Good authentic Chinese bbq. We randomly walked past this place and decided to try. Pretty economical and good portion. Hubbie had the roasted duck which he loved. I ordered the salted pork chops which came with white rice. Very good. We also enjoyed the tea they provided. Good service. Very attentive. Lots of seating space and you may share a table with strangers if they are packed and your table has space.

An excellent option for lunch located at the edge of Chinatown! I highly recommend the wonton soup ($8 w/o tax), dual roasted meats (roast pork & char siu) over rice plate ($10 w/o tax) and the oriental beef with onions lunch special ($13 w/o tax). The wonton soup is not to be missed as the wontons are light and bouncy and the soup is a great chicken consommé. The roast pork & char siu over rice is satisfying in the best way. The oriental beef with onions lunch special is a classic favorite with beef steak in a sweet sour sauce and cooked onions. Service is sufficient and prompt. The bathroom is relatively clean. The dining room has tables for 4 and tables for 8-10.

Incredible food. I got the duck over rice and a duck noodle soup that had dumplings in it. The duck was well season and packed with flavor. The staff is VERY RUDE which is the only negative of this place; Typical Chinatown spot so don't expect much on terms of ambiance but its clean & decent.

Came for lunch recently and had an issue with shui mai that we waited over 10mins for... it came still raw and I was really craving for it. Aside from this hiccup, the Peking duck, roast pork and eggplant lunch special was delish and well worth it!

We did not yelp this restaurant before entering. We simply chose it because it was close to our hotel. We were not disappointed. The food is really good and the price is very fair. The walnut shrimp is large and fresh and soooo goood. The seafood dry pot is sizzling good. The fish maw soup was not to my liking. And the peppered short rib is so goood with rice. We even returned the next day for some noodle soup for brunch. Did not expect to find such a hidden gem like this.

Great broad selection of lunch specials and roast meats over rice that are perfect for takeout. My favorite so far is the Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp but have also had the Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Tomato Beef and Roast Pig/Roast Pork/Roast Duck over rice - none have disappointed. It can get a bit hectic during lunchtime hours and the food is prepared to order so there will be a little wait but worth it.

Was next to somewhere we went... we saw the duck hanging from the window and had to go in!The smell was fantastic. The butcher was taking the duck right off the line. There were seats so we sat down... the lunch specials were so cheap so we had to have a quick bite. The flavor was nice and moist with a crunchy skin. It was a fun find!

Hidden gem we found when all the other places we wanted to go to nearby were packed! It was largely empty when we arrived (Sunday night around 6pm - worth noting temps were basically freezing), which at first concerned us bc everywhere else nearby had lines out the door. But we gave it a shot anyway and it was delicious! We got the Japanese tofu, lobster over pan fried crispy noodles (we special requested this and they kindly accommodated), and snow pea shoots with imitation crab. Everything was delicious! The snow pea shoots were my least favorite but still good. The highlight was the lobster dish - two large lobsters over a massive plate of crispy noodles (larger than usual) - all for $58! It was a total steal. Will definitely return to try their other dishes. Highly recommend!

Delicious food. Reasonable affordable prices and authentic food. Service charge was already ADDED to the bill. Careful you don't double tip. Recommend the wantons -- lots of real shrimp and juicy pork. Hong Kong style soups with meat & the peashoots

A bit on the pricey side for Chinese food on Canal Street. The portions are nice but I also feel the food is somewhat high in salt. You will need to go through a lot of water to get through a dish here. The food has plenty of flavor though. It is hot when you get it stays hot for a good while. They offer lunch specials as well that could be worth checking out.$15 minimum if you plan on using a credit card. The food comes out fast, and the servers are nice as well. I ordered a Mongolian Beef and they were kind to offer me a small bowl of rice with my meal to help temper things. I also got a wonton noodle soup. It was very fair, but the amount of noodles I got in it was plenty.Next time I will try a hot noodle dish. It seems like it is just getting their footing in the area so I hope they make out well.
