I tried their pork soup dumplings, shen jian bao, kao fu, and wine chicken. The soup dumpling had thin skin and good meaty flavor, something about the soup base was a bit oily. The kao fu and wine chicken were average.I would still come back, fast service

Great Chinese restaurant right off Mott St. (20 yards east)The Principal of the New York Chinese School suggested D.G.B. When I asked for her "go-to" restaurant. She was spot on. Great 小豹 Xiǎolóng Bāo - soup dumplings - superior to another restaurant on Mott we usually went to. Fried Pork Dumplings, Scallion Pancakes (yum), Wonton Soup, Spring Rolls, Sesame Chicken & Chicken Lo Mein. Not a complaint, but a heads up, if you get an entrée, make sure you ask for white rice or brown rice because it doesn't come along with the entrée Deluxe Green Bo is our new go to Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, New York with our daughter who was originally born in China.

Life is short F......it up! Family, Flavors, FriendsWas in New York again for another food crawl stopped into this place because the the line for the pork buns was too long. Sat in the back and got some soup dumplings and a child food noodle. Just keep in mind that it's casually and a minimum of 7 to 8 dollars per head sitting in there . The soup dumplings were good came out fast like to see what draws the people and quick service and good flavor. The child on the other hand was lacking beef chow fun, but they didn't provide too much beef. I would skip next time. Just to mention in case they read, we sat with a family from South Jersey. So if you're reading this hello. Back to the soup dumplings although they were good the dumplings were a little bit delicate as some of them were were easily ripped stuck to the bottom would've expected more, but it was worth a visit.

Let me paint you a story - you just went through a Chinatown food crawl, you've stuffed yourself full with both good and bad Chinese food and you've reached your last destination. It's Deluxe Green Bo, which has a $ minimum, so you end up having to order more than you have the stomach room. BUT THEN you take one bite of such delicious food that YOU KEEP EATING EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE SO UNCOMFORTABLE.That was the summary of my experience at Deluxe Green Bo. I had some of the best soup dumplings I've had outside of Taiwan here, and it makes me so sad that I don't live in NYC! The skin was a tad thick I'll admit, but the amount of soup in the dumplings was amazing. And the soup broth was so flavorful and gingery, yum! Their fried rice also looks bland, but packs a punch of flavor. I need to go back!!

* CASH OR VENMO ONLY *Just want to start with that as a heads up.Found this gem by recommendation and it did not disappoint. Small place with about 10 tables max. Service was quick. Ordered fried rice with beef which was bomb, mixed meat beef and shrimp noodles, which were also delicious, I was shocked to see such a thick noodle at first but trust it. Got the lunch special for general tso chicken, smallPortion comes with a tofu and mushroom soup which was a great too but too hot for soup in my option. We went there on the recommendation of great pork dumplings. We got the pork and crab and they were amazing, the dough was perfect!! Got some veggie dumplings and also good. The bill was $89 without tip and three of us ate more than enough.

Great Chinatown spot! They have something for everyone. Large menu. We got the famous hot and spicy wontons which were mouthwateringly good, still thinking about them! The mains were also worth trying. The Lo mein noodles were thick and chewy, the sauce was perfect savory flavor. The general tso chicken was crispy, the sauce was a perfect spicy level, and the chicken was juicy. This location is cash only but they also do Venmo which was really convenient The staff was quick and accommodating. I loved the pitcher of water on the table, cute and easy when you want a refill. The food was exactly what we were craving and we will definitely be back.

Walked in due lack of late night options and wasn't disappointed! Very homey vibe with yummy food. The stewed beef is a flavorful combo of savory pieces with complimentary pickled greens. Also ordered spicy beef tendon (not pictured). I love these satisfyingly chewy cuts as an appetizer which also lightly used Szechuan peppers as a base. $7 minimum per person! Not my favorite standout place in Chinatown (there's tough competition), but I wouldn't be mad whatsoever if I had to go back.

I've heard from multiple sources that their soup dumplings are pretty good! They were definitely up there. They were also half the price of the local competitors though they were maybe a tad smaller.Aside from their soup dumplings, they're hit or miss with the food. I really didn't like the rice cakes. They lacked the wok flavor and were very hard without much flavor. The double cooked pork was just ok. The fried buns, chicken and broccoli, Shang hai noodles were all good.

**CASH OR VENMO ONLY**Deluxe Green Bo is one of those places that I've walked by a million times. Finally tried it on a recent Sunday over a holiday weekend. There was no wait for two people at around 5:45 PM.I tried the scallion pancake, pork soup dumplings, eggplant with garlic sauce and beef with broccoli. The beef was amazing - my favorite thing that we ate. Eggplant was also excellent. The only miss was the dumplings; would skip those next time. Service was really good, too! They serve hot tea, and ice water is available upon request.

In the heart of Chinatown, this restaurant must have over 100 items on their menu! We tried the XLB and pork noodles. The XLB had a thin skin with a nice seasoned filling and plenty of soup inside, the sign of a good dumpling. The pork noodles came with different noodle options. We opted for the thicker noodles. The noodles were obviously freshly made and the broth was light and flavorful.Service was excellent!
