marble pound cake - nice and moist+and, a slice of their 'Famous No. 1 Original Cheesecake' - super grainy and not what was expected; this was not tasty at allService was friendly, but it was hard to get the missing items, refills, and the check.Definitely a tight dining area, so note that you may be bumping into and rubbing elbows with the adjacent dining partners.+lukewarm food+avoid the onion rings and the cheesecake+inefficient staff

This is specific to a delivery order. I had seen that Junior's was a quintessential NY cheesecake, and my husband is a big fan of cheesecake. During a recent NY visit, we ordered the strawberry cheesecake, and it was great! Definitely very dense and decadent, and hit the spot for something sweet. Would recommended!

Juniors is a tourist staple so we had to visit. There were 7 in our group, one with celiac. I will start off with, if you have celiac or any other severe food allergy this is really not the best spot. When asking about their gfree options I was told salads. With that being said the salad I ordered was good, just not filling to eat before a broadway show. All others in our group throughly enjoyed their meal! The stop is worth the cheese cake alone. This location was within walking distance to both Wicked and Hamilton so we had a bite to eat before the show and then had a nice walk to the theater. The ambiance is classic NYC tourist for sure.

Food was decent. Nothing to write home about. The fried chicken was a bit undercooked. Felt like they rushed the cooking process to get the food out fast. Service was speedy, I think the food suffered as a result. The desserts were on point had the 5-layer chocolate cake. It was great.

Quick lunch with kids before heading out of the city. Was seated quickly. Table was clean, service was super fast and stafff very friendly. Pricing is on parr with nyc expectations. Portions were large and flavors were great for comfort food. Fried chicken dinner for mom and grilled cheese / mac for the kids. Definitely warm and cooked correctly. Is it fine dining? Nope. But hits the spot after a long day
