A fabulous meal at Eleven Madison Park; all the staff were friendly and attentive, every interaction was meticulous, but never felt pretentious. The food was amazing, each dish well presented, introduced and devoured. This is definitely a once in a life time experience for most people but if you get the chance go for it. You will not be disappointed.

Here's a polished version of your review:Eleven Madison Park has been at the top of my bucket list for years, and dining here for my birthday was truly one of the best meals and experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly special, even taking me on a tour of the kitchen towards the end of our dinner --an unforgettable highlight. I was lucky enough to see Chef Daniel in person, and my only regret is not getting up from my table to shake his hand and express my admiration.Having read multiple books from those associated with the restaurant, I had high expectations, and they exceeded every single one. Seeing firsthand how the staff flawlessly executes the details that make this place so special was inspiring--especially as someone in the hospitality industry. Every element of the experience, from the service to the artistry of the dishes, was impeccable. Eleven Madison Park is more than a restaurant; it's a masterclass in hospitality and culinary excellence. I'm already dreaming of the next visit!

The food was delicious. I was left with a bit of wanting a meaty bite, but many of the dishes flew close enough to the sun to satisfy that urge. The flavor profiles were all across the gamut. The service was exceptional; the staff is on top of anything you need. The ambiance was exactly what one would expect. Classy, quiet, and dimly lit.

Incredible food in an incredible elegant space with incredible service.5 star food: almost unbelievably good food. This place has been famous for a long time for good reason.... The food is amazing5 star service: on a trip back to NYC, the service was still excellent as always. It's like a smoothly choreographed ballet5 star ambience: located in the first floor street level of Credit Suisse First Boston, I used to come here for business meetings all the time. The space is unbelievably elegant inside, with huge windows onto Madison Square Park.

We went to EMP for our 35th anniversary. Hard to believe. This was my 2nd time at EMP (the 1st was pre-vegan). This was my wife's first time. This time in the bar area - and I tend to favor this over the main restaurant for groups of less than 7 or 8. We still had too many courses to remember all clearly in a 3 hour meal.It is really difficult to find flaws. It was a wonderful meal suitable for the occasion. And I don't generally like meat. The service was as good as one ever sees. This is possibly the best restaurant space in NYC - unless one wants a view. But, I can add a few very small quibbles. 1). The wine list. It is impressive, but not well balanced. We have spent a great deal of time in Toulouse and have some affinity for regional wines - which tend to be good wines and great value. They are almost totally missing from the list. A shorter wine list with broader coverage may be preferable - unless EMP wants to build up to a large cellar (such as Bern's in Tampa). 2). The grapes in the picture were good, but I have had significantly better ones. At these prices, the grapes should be the best quality and these were not.3). I don't like coconut oil as a base. There was a bit too much of it for my taste. EMP is expensive, but the price is justified.

We went here for our one year wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of spectacular. We are both meat eaters but this is an incredible vegan menu. Their bread and butter is truly the star, I can't even imagine the butter had no dairy. We also got to tour the kitchen and have their take of a caramel apple. We did the wine pairing but if you do not, try their yuzu cocktails! They're delicious.Last but certainly not least I must commend the service. They are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and great overall. I will definitely be going back!

My first Michelin weight restaurant experience. We were in town visiting and planned our first and probably only Michelin rated restaurant experience at 11 Madison. There's not a lot of Michelin restaurants that are fully vegan but there are a few. As a vegan, I decided to go here for my special experience to also celebrate 12 years with my partner.we dined in September so it was the end of the summer seasonal menu. The theme was tomatoes. The restaurant is fine. I wasn't really sure what to expect. Basic but exactly what it probably needs to look, clean, white, dark, and intimate.Service is fine everybody's professional very well organized. Have answer questions walk to the bathroom do anything you need or ask of them.We opted for the 11 courses for a full experience, which was basically $400 a person. Some of the dishes that really impressed us were the tomato tart not only was it beautiful visually, but it was delicious. It is very fresh and creative. Another item that I would have loved to just take a loaf home was the brioche croissant bread loaf. It was so good. Maybe our favorite dish? if they had this to go, I would've bought a loaf to take home. Dessert was really good as well. It was perfect for summer very refreshing strawberries on ice with a cool airy cream to dip it in mochi plum tart was also a refreshing way to end the night. One thing we didn't take a photo of was our chocolate covered pretzels, which were delightful, crisp and tasty. The reason for the three stars is because I was very disappointed with two of the dishes that seemed very basic for Michelin restaurant at several hundred dollars a person. That would be the tofu dish and the udon noodles. There was nothing unique about them. In fact I thought they were rather bland. We were off to such amazing wonderful creative dishes, and, confused by these dishes. I don't think I'm being too critical, if I would've known that was going to be our dishes, I would've opted for à la carte. It's not that they were horrendous, but they just weren't at a level of what I would've expected from Eleven Madison, therefore three stars.

The creativity of the chef with plant based food is truly mind blowing. This is the best vegan food I've ever had in my life. Their Michelin stars are truly well earned. As the service was also the best I've experienced in a long time. The servers are so warm and attentive, there was always someone there to pull my chain when I got up or pick up anything that dropped on the floor. They even walk you to the bathroom! The dining area has high ceilings which creates a very large space feel while the service and food adds a dimension of warmth to the experience. I would highly recommend doing the tasting as well as the wine pairing. You won't regret it. :)

This was a beautiful experience for a special occasion. Food was so good (yup, vegan! Go figure). Had with wine pairing, so amazing. Staff was very helpful. If reservations are gone on Resy, CALL! The person I spoke to was very helpful and we got a time slot on a Saturday night! When I have another big event, we will be coming here!

Let me start by saying I am a carnivore. It was only after I made the reservation that I found out that this restaurant serves plant based food. Spoiler - it is delicious. The service is superior, the sommelier nailed every bottle and the atmosphere was great. The evening was made even more special by the maitre d' who allowed us a behind the scenes peek at the kitchen. Thank you - we will be back!!!
