Eleven B

My partner loved elevenB's pizzas when we lived in the East Village. He would order a pie or two once in while. So are his parents who live just two blocks away. As a celebration for his birthday (two weeks ago) and for us getting married, he wanted to gather the family at ElevanB. We ordered a few pies of pizza (some plain and some with meat), baked zitis and garlic breads. I recommend these. I would not recommend the soup though because I think it's from canned soups.Overall, Vincent the owner took care of us. He also recommended BYOBs as an option to save some money. We didn't do it but that was a nice option at 11B if you go host a gathering. The inside of the restaurant is also very nicely decorated, and homey. This restaurant has been around for 18 years, and I hope it goes on as East Village has gone through so much gentrification in the last two decades. I hope it will stay for a while. Best of luck!!

I come here with my family for lunch on weekends after football practice and it never disappoints. The food is good, the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. This place has two area, on the corner is the dine in area and then on the side they have a small to go counter. They also have outside seating. They have a bar and they serve wine and beer but no liquor. Will be coming here again.

The place is very nice and the service is good,though I was disappointed with the Rigatoni Bolognese,It lacked meat and the sauce was tasteless.

Ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana, and was very pleasantly surprised! For $15 it's an absolute steal, large portion, fresh and homemade, very tasty! Could be the best bargain left in the East Village!

Thank you for being the one restaurant that I've ever ordered chicken parm from to understand the assignment when I said extra sauce and extra cheese.After a bad day, this delicious meal made me feel better. Delicious, excellent portions, hot when it arrived, everything was perfect. I want every chicken parm I order to be like this. I guess I know where to go from now on.Thank you 11 B. Very cozy spot. I think the TVs they have there should be given historical artifact status-- I don't think they sell them that small anymore. But they were perfect for the ambiance, had football on but wasn't turning the homey-feel into a sports bar.My roommate and I went here and service was fast. I got the arugula salad which was fantastic, the ziti with broccoli not so much... I got it with white sauce, which ended up just being broth/stock. The dish itself tasted fine, just nothing special. But the portions were huge so I'm excited to use the leftovers and remake it my own way. My roommate got the chicken parm and really enjoyed it. We both got cheesecake and that was super good.Because it's so close to where we live and reasonably priced, I'll definitely be going back to try other things than the ziti with brocoli.

Old school New York pizza spot. I say "old school" meaning g their pizza is made the way it should be. Phenomenal taste all around- sauce, cheese and crust. While pizza only has these three components we all know it's easy to made a bad pizza- this family as been in the business over 50 years. Definitely a pizza spot you should try

The manager snuck us in a bit early to the restaurant side to allow us to take a breather from the summer heat... the pizza was top notch!!! Will be back to try the wine section of the restaurant (open in the evening)

We've been ordering from here since I was a child. It's the best pizza in the neighborhood. my mom is constantly ordering from there because she enjoys their great food and amazing service. I had dinner there with my family and it was a great family dinner.

The owner makes the pizza! Nice hard-working guy, apologized for the fact that their main dining room didn't happen to be open on an early Sunday afternoon, but all the same we had a great pizza outside on a sunny but mild August afternoon. Good pizza, good value, great attitude. No complaints. Support your local!
