We've tried a lot of ramen spots, and this one is hands down our favorite--we keep coming back again and again. My top picks are the signature E.A.K. ramen and the zebra shio. Both are super flavorful, well-seasoned, with melt-in-your-mouth pork, and creamy broth. If you prefer thick noodles like I do, you'll love them.My boyfriend's go-to is the vegan umami mushroom ramen. It's not too heavy but still rich and delicious. The service is quick, friendly, and efficient. The ambiance is chill and not too loud, which we really appreciate. Prices are fair, and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend this place - we will definitely come back here!

We made a reservation for 5 on a cold Sunday afternoon and were immediately seated by the friendly staff at E.A.K. Ramen - Hell's Kitchen. The restaurant's clean decor transported us to Tokyo. Our table was curious to try the matcha Beer on tap, and our beer enthusiasts approved of it.For food, we started with the Vegetable Fried Rice, which we ordered specifically for the little one in our group, and it ended up being a favorite - we ordered two! The Pizza Gyoza was just okay, but the Karaage 5PC was tender and delicious, thanks to the accompanying sauce. The Chicken Bao was the crowd favorite, and we would've ordered more if we weren't eager to try other dishes. We also enjoyed the Ebi Chili, which had a nice balance of sweet and spicy flavors. The Asian Fries were seasoned well and paired perfectly with the dips. For Ramen, our table ordered two Oh So Hot, one Zebra Shio, and one Hot Spicy Mabo. The broths were delicious and spicy, except for the Zebra Shio.Overall, our experience was good, and we had a nice time. The low noise levels made it an ideal spot for conversation. Ramen lovers should try this place out.

A nice place, not too big of a space, but enough that the tables don't feel on top of each other. The service was friendly and the food came out relatively quickly. We were a group of 5 (advise making a reservation since they only have one table that can seat that size) and ordered the edamame, stir fried eggplant, takoyaki and the calamari as appetizers. The eggplant was a little oily, but overall the starters were tasty.I ordered the zebra ramen with a spicy bomb and seasoned egg. It was very good, but very salty, even for ramen. I enjoyed the ramen overall though and thought the broth had good flavor. Portions are as expected compared to other ramen spots.

Definitely hit the spot on a cold, snowy day. I got the signature E.A.K. ramen with an added marinated egg. Overall it was a solid bowl of ramen - noodles were nice and chewy, the broth was flavorful, and generally it was not too heavy. It also got surprisingly busy, even though it was late morning. But the ramen came out pretty quickly.

This place is super busy and I'm not sure if you can make reservations here. My friend arrived early so she was able to get us a table. We ordered the stir fried eggplant and both got the oh so hot ramen (very hot). The ramen has very thick noodles and my friend really likes this ramen. But that isn't what I'm used to the texture of it all. The eggplant had no taste even with the sauce on it. Overall this place to me seemed overly hyped up.

A late night snack after a show and everything was good. I wouldn't say it was amazing, but it was pretty run of the mill ramen and izakaya. The ramen was good, and brussels sprouts were a little undercooked and hard, and the gyoza looked cooler than it tasted. Gyoza was good, but nothing special. The star of the show was definitely the fried chicken bao. I kind of wish I had gotten two, but the server did warn me that there was only one in a serving. This is a great spot for before of after a show - an easy walk to or from the Broadway theaters.

Good service. Quick seating. Ordered the zebra shio. Was absolutely well seasoned. I ate most of it. The broth was out of this world. I'm a huge fan of garlic so this was right up my alley with the garlic oil. The chasu was tender and tasty. I wish the portions of it were larger.Introduced to the spicy bomb here and that changed the ramen game for me!!!!

Really cool neighborhood spot. The restaurant is long and narrow. Maybe 10 tables. The staff was warm and welcoming as if they knew you. Although small, we never felt rushed so they could let in other customers.Japanese drinks, plum wine, sake and sodas the selection was 10/10. I'm a lover of radish and cucumber. Both were fresh crisp and subtly pickled 9/10. Spicy ramen was simple but the broth was flavorful and smooth 10/10. The EAK shoyu was again simple with complex broth flavors. Smooth and creamy. 10/10. My new go to while in town.

My bf and I attended a broadway show then had dinner here. The ramen broth was full of flavor. One of the best broth we have tasted. The noodles were al dente and chewy. We added an egg and spicy bomb. The spicy bomb was savory and enough kick for the broth without overpowering the broth. The pork was tender. Shishito peppers were flavorful and spicy. Had a shrimp bao, shrimp was a good size. Everything we ordered was good.
