Lovely lunch place. Good service and tasty food and a calm atmosphere. The tuna is always good for 3 pieces is all you get. The salmon entree was very moist. I'll get that next time!

The tipoff this was not going to be one of my favorite dining experiences was the barely-concealed expression of contempt on our server's face as they watched us settle in at our table. Okay - no we're not AMEX Black Card material, but professionally, we do alright. From here, will break down the experience: Service: Generally proficient, but without a smidge of warmth or kindness; also strangely bad at times - water glass never refilled; bussers reaching across us to deliver plates (as though we're not supposed to be aware that's a no-no); never a follow-up, "how is everything?" from our server.Noise level: INSANELY loud when the (downstairs) room is filledFood: Took more than an hour at lunchtime to receive our entrees, though when they arrived, they were exquisitely prepared and plated - yet, my brown-butter-forward dish really could have used a hit of acid to cut through its overbearing richness - server never followed up (I'd wanted to request some lemon to try to "lift" it.) Bottom line - it's a gorgeous (LOUD) space with a generally executive-level clientele (and tourists-with-money); the kitchen clearly cares about what it's putting out - my experience just fell short in that I couldn't shake the feeling we were being "tolerated," rather than fully welcomed.

Such a shame when a good restaurant goes bad. The service was terrible-I had to ask someone to to be serviced so I could place my order. No food recommendations. Wine bottle not shown before pouring. No bread offered with buratta. Had no idea who or where my waitress was. Thankfully there were busboys working andHelpful. Managers just stand around and text. So disappointing. Will never be back. Will never recommend. I would be mortified if this was myBusiness.

Fig & Olive was a solid last minute find for my friends and me. We didn't need a reservation for walking in on a Friday. The restaurant itself is really nice and LOLOL a very upscale. The service was very polite and nice, although we felt like at times the table felt forgotten because we were in a corner table and sometimes we'd be waiting refills of water and things. The food itself was good, nothing great. I'd high recommend the fig & olive salad and the burrata, probably two of my favorite things of the night. The basque cheesecake was also delicious.

Super cute place! Stopped in for a quick snack in the afternoon. They have some really nice happy hour deals on food and drinks (I feel like that's pretty rare in Manhattan these days).The crostini are really fun and well-done. Also enjoyed the baba ganoush dip. It was cute, friendly, and perfect for a quiet pit stop.

Present here to dinner with some friends. We were doing walk-in and arrived just as they had opened so we were seated easily.They have upstairs dinning so lots of space besides the main floor.The menu isn't expansive which is good for me because then it doesn't take me 10yrs to make a decision.Two of us got the Lamb and and the 3rd person had the burger.We shared the Fig & Olive salad.I can't speak for the burger but I did like the fries. They were the right amount of crispy and savory. The lamb tagine was tender however the portion of the dish was disappointingly small. I am not a big eater, and my bmi is 20. So if I am telling you the portion was small.. If you have a large appetite, then load up on other items otherwise you will feel like you just ate an appetiter as an entree.I had a mocktail (Cucumber based). My friend got the Moscow mule which had little to no vodka taste. She doesn't drink much and for her to say thay, well they just have put in a pediatric dose.Overall, I do like the ambience. My experience doesn't deter me from returning but next time maybe I get the burger.

Ate here before a show. Has two floors. Really love the interior decor. Definitely a more upscale vibe, but still saw people wearing jeans/casual clothing. Felt bad because our waitress was unnecessarily apologetic about many things!!

Not what it used to be, unfortunately. With that said, the food was very good (the truffle croquettes were fantastic!) but smaller portions, and no more olive oil tastings (but they give you slices of bread with drizzle of olive oil on them). The service was pretty good, and the ambience still trendy.

Stopped in for lunch at the bar. Very nice with marble tops and good lighting. Cucumber Cosmo is delicious and a must try this summer! The carrot humus was my favorite dish. A nice twist on a classic Mediterranean app. I had the little gem lettuce + salmon as my main entree. The salmon was cooked very well. The avocados were unfortunately on their way to the dark side, I wish they were fresh. Service was great and quick.
