Honestly decent BBQ for NYC standards. Brisket and ribs were good. Pulled pork was less my fave. Corn bread was a bit grainy and dry, but would def go back for more brisket! Lots of seating and quick service.

I really like the brisket sandwich. It was huge! This is coming from a Texan! I ordered via DoorDash so can't speak to the dining experience. Will def try some more of the menu.

We stopped by Hometown before an event and I completely enjoyed trying the : - Jerk Rib Tips - Brisket Queso (w Tortilla Chips) .I didn't expect to like this spot as much as I did. I even went back for their Korean sticky ribs (not pictured) after the event. .The summer beer on tap was delicious (I forgot the name) and there is plenty of lovely outdoor and indoor seating..They do run out of food by the early evening but they have lots of ribs by closing .Super friendly staff and helpful with bringing food to the table and suggesting what sides go with the meats .I love getting recommendations and fully loving the food!

Hands down this might be the best BBQ joint in NYC. Used to live in Texas and this is on par with the real stuff! Loved the ribs, they are so tender and the meat falls right off the bone. It does take a while to actually get your food after ordering, so don't wait til you're starving to show up.Prices are definitely a little steep here, especially for the beef ribs. Walked out with a substantially heavier stomach but a much lighter wallet!

So glad we stopped by this location to grab a plate of brisket, cornbread, collard greens, pickles and potato salad! We came on a Friday afternoon, wasn't busy and I wish I didn't eat breakfast if I knew we'd stop by here for a bite. Their brisket is the best I've ever had, the cornbread and collard greens were also excellent. Service was great, fun location too.

I finally made it here. The spot is so comfortable to be in. Nice decor and the service way on point. The bartender was very helpful picking out a beer to go along with the menu. Now, the menu; it was a good amount and not over the top like some places be. The group I went with ordered all the sides, pulled pork, turkey, ribs chicken and the brisket. There was no let down with any of the meats. All very well made with the right amount of smoke and seasonings. I really like the brisket the most. It was juicy and tender. The pulled pork was a bit too wet for me but good. I would go back for sure.

We were super siked to have some BBQ today and decided to order one beef rib (that cost $55), pork Korean ribs and a large mac & cheese. It was all VERY disappointing. For some reason they add salt to the top of the beef rib which completely ruined it. We ended up scraping the additional salt off the top which helped but, my taste buds were skunked afterward. The "Korean" ribs were honestly the worst Korean ribs I've ever had and were salty too. The mac & cheese was ok at best. Spent $97 and didn't finish any of it. I can easily say I will never eat there again.
