Emily - West Village

Great burger, huge portions. What more can you ask for? Went for lunch and it was a decent amount of people but not too crowded. One thing I was not a fan of was how squished the tables are together so you can hear everything the person next to you is saying. This was not factored in my review because I understand NYC is a tight space.We got the Emmy Double Stacked burger with waffle fries and they gave such a large portion. The burger was juicy and tasted quite unique (gochujang mayo is not a typical burger ingredient) but it made it taste really good. It was a bit messy to eat but the juiciness and flavorful burger made up for it. Waffle fries were perfectly crispy as well. This was a fantastic burger and fries meal.Will say though the burger is quite expensive at $27 per person

I came here specifically for their burger. I finally had the chance to try it after watching a video (from Insider?) years ago. We also ordered a pizza to try bc why not. My bf and I shared the burger and I'm so glad we did because that burger was thiccc. It also came with a side of crispy waffle fries which I loved. The burger was delicious. From the caramelized onions, to the cheese and their secret sauce, it was a nice juicy burger. I was actually already full from the burger and could barely eat the pizza. It was pretty filling. I forgot the name of the pizza but it had pepperoni, red sauce, pesto and I think vodka sauce as well. The pizza was actually pretty good and it even tasted just as good the night of after leaving it in our hotel room and eating it cold! Service could've been better though. The waiter didn't come check up on us at all or refilled our waters.

I've heard sooo much good things about the Emmy burger so of course I had to give it a try. We ordered the burger and pizza to share between the 2 of us.- Emmy burger: 100/10 (love love lovedddd the sauce! I can see why people were raving about the burger here-- it's definitely a perfect burger to have when you're craving a burger with a nice tangy, deep sauce. Fries on the side were meh-- I like my fried to be crispier and hot.)- MVP pizza: 8/10 (loved the sauce but the dough was so so... maybe I'm just too used to the perfectly crispy pizza dough in other places)Vibes were very cozy and service was great. I'll def be back for the burger!

Is the burger good? Hell yea. Is it worth the price? Meh, but that pretzel is really something else. The pizza we had was just okay. Found the vodka sauce to be too sweet but the burger was definitely a highlight. Need to come back to try the chicken parm sandwich.

The Emmy double stack burger is a must!!! One of the best burgers I've had. The Brussels sprouts salad is also absolutely delicious. The brownie skillet however was a major let down and we were chasing down our server the entire meal because he was never around. Also got served dirty silverware's.

I reserved my group of 8 at Emily's for a birthday party, but we ended up lowering it to 6 the day of. Since the restaurant was fully booked, we stayed in the private room which ended up working in our favor, it was beautiful! It was a great space to use and felt like we had our own room. The ambiance was lovely. Since we did a family style pre fixe, the food started coming out asap. The menu they set up for us was a nice touch! We got to add a custom image and title at the top too, so it felt a little more special. We got the mozz sticks, salad, wings, burger, and different pizzas. It was DELICIOUS. The portions were great, and we ended up having lots of leftovers. The pizzas were both doughy and had a crispy crust. They were all so flavorful, if only we were hungrier to eat them all! The only thing I probably would've replaced was the wings, but everything else was great!Service was also top notch. We could tell he was busy, but he was on top of taking care of our party. If anyone is in need of a space for an intimate birthday party, Emily's is definitely the spot!

This whole experience was everything that we wanted. A girls night with great food and drink options. We were running late and the team was super friendly and understanding. We were sat right away and the service was quick but not pushy. I feel like we should have gotten 3 burgers instead of just 2. Trust me...they are worth all the hype. Caesar salad was honestly one of the best I've had in a LONG time. Even if you don't like anchovies- you won't even care.Pizza was a perfect distribution of sauce and toppings. I can't wait to come back and try again. 10/10

TLDR; pizza was excellent and the gluten free crust was surprisingly delicious!Vibes - the restaurant was quaint and service was friendly. Food - first the Brussels sprout salad was addictively good. Our table couldn't stop eating it!! We ordered 3 pizzas for 5 adults and it was the perfect amount! 2 of them were on a gluten free crust which was delicious. Gluten and non gluten eaters both enjoyed which says a lot!

Definitely worthy of the hype. I've been recommended this place by multiple people, for specifically the burgers. The burgers here were fantastic. Great ambiance and service as well. I loved sitting outdoors. I'll be back to the other items on the menu

An exceptional burger. Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. While the burger is messy, it's absolutely worth the messy fingers. We showed up at 11:30 and were the first ones here. The service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is simple but bright. Will absolutely be back
