I visited Industry Kitchen in downtown NY by Pier 15 on a beautiful, sunny day, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The outdoor seating is fantastic, offering a great view and a perfect atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed without being annoying. The overall vibe of the place is modern yet relaxed, making it a great spot for a casual lunch, leisurely dinner, or a happy hour like I went to! I recommend this place if you can take advantage of the outdoor seating on a nice day. It's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy some great drinks! I'll definitely be back to try the food!

Cleanliness: ACustomer Service: A+Food: B-Price/Value: N/AAmbiance/CleanlinessThe overall atmosphere was pretty cute. It's not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a casual date night or catching up with friends.Customer ServiceThe service was AMAZING--attentive, friendly, and efficient. They really made the experience enjoyable and ensured everything ran smoothly.FoodThe food was okay overall. I started with the squash soup, which was fine but lacked seasoning--it needed more flavor. The Margherita pizza was decent, but in NYC, where you expect exceptional pizza, it fell a bit short. The highlight was the dessert, which was very good and the most memorable part of the meal.PriceI can't comment on the pricing because I went on a work trip and didn't pay or take note of the costs.Final ThoughtsI am lukewarm about this place. While the dessert and service were standouts, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. I'd consider coming back for the dessert and the welcoming atmosphere, but I wouldn't go out of my way for the pizza.

Are you ready for the 411? Here we go...stopped here with co-workers for lunch and such a good choice. It was my first time here and I loved the ambiance of it being by the water. There was outdoor heated seating which I would have loved to try but we did indoor seating. Out server was attentive and made sure to get us in and out in time to get back to the office. The food was well seasoned and tasty. This would be a great date night spot. I plan to visit again when it gets warmer. What about you? Your in?

I've returned to this restaurant at least 5 more times after this review. There were so up and downs since the January 2020 with menu items changing. I do miss and prefer the truffle fries from 2020. However I finally got to try the pizzas which were consistently good. The lamb Chops were ok, I was not impressed. Recently the restaurant started their prix fixe special so I got the fattoush salad and teriyaki glazed salmon with the punch mocktail. This meal was satisfying and portions were perfect for 1 person. Most likely I'll be back because it's conveniently located less than 5 minutes away.

Solid 3. Nothing spectacular. But you'll have some good eats. Feels more like a place where you meet up with your coworkers or college bros... throw back a few, gets very loud - like yelling convo - atmosphere... yep, I am that old. We got a bunch of stuff to share, party of 9, lots of pizza... Margherita, Honey, and spicy one... they are not great pizza... but kids liked them, says "it's food"... lol The chicken was good size, with mash... at least it's not dry. The mussels were ok, but the sauce used as a dip w bread is yummy. The Atlantic salmon was not great... kind of boring... the lobster taco was a nice touch, over stuffed; and the Mediterranean salad was ok. Lobster ravioli was good and the lamb & feta meatballs were delish. Drinks were solid. I had a yummy mocktail! Great for chill vibe... they didn't rush us.

Two part review for my two visitsFirst visit: We came here for a girls night out. It was a really warm night and we wanted to sit outside to enjoy the weather before the change. Unfortunately, we had to go inside due to the rats running around near the water. Our server was kind enough to find us a seat indoors. Once inside, we were way more comfortable and able to enjoy our time. The food was really good but my drink was ok. I ordered a margarita with a splash of ginger beer and received a margarita with a can of ginger beer that I was charged for. We tried the Wood Fired Garlic Knots, which were amazing. Both sauces it came with were really good. For an entree, I had the Pan Seared Chicken Francese, also really good. One of the girls had the Lobster Ravioli and she seemed to have enjoy. When leaving we were bombarded by rats in front of the restaurant which was not a nice experience. Overall, it was a good time. Second visit: I wanted to try the restaurant again. This time in the day to avoid any rat encounters. With this visit, we had kids with us. The restaurant is not very kid friendly, such as no kids menu. However, the kids are very well behaved and willing to eat most things. We ordered a little bit of everything. Of course, I ordered the Garlic Knots again because they were delicious the first time around. We also ordered the Margherita pizza, Truffle Potato Wedges and the Wood Fired Cinnamon Bun. Everything was really delicious. The service was better the first visit but I would still return.

First timer . We wanted to go to Pier 15 and kids were hungry for a pizza . Googled and found this place .. the atmosphere inside was good . Nice seating outside too. Lots of tables to sit in and it was crowded . We wanted to take to-go. Didn't really see the menu and ordered 2x basic cheese pizza and a vegan omelette . And the price was about 75$ we weren't able to cancel it too since we ordered ! Ufff prettyyyyyy expensive .. never had 25$ small pizza in my life , but since kids were hungry we ordered it ..One thing I must say is - pizza tasted awesome . Less cheese and perfect NY style pizza . . Was thin and didn't stuff up the stomach much . Veggie omlette was very average . It tasted a bit raw . 21$ for it was a little too much . Service was quick. Bar is pretty good . They had a lot of options on the tap. Overall good but might not buy pizza here again :)

I came here with a group of friends for Brunch on a Saturday. We made a reservation but it wasn't very busy so walkins are not impossible. The location is great, right on the pier and there ample seating for indoors or outdoors depending on your preference. We had a couple apps to share and our own entrees. My favorite was the lamb lollipops and the grilled octopus. For my main, I had the huevos ranchero but could not finish it because it has an unusual sour taste to it. Definitely do not recommend that! My friend had the lobster omelette but we think the lobster wontons was a better choice if you want wontons. It's a cute spot if you want to have brunch for sure.
