My new favorite restaurant in Brooklyn right now... The restaurant interior is so clean, simple, and stylish, the staff was so attentive to us. The food.. the food!!! I didn't think we were going to find delicious dumplings like this! The pan fried baos are bursting with hot soup, the scallion pancakes were so crispy and flakey, and the sautéed string beans were so flavorful. Everything was just hit after hit after hit! The food came out fast, fresh, and hot. This is just.. perfect, I don't know what else to say! Just incredible!

My family and I came to Din Soup Dumplings literally right as they opened. So they were still opening up shop, but they were so accommodating and seated us right away. The restaurant itself was incredibly clean, I mean, they were still mopping the floor. But the bathroom was very well-kept and sanitary, too! I watched the chefs wrap the dumplings, which made me even more excited to try the food. The menu had a great variety of different choices so we ordered a mix of everything to eat family style. We got the green scallion pancakes, soup dumplings, fried chicken, siu mai, a chicken dish, and a peanut noodle dish (I can't remember the name of the last two). Not only was the entire meal reasonably priced, but it was delicious and the portions were great, especially for sharing. My favorite had to be the peanut noodle dish; the peanut sauce was thick enough to coat the entire noodle without it being too overwhelming in your flavor palette. The dumplings were also a family favorite, you can tell that they were freshly made!Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Din Soup Dumplings. Its location is a bit tucked away because you need to go up some stairs, but I'm glad we stopped by because I would definitely recommend this place.

My family has a Lunar New Year celebration every year, and certain cousins have been bringing Din's dumplings there for years. So this wasn't my first experience with them, but it was my first experience dining in. And it's hard to be sad when you walk in and there's an animatronic noodle pull happening in the front window. There's nothing to be sad about at Din Soup Dumplings anyway. It's clean, and bright, and the dude running things is super nice. He was attentive, joking around with tables, and generally keeping things on track. I've had many a Chinese food experience with borderline abusive service, so this was a nice change of pace. Luckily, the food is outstanding as well.We shared soup dumplings (classic pork xiao long bao) which are in the name of the shop for a reason. They are top notch, and I love that they offer two types of dumpling sauce...the super garlicky option is a winner for sure. My other favorite dish here is the scallion pancake wrap with beef. This just speaks to me on all levels, and with the hoisin, reminds me of the peking duck dinners of childhood. Delicious. We also added a variety of other dumplings (shumai, sticky rice, har gow, etc.) and a plain rice roll. All very tasty, but I think I'd skip the rice roll if I was coming. back. It's basically just straight carbs, and it's not like you're not getting enough of those.

The rice noodle soup was pretty solid and a huge portion. The dim sum and xiao long bar were fine too but I think the real winner here was the tomato broth in the noodle soup

I came here for dinner on a Saturday night with a group of 4 people. The place was packed but we only waited 5 minutes for a table. We ordered the crab & pork soup dumplings, pork soup dumplings, sticky rice dim sum, sauteed string beans with garlic, salt & crispy chicken, spicy tingly beef fried noodles, and the pan fried finger tiny pork buns. The dumpling skin was thin with a lot of soup. The tiny buns were really cute and a good deal since it included a drink. I know it was busy, but they requested we order on our phones but the website was rather slow and even though it's loading, the order went through apparently. The best dishes were the pork soup dumplings and the pan fried finger tiny pork buns. I do like that you can watch them hand make the dumplings so you know they're handmade and not frozen. I would come back, definitely not on a weekend though.

I feel like I have been missing out on this place! I have been to Lychee many times and this is directly above it! The dumplings were delicious I wish I would have taken some frozen ones home with me. The scallion pancakes were also very good and I love that this place offers lunch combos so you can get a little bit of everything. The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. I also really enjoyed the decor... specifically the large bowl of ramen in the window, it gave me a smile.

If you want soup dumplings in Brooklyn, come here. Not only is the food good but the prices are reasonable for the quantity. The store is bright, with lots of wooden elements/theme to it, and has friendly staff. We ordered the crab meat and pork meat soup dumplings which come with 6 pieces for $12 - great price and tasted delicious. The scallion pancakes here are thin and very crispy. The chicken feet were tender and savory and the amount we got for $7.50 makes it even better. The sauerkraut noodle soup and sticky rice shumai was an interesting concept but I also quite liked it too. I drank the passionfruit which was my least favorite - I would probably opt for another drink at my next visit. Highly recommend the crab and pork xlb and the sauerkraut noodle soup (if you want to try something new). Also, to note, this store is located on the upper floor (above another restaurant) where you need to go up a small set of stairs.
