The peanut pad Thai will live rent free in my dreams! We came here for dumplings and fell in love with the pad Thai. When you walk in, you can either order at the counter or go all the way back to the eight table restaurant. They have a menu on the wall or can give you menus when you sit down. They don't speak very much English, but trust me you need to stop here!

Great Hong Kong style menu. Huge dumplings that aren't all dough. Definitely a great variety here. Not your typical Chinatown restaurant.Service super friendly. Make sure you check the hours by calling as they do close a few minutes early if they are caught up on orders. Prices are very fair . Yes you can sit down if it's early. Walls are decorated with murals .

Ordered takeout and it was delicious, but with some areas of improvement. The beef brisket was a standout dish in terms of both value and taste. The vegetables with oyster sauce were cooked and seasoned well. The braised tofu was also delicious, but the portion came with too much rice and not much tofu. I would love if they offered the braised tofu dish without rice for more quantity. The soup dumplings had a very thick skin and little amounts of meat, so I wouldn't order it again. Overall this place has an extensive menu and I'd love to try some of the other dishes!

We got the Braised Beef Tripe Lo Mein and braised beef noodle soup! This is a great place for the canto classics and everything is made very well! They have minimum seating options.

A very lowkey fast casual place. The food is decent and service is pretty fast. My friend and I ordered some noodle dishes before the table next to us, but they ended up accidently giving one of our dishes to the other table. They corrected the mistake eventually and offered to give us a discount as an apology. But, they didn't give us the discount at the end.

Kenny, the owner, is super warm and nice. He's always happy and super positive. We usually go there once a week for take out and we have never seen him in a bad mood. He makes my kids happy too!Food is as good as the Catherine location! In the beginning, I was worried that the food might not taste the same but surprisingly they have a chef at Jefferson St that can cook as well as the other location. This restaurant offers a lot of Hong Kong, Cantonese type dishes. Highly recommend the crab meat soup dumplings, fishball and fish cake noodle soup and also the stir fry pearl noodle in clay pot. 1) The soup dumplings are packed in it's individual containers so it prevents the dumpling skin from breaking before you get to eat it. It's thin skin, so they don't use the typical thick northern China type of wraps. That's what I enjoy. Who wants to eat dough when you should be enjoying the soup and crab meat! 2) You can pick 1, 2 or 3 items to add to your noodle soup. I usually get their fish cakes and fish balls. It has a bouncy feel with every bite and it doesn't taste frozen. My kids always fight for them when I order it. With the choice of noodle, I usually order the thick egg noodle or flat white noodle. It's just personal preference. 3) The stir fry pearl noodle in clay pot is one of the signature dish they advertise. It's a toss up between the stir fry rice roll but I kids prefer the pearl noodle. It's flavorful and the noodles don't stick together. They started offering breakfast menu maybe about 6 months ago. I'm waiting for them to add Chinese pickle/preserved vegetables with meat with rice noodle soup to the menu!!!The location is small but you won't have a hard time finding a seat. Tables turn fast since the food comes out quick. Most local neighbors do take out from there. I will highly recommend. We need to keep supporting small business!!!

Great spot for noodles. They also have locations in Flushing, Queens, and other areas in Manhattan. One of the last few spots to get authentic Chinese noodles and other various dishes for under 15 bucks. This location is on a deserted and sketchy block but well worth the danger.

We've been ordering from here regularly, often for the roast pork and roast duck over rice, which are really tasty. The workers are friendly. It looks like a place we can bring our kids to at some point.

What can I say so so. The lemon tea is more tea than lemon, can taste the lemon but not that much also not as sweet as other lemon tea. Beef and tomato ramen, tomato is more like tomato paste, beef look like it was either plan fired or actually fired before begin placed within the brouth. I don't think the soup dumplings is made in store, there's little to no soup within the dumplings it like regular dumplings but more moist. But over all it okay
