This is a lovely weeknight Italian spot in the West Village, only offering walk ins. There is very limited seating space inside so if you'd prefer not to wait, try to show up before opening time. The food itself was delicious and tasted very fresh, and they also have a lovely wine selection. My buddies and I loved this spot and would 100% return.(Arguably one of the best cacio e pepe's in the city, and the tiramisu is very light and not overly sweet)

This location (West Village) accepts walk ins only! You can make reservations at the East Village location. I visited the west village location and waited in line for approx 30-40 min for a party of 3. The restaurant has limited seating so it may be a longer wait for larger parties. We ordered the BURRATA E POMODORINI, SPAGHETTI CON POMAROLA, GNOCCHI AL RAGÙ DI SALSICCIA, and TAGLIATELLE TARTUFO. The real star of the show was the TAGLIATELLE TARTUFO! So delish! Ended the night with tiramisu and it was amazing! Def worth a visit!

Cozy intimate (overly so at times) spot serving fresh delicious pasta. Much smaller than its EV location, but this spot is walk-in only which makes it perfect for a last min dinner. They start you off with complimentary bread and olive oil, as well as showing you selections from their wine bucket. Very charming! For mains we got:-Pici Cacio e Pepe: thick chewy spaghetti with a perfectly emulsified sauce w lots of black pepper-Spaghetti con Bottarga: I'm a big fan of seafood pastas and this Bottarga mullet roe dish was briney and delicious- very unique-Pappardelle w Duck Ragu: the duck was the best part, tender and flavorful.Service is great, which I guess makes sense given that the entire space only has 10 tables or so (30 people max). Only downside was at times we were so close to other tables it was a bit awkward climbing over them to get to the restroom.

We had a great meal here. We did not have to wait a long time which was amazing since we didn't have a reservation and it was a Friday. The wine selection is really good and the waiters did a great job recommending what we should order. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because a few of the plates and glasses were dirty when set on our table. All the pastas we got were so tasty!

Alot of things we didn't care for. The service was good but the food was not. Both my wife and i tried the pasta and the were not good. The food that night was way overrated. I would not recommend this place.

From the fresh noodles they make right in the window to the bottle of wines they bring to your table to choose from instead of a wine list to the fresh bread they deliver to the table in a brown paper bag, this place is very charming. It's a small restaurant with slightly cramped tables but we only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table for 4 with no reservation. The food was phenomenal. We had no idea what to expect when we ordered the zucchini flan, but we were all blown away! The pastas were all amazing, along with the wine. This place is super cozy and we'll definitely be back! What a gem:)

Highly recommend visiting this restaurant for authentic Italian food and fresh pasta. I have been to plenty of restaurants in the city but this spot really blew me away. The pasta was so fresh, and from the moment we arrived we received great service. The dining experience was pretty fast, as it is a small restaurant and they don't take reservations so I assume they try to turn tables quickly but that didn't affect the restaurant quality of service and food. They offer only a small selection of house wines, but you have the option of getting different size portions whether you want a 1/2 glass, 1/2 bottle, 1/4 bottle etc. We started with the prosciutto which was so fresh it tasted like I was in Italy eating it. We ordered the Cacio e Pepe and the Truffle pasta and both were delicious. The pasta is homemade in the front of the restaurant and you can watch it being made when you walk in. I will definitely be back to try the bolognese which was another recommendation from our waiter but we didn't have the chance to try it this time around!

Stopped by on a busy Saturday night and arrived at 7pm and waited about 30 mins for a table. There is a long line. However they have seats indoor and also outdoor. The outdoor was quicker seating however we opted for indoor so we waited longer. The restaurant indoor is extremely small, about 12 seats. All of the tables are nestled together literally on top of each other. I did not mind. When walking in you pass through the kitchen, where they were making fresh pasta and sauces. Already you can smell the freshness of the dishes. We ordered for apps the pig cheeks and the burrata. I loved the burrata however could've passed on the pig cheeks. They were just like prosciutto but only the fatty part. Not my cup of tea at all. For entrees, we ordered the truffle pasta and the ragu while I enjoyed the homemade pasta both of the sauces were so thick and the ragu was rather salty. We also ordered desserts, the tiramisu and the shortcake. Overall the service was excellent, love homemade pasta however some of the sauces were just so thick, it was so overwhelming. I would love to just get their homemade pasta and make my own sauce.

Truffle pasta was delicious and so was the cacio e Pepe (really liked the thick noodles!) would have been nice if they shaved the truffle over the pasta instead of grating it. Burrata was served over a really nice pesto oil (?), and the uova al tartufo nero was really unique! it did feel insane to pay so much for a soft boiled egg with truffle and bread but it was very good so can't really complain. Tiramisu was good
