My friends and I were starving when we came here at around 8:30pm and we were so glad there was no line! I got the spicy pork ramen and it was delicious-the broth is not as rich as other places but that was fine with me, as I wasn't in the mood for super rich broth. I really, really liked the chashu-it was moist, tender, a little fatty, and was well-seasoned. I just wish that the ramen was a little bit spicier. The egg was cooked perfectly soft boiled, and the noodles were thin noodles, which is my favorite kind of ramen noodles. The store was pretty cute and modernly decorated, and the service was friendly, nice, and fast. Would return if I'm ever in the area!

One of my favorite ramen spots in NYC! I have been here three times now and it never disappoints. I especially love:Sweet Potato FriesCrunchy CauliflowerChicken RamenThe noodles in the ramen are my favorite because they're the thin kind and don't get overly soft/mushy. The inside has limited searing but thankfully seats seem to clear pretty quickly! Service is also very fast! It's great for either lunch or dinner, and it's so cozy and inviting inside.

I ordered this place for takeout and even when it arrived it was super hot and had a great texture. 1. UMAMI CUCUMBER BITE (7/10): The sauce did not taste like any special. It tasted like sesame oil and soy sauce. It felt a bit greasy but the cucumbers tasted fresh. I don't think I would order this again.2. SPICY PORK BONE (8/10): This was delicious but lacked some of the richer flavors that ramen usually has. The egg was cooked perfectly and I really liked the bamboo in it. I would get this again if I was in the store. The delivery was fast and still delicious. I would definitely go to the restaurant to try it out in person.

Fantastic spot with delicious food to satisfy your ramen craving! The crispy shrimp was a recommended appetizer and it did not disappoint with its flavor and crunch. The spicy pork bone ramen and spicy miso ramen were both delicious and hearty. Service is amazing and the ambiance is homey. Definitely recommend.

(Overall: A) - Jun-Men Ramen is a ramen shop closer to the west side of Chelsea and I visited recently to try their take on a Pork Bone Ramen. I found their pork to be incredibly tender and adequately plentiful. The egg is beautifully marinated in soy, and the broth is very rich and well developed in that pork bone flavor. At $21, perhaps the ramen was a bit expensive, especially with no fresh vegetable besides scallions, but not too unreasonable for Chelsea standards. The atmosphere is very petite and cute and filled with a lovely aroma of truffle oil, that made me inclined to try their signature dry uni ramen next time. The staff are kind and overall, this was a pleasant experience! --Food: +1Presentation: EPrice: EAtmosphere: +1Service: +1Menu: +1Overall: +4 AIG: @amei.eats

This place is cozy, cute, and trendy. We stepped foot inside after visiting an art opening down the street. The weather was extremely cold so ramen is a must. We were greeted and sat immediately. For starters, we shared the fried rice and it was good but not memorable. I love how each one of us in the group ordered something different so we were able to depict each ramen. I got the spicy miso ramen and it felt so close to actually being back in Japan - the warmth of the rich broth and pork was benevolent together. The server was simultaneously flawless with managing all the tables in the restaurant. Speed to lead and remained calm scanning the room. I was very impressed with her dexterous manner.Even so much, we ordered dessert. The matcha creme brûlée, I was quite astonished of how pleasant it tasted. I am not a matcha person per se, that it doesn't take over my palate. It was sweet and light.. we should have ordered more hehe.

The temperatures have begun to dip and that means soup, and ramen, season is in. This is a small restaurant but I met up with a couple friends for a pre-show meal. We went right after they opened so we had no problem getting seated. We all ordered Sapporo's which weren't on the menu and got to work with our ramen. I got the spicy chicken and was so happy with him. Spicy and salty but balanced. The beer with it was a good move.

Food (5/5) - I came here last 3 years ago and am happy to report that the quality has been just as good! Broth is rich but smooth / no residue, the chili oil / paste adds a savoury kick to the noodles. I'm a stickler for noodle texture and this was borderline soft, I usually prefer them with a fresher bite. Egg is soft-boiled, chashu has been marinated through and is melt in your mouth.Ambiance (4/5) - Cozy and cute, has nice yellow lights reminiscent of lantern light and a counter-serve Japanese restaurant. Tables can get a little close especially for larger groups.Service (5/5) - Prompt and polite, they came by a few times to check on our food. They aren't pushy but place does turn over quite quickly.Price (4/5) - 20+ for a bowl of noodles without additions, desserts are around 10, and sodas are 8-10. Portions were decent, I finished my bowl and was happily full.

Ran out of the uni ramen. Got the spicy miso ramen which was flavorless and bland. The broth had no flavor and there was random chunks of pork fat (separated from the chashu for some reason ) floating in the broth.Overpriced at 26 dollars (including tip)
