On February 23rd at about 1245PM, I had entered your establishment and was immediately glared at by the African American woman who was the host at the dine in counter. I had greeted her with a smile and "Good Afternoon" to which she dug even deeper into her glare and said "how much "? When our server came and got us to be seated, the Hostess then told us "step out" and rolled her eyes with a complete and utter lack of professionalism. This was a complete turn off Being that I was just there two days ago and had a great experience. It's worth noting that when I was there 2 days ago for breakfast I had noticed this same "Hostess" giving attitude to about every other person she was assisting but didn't make nothing of it. First off, that woman needs a shoulder or someone to talk to before hitting the floor because such an iconic business such as yours should have the best customer service for such a front facing position. Needless to say, after being seated; my partner and I decided to get up and leave because her aura was horrendous. Please send her my love and care because she is in obvious need of it as soon as possible. I'm amazed that such a statuesque beauty such as her would have such an ugly attitude. I did nothing to this woman but say good afternoon, she responded to me as if I was there to rob her of joy and decided to try her best to rob me of mine. Anyways, God Bless Her; May her day get better and may someone in upper Management have a heart to heart talk with her and inform her that her attitude belongs in the break room not at the front podium.Thank You & Have A Great Day.

I mean, you're in NY.....you just came from a show.....it's late....You gotta have a piece of NY cheesecake!I came in, sat at the counter, the bar/counter-tender was nice, cleaned up a spot for me and quickly took my order.So, I got myself a mocktail and a piece of strawberry cheesecake, it hit the spot. NO WAY could I finish the slice, so I had to bring it back to the hotel with me for another time.The mocktail was a strawberry thing. Tasty and sweet. Went perfect with the cheesecake.This is a great go-to late night diner. I would come back. Maybe in a couple months, even.

I love Juniors! It was the one place I said I had to go when we were returning for a visit. The cheesecake is amazing! I've had their food before and that's great too. The service is fast and friendly and the interior is bright with accents of orange.

Nice to-go option for a sweet treat right next to the restaurant. Great option if you don't feel like waiting in a long line to get a table. Small little store with only outdoor seating available. Prices are somewhat reasonable for being a tourist trap. The two employees in there were very friendly and helpful. When I ordered a brownie, he told me there are nuts in it because he wanted to make sure I was aware in case I had any allergy issues. The brownie was ok, definitely doesn't live up to the juniors hype. Pretty basic and had a slight chemical taste. Not the best but good for mass produced.

3.75 stars. I ate here on a visit to New York recently to see a Broadway. The Location is ideal as it is situated directly in time square. Of course they are known for their cheesecake assortments but they are also a full diner so I thought I'd try out their other food. We were starving so we opted for the large appearing burgers and fries at the recommendation of the waitress who was very kind. She gave very quick service overall. Everything came out very fast. Also ordered the calamari as appetizers. Cocktails included a "Brooklyn" old fashioned that came with a rock candy stir and the Flatbush cocktail (rum , Hennessy , Cointreau, vermouth , aromatic bitters , lemon). The old fashioned was very woodsy , maybe a bit too heavy on the aromatic bitters and the Flatbush cocktail was a bit overpowering with the vermouth. The calamari was well cooked and I really enjoyed the spicy marinara sauce. The burgers , to my surprise , were the stars of the show ! Cooked perfectly medium with a delicious chargrill on the outside and juicy on the inside. The perfect burger actually. The fries were decent , sort of sitting for a bit you could tell. The cheesecake (not pictured) included red velvet cheesecake and carrot cake cheesecake. I have to say for a restaurant famous for its cheesecake this was definitely a let down. Firstly when you first walk in you can see in the display case all of the cheesecake is prepackaged in individual containers so it's likely not fresh and the taste of the actual cheesecake is very neutral , not sweet, which I found to be a bit off putting for a dessert. It tasted more like Philadelphia spread cream cheese than cheesecake. This may have been an off night as I've had juniors cheesecake before and it was sweeter. But again the highlight really was the burger. I would come back here again just for that. If you are ever in time square and need a quick hearty meal I would recommend for the burger for sure.

Over the top food. We didn't have any main dishes but our wings were good. Complimentary pickles and beets seemed random but I guess it's their tradition. We sat at the bar. Service was friendly and quick. Perfect spot to visit before or after seeing Lion King because it's right next door!

What an experience! My boyfriend & I decided to go after watching The Great Gatsby. The wait was 10-15 minutes long and it was quite busy so we were impressed how fast the wait went by. We were seated at a booth towards the back of the restaurant which we both appreciated.Our server was awesome, incredibly helpful, & very kind! 10/10 made our experience even better. We weren't too hungry but decided to share the brisket sandwich & a cup of matzo ball soup. For dessert we decided to share their sundae.Matzo Ball Soup: My first time trying matzo ball soup and I really enjoyed it. It was flavorful and just what I needed for a chillier night.Brisket Melt: I was not the biggest fan but my boyfriend really enjoyed this. The meat was very tender and it was overall--seasoned well. I think it was too heavy for me during that time. Sundae: The perfect way to end the night. 10/10
