Love this place! What's not to love? Amazing food, amazing staff, Quick Service and Great prices. You need to get the soup dumplings and the duck egg rolls, but honestly you cant really go wrong with any dish. It is a very chill, casual restaurant but it can get busy

BEST dim sum in NYC with the absolute best staff. Had a situation at the Golden Unicorn so decided to take our party of 18 across the street to Dim Sum GoGo and SO beyond happy we did. The staff set us up a table area large enough for our party, kept the beer and wine flowing and served us the best dim sum I've ever had. The manager let us play music on a speaker they provided us and overall provided an amazing personalized experience. You need to get the pork buns, pork spring rolls, shrimp dumplings and chicken dumplings (we ordered so much more food - everything was amazing we didn't have one bad bite).Book them for your next dim sum day, you won't regret it!

Just came for a quick snack and saw this place recommended from someone I follow on IG. Has the peppered veal...WOW! Just so much flavor!! The meat was super tender and the sauce was bursting with flavor! I ordered a second one! Not a huge portion but for 7.75, you can't complain!

We had a lovely lunch here recently...Chinese broccoli, rice rolls, stuffed eggplant, and, oh, lots and lots of different dumplings. We ordered bamboo steamers full of meat, shrimp, and vegetable dumplings. The service is very good and efficient. You can get a beer if you'd like but we were happy with a nice pot of tea.We barely put a dent in the menu so hope to be back soon to sample more of their delicious dim sum...

Found the restaurant through Michelin recommendation. We arrived a little before 8pm, an hour before closing, on a Sunday evening. We was surprised to see the restaurant was still more than 50% full. We got a table right away and started to order.Tea: 1/5 star; very bland, no tea flavor at all. Food: 4/5; highly recommend: 1)roasted garlic chicken: skin was crispy and meat was tender; 2)eggplant in garlic sauce: excellent texture - soft but not mushy and flavorful, also no pepper mixed in this dish! 3)pork soup dumplings: 3 pieces per order, each dumpling was bigger than other restaurants, plenty of soup inside the dumpling.Service: 4/5; was quick and not pushy although it was one hour before closing time. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal.

A perfect spot for dim sum! Food: we ordered a bunch of different dishes to share. My favorites were the crab meat dumplings, the shrimp rice rolls, and the vegetable dumplings. But honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you order here! It's all so flavorful and goodPrice: we ordered 10+ dishes and it came out to $35 per person after tax and tip and I was full for most of the day! Very reasonably priced especially for what you are gettingAmbience: they have seating both upstairs and downstairs - so you can definitely get a seat hereService: good service! They were very fast

Ambience is weird. Very dim sum, sort of a mall food court vibe. Food however was exceptional. Best dim sum of my LIFE. Abundant portions, reasonable price, helpful service, timely food from kitchen. I would go back in a second.

Had only been to their East Village location previously and it wasn't such a good experience, thought I should give the original restaurant a try to see if it's any good. I have eaten dim sum all my life, and unlike people who may have had dim sum from less than 10 restaurants their whole life, I do think I can comment on the quality and authenticity of the dim sum here. The place was incredibly busy and with mostly non-Asian customers. That got me worried, but this is Chinatown, so I understand a lot of tourists come here as well. We were seated upstairs after a 15-min wait. The place was disorganized, the service was nonexistent, neither of which I care about because service and ambience is not why you go to a Chinese restaurant. But while I was dining there, I also saw so many dissatisfied customers who couldn't flag down a server / get their food order in / get their check, no one was happy. The servers also kept grumbling and even swearing in Chinese, no joke. The restaurant was incredibly understaffed, and the servers kept saying the orders came out wrong, and customers were unhappy. I saw at least 2 (non-asian) tables not leaving any tips for the servers, and of course the servers complained more. It's a mess. The food took forever to come, and 1.5 hours after sitting down, we still did not get all the food we ordered. Turned out some of the food was cancelled, and we were not told why the food was cancelled. The food that did come out was mostly just okay. I'd say some of the fillings of the dumplings and spring rolls were weird - lots of cornstarch / wheat starch, which is not how things should be. Again, I've eaten dim sum all my life, and this is not normal. The sizes of the dim sum pieces were also smaller than most places. This experience unfortunately did not change my opinion of the restaurant - I don't think I'd come back. But they probably need not worry, as a mention in the Michelin guide won them many, many new (non-Asian) patrons who would certainly be less critical than me. They also wouldn't understand all the staff's grumbling and swearing.

If you're looking for a quick bite or an all day Dim Sum place, I would recommend checking this hole in the wall Restaurant. I've gone here the past few times I visited Chinatown and really enjoyed their food. The place is fairly small but also has a second floor to accommodate events. Service is quite fast and their takeout is quick as well. My favorite dishes are the Shrimp rice rolls and Egg custards, which sell out by early afternoon. Overall if you're looking for a cheap and quick dimsum place you should definitely check this out.
