What a great find. Small, sweet, comfortable spot for really good food. (Didn't have cocktails but sat at the bar and watched her make amazing drinks). We had an iced coffee and a decaf cortado. Both delicious. Made fresh. Then eggs on sourdough with bacon and an order of mushroom toast that was spectacular. Fresh, varied mushrooms sautéed on sourdough with labne. Could eat this all day long. They do their own homemade hot sauce that is amazing. Hot and yet sweet and doesn't burn but is super flavorful. They usually sell it but has no bottles so they have us two to-go cups on the house. Robbie and staff are very nice and we will definitely be back.

I've always had great experiences at the SoHo location--friendly staff, excellent service, and great food. However, my visit to the Brooklyn location was disappointing.Upon arrival, I noticed a clear difference in treatment. The server gave the party before us the option of sitting at a table or the bar, but when it was our turn, we were directed straight to the bar without being asked. Despite open tables, two parties after us were seated at tables without issue. We waited for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment--no greeting, no drink offer, nothing. Eventually, we had to flag down another employee just to get the server's attention. At that point, we decided to leave, and only then were we suddenly offered a table. It was frustrating and disheartening to feel ignored and treated differently. Whether intentional or not, this experience left a negative impression, and I hope the management takes concerns about fairness and customer treatment seriously.

I'd rate Good Thanks three and a half stars.Bustling brunch spot. We came on a busy Sunday afternoon. They were full but able to wear our table of four quickly. Restaurant was basically full the entire time we were there. It was a very cold day, so I had a cup of the hot, spiced apple cider. It was a perfect beverage to warm me up! Super cozy and comfy drink. Makes you feel at home under a blanket. For my main, I had the shrimp patty with a side of fries. Shrimp patty topped with slaw and served on a sesame bun. The fries were a super thin shoestring variety. Service was attentive and the food came out quickly. It's a small restaurant and seating is tight. There was one gender neutral restroom.

What an incredible and cute little brunch spot. I was so impressed that the food was so tasty. I had an espresso martini that was strong and on point. The hashbrowns are to die for, they reminded me of latke and had such a great creamy sauce underneath. The eggs were perfect and I loved that Conrad (our waiter) was able to get pickled onions on my plate as they really tied together the dish. My brother had the breakfast sandwich and loved it, and my friend also had the eggs on toast. They shared the French toast and raved about it. You'll definitely see me back here again!

A quaint and comfy feeling place that opened six months ago in Brooklyn. We ordered the kimchi scrambled on sourdough and the good thx burger with added fries. Both are delicious and the fries are the best fries I've ever had. Cut small and thin, they are super crispy! The homemade sambal adds a nice and perfect little spice and tanginess to my scrambled eggs.

came here in a RAVENOUS mood and there was a 30 min wait came back after 30 min and no text and the server said he texted me?? idk was a weird confusionwe didn't get our menus or any service for like 15-20 min so we had to get the attention of the server AGAIN. they felt really bad and comped our drinks and banana bread.banana bread was definitely more of a bread consistency than an actual sweet pastry. I thought it was good with the butter, but kinda dry overall.SHRIMP BURGER JUST HIT THE SPOT. not too fried, really good condiments, and the hot sauce was suchhh a good addition. would go again just for that.eggs and labneh were good and tasted fresh/airy but nothing crazy. I was happy with the food overall, service was just confusing bc everyone was so nice but they def seemed understaffed LOL

I have been to the BK and LES location and both are great! They fill up quickly on weekends so expect a wait. I love the kimchi eggs but this time I just got a breakfast sandwich which was very yummy. The coffee is always good as well. The service is better than a lot of the other restaurants I have been to in NYC. My water was always full and I didn't have to wait around for the check. The inside is rather small but they have outdoor seating for when it's warm outside as well! Prices are comparable to others in the area.

First time coming since it opened, I use to come for oysters when it was the spot before. I happened to come during Happy hour got a burger for $10 and a hot fuzz for $10. Both were delicious and the bartender, Haru? was great. I added a salad to my burger but it had black pepper and I hateeeeee black pepper. Totally my fault, I didn't ask, and most people love those vile little balls, but so awful. Salad was great, just the evil crushed black pepper sprinkled throughout was the issue.

My friends and I went for breakfast to celebrate one of their birthdays and we all absolutely LOVED everything about our experience. We were torn between Good Thanks and another famous brunch joint in Brooklyn but we were all so glad we chose this place. First off, vibes were immaculate, service was fantastic (thank you Robby!!) and food was spectacular. As Asians, we can be a bit picky with food (we don't like too salty, too sweet, or bland) and literally every dish was perfect!! Just to name a few of my favorites: the gluten free banana bread (MUST!!! -- I'm not gluten free and never get anything gluten free but yall this was the best banana bread I've ever had in my life), the shrimp burger (MUST!!!), the French fries (MUST!!!), the curry dish with eggs and avocado (I had low expectations but it was DELICIOUS). I honestly cannot wait to return soon. Love this place -- y'all did everything right.
