Family food place that is better than most.Enjoyed dinner and the place is clean.Had the caulipoppers that were crispy and worth the calories!The bbq sauce hit the spot!I found the pulled brisket tender and sweet.The burger was well done with 2 slices of cooked pastrami- not my favorite.Good soft rolls.Beware if you add to your order there's a charge!$1 for the extra caramelized onions even if I opted out the tomatoes!!

my cousin raved about this place..so while in the area with my Dominatrix.. I suggested we give the place a try...she had the hot I had chicken. She wasn't impressed at all flavor and toppings were bland....I had to hear it all the way to our Destination ..needless to say she took it out on me ...I don't think will be back

Had some time to kill while waiting for Covid testing down the street. There wasn't a line and the lunch special is reasonably priced. The portions were large, sandwiches may be a better way to go than the wings/fingers/poppers. But the food was good, the chicken was crispy and didn't have too much fat or oil. Service was fast and the place is clean.

I came for a pick up and I gotta say , love love love there food! Always good , fresh , delicious, great service and kosher ! Highly recommended

the food is not that good, nothing really special about it it has some what of potential though, ordered the maple bacon dirty fries and zippy chicken sandwich not worth the price at all, and they charge 1.88 for a can coke. way tooexpensive for food that's mediocre but that's what i get for not cooking

Very decent place. Quick service, as things are mostly pre-made...which means not too hot, unfortunately. Breaded chicken sandwich was pretty good, though I couldn't really taste the fried onions and bacon bits. Bun wasn't toasted, as requested. Chili is only $2, but is mediocre - blandly spiced, if at all! My wife enjoyed her salad with hamburger on top (which they forgot to put on top initially), but it was served in a paper container (like how they serve french fries). People who order salads won't re-order salads if they're in a paper container. Serve your salads in plastic containers (yea I know - they're more expensive). I'd return, but the food needs to be hot, and the order has gotta be gotten correct the first time. I hate going back and cutting the line just to get my wife's order correct. Super awkward, and not the reason why I pay for someone else to make my food. These are food-industry basics!

Owner is an absolute shit bag. When you ask for more sauce he gets so angry and screams. He also starts cursing you out and insults you in Hebrew so you have no idea the bad things he says. If you retaliate and say something back he comes up all in your face even though he's like 5 foot 4 inches and he can't do anything. He tries to be intimidating but he sadly isn't. The food is also sub par at best. Sometimes the chicken isn't cooked properly and it lacks flavor. His prices are ridiculously expensive. Overall I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Save your money and go somewhere else

Service is horrible the owner is a douche bag to teens. Today I went there with my friends to get some food before we left to the city. So I got my usual the chicken fingers with fries and a drink. This food is very dry so the sauce is a must or else the food is hard to eat. So I go up with my friend to the guy working the front desk and ask for sauce and he gives me no problems. Next time I came around with my friend the owner was there so he gave my friend but didn't give me because I disputed a charge on Uber eats because they delivered me the wrong food. So he held this against me for no reason and basically told me I'm a piece of shit and I'm not getting anymore sauce. Can you believe this guy cares about a table spoon of sauce. So I told him fuck you and your sauce. So he comes marching up to me trying to start a fight. So I said touch me I'm a minor and I'll fuck you up. He comes back with a chair ready to swing at me and he got in my face and started saying "fuck me up" fuck me up" now since I'm very composed and I knew I could beat this guys ass but I didn't. Then this piece of shit tells my friends that I'm a piece of shit and I'm disputing charges from a failing business. So I thought to myself because I know so many people that have shitty encounters with this little motherfucker and realized the reason he has a failing business is because he's a douche bag to all of his customers.

Today was the first time I have tried this BROOKLYN location, their chicken crunchers are wildly tasty and great. I didn't get to eat the food right away but even mildly warm it was amazing. I also got a non Oreo milk shake which was actually very good. The take out service was actually very professional and they are looking to please and do right. I will be back to have a sit down and try many more things on this fun menu
