Dan & John's Wings

This wing joint is located in the DeKalb Market Hall. The food hall is located in the lower level of City Point Brooklyn building. There is plenty of tables and seating in the area. The tables are not always the cleanest but the staff do try to keep things nice. At the wing place, the man at the register took our order although there is also a touch screen you can order from. We got ten mild Buffalo wings and a side of fries. I waited for less than 10 minutes before the order came out. My husband said these are the best wings he's had outside of Buffalo, NY where the Buffalo wings were created. I have to agree that they tasted very authentic. The meat was juicy and the skin slightly crispy. There was no breading. My only complaint was that I thought the sauce was a little thin so it did not coat the wings well. The fries were hot, well-seasoned, and delicious. The meal was a little over $29. I thought it was little expensive but it was very good.

I recently tried this wing spot in Dekalb market food hall and overall, it was a good experience. The service was friendly, which made the visit enjoyable. The wings were definitely tasty, and for the price, it's hard to complain. However, I did find them a bit on the salty side, which might not be for everyone. Still, the flavors were solid, and for a quick bite in a food hall, it hits the spot. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving wings without breaking the bank!

My friend and I visited this restaurant before we left Dekalb Market Hall. When we passed the restaurant as we walked around the mall, the aroma of the chicken permeated my nostrils. We both ordered the combo meal. I opted for boneless mild wings with French fries, and my friend wanted traditional wings with tater tots. I ordered a side of mozzarella sticks as well. Customer service was good. The food was very delicious. I was pleased with my food. I'll definitely stop in again to visit their restaurant.

I ordered through UberEats app at approximately 8:00pm on today January 01,2025 and I was tracking the delivery through UberEats the whole time and no one ever showed up and delivered it to the lobby as I put in the instructions. The UberEats app was showing that it was " On the Way" for an whole hour and I was looking at my phone time and it was saying 9:30 pm, so I called the Dan And Job shop at this location and spoke to a guy and he said that it shows " delivered" on his end. I then advised him that on my end, it stills show on the way. He then said that he will reach out to UberEats to get it resolved. At this very time, about 20 minutes ago, I checked the Ubereats app again and it says the order is completed. I then contacted Ubereats and they said that I will have to reach out to the restaurant because they did not successfully reach them. I am pissed off and plan on going to the restaurant tomorrow because this is coming off as a scam. I RECEIVED NOTHING and is pissed because it's not resolved.

$9.49 (before tip/tax) for 3 chicken tenders is a bit steep lol, but I guess that's to be expected in a food court like this. They were made fresh & were super coated/crispy (just how I like them)! I loooove buffalo sauce, so I chose medium for my sauce flavor; it wasn't really spicy - I'd try hot next time! I also was curious about garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, & sweet chili (so many good flavors to choose from). Everything on the menu sounded good though, like the fried mac n cheese bites with buffalo sauce... mozzarella sticks... tots... fries... yum!!!The food court down there can be overwhelming -- soo many different places with such unique & innovative options -- but sometimes you just want the classics done right... and this is where to go for that!! :)

A nice spot for a quick bite after shopping. The ale is what they call "a bit hoppy". A nice brew if you are into IPAs. The wings were a tad pricy, but good all the same - seasoned and flavored well.The location is downstairs in the food court, but not far in. Just off the escalators. I am not in the vicinity often, but won't mind returning.

Ordered the Spicy BBQ wings with fries! The sauce is not that spicy so I would have liked a little bit more heat on them but overall the flavor was good. They gave me a good amount of fries which I was happy about. Decently price considering the area which means it's pricey. Service takes a little time but they make your wings fresh so I didn't mind the wait! They have bar stool seating and benches. Since it's in Albee Square, you have tons of seating options. It gets noisy down there because it's a food court but it's a great place to go and try out different foods.

I went here because it was on one of those lists A- you know, the top whatever in New York lists, and it was definitely worth the hype.The wings are to die for. Special mention goes to the garlic parmesan wings. I practically had dreams about them.The customer service is great. The guy was a gentleman.I'll be back.

It's my first time trying out buffalo wings at "Don and John's Wings". It's a small place but their buffalo wings were delicious and crispy. There are different sauce options to pick from for the wings. It was served fresh and I also had their Tater-tots. Service was great. I enjoyed eating here.

Customer service was better on my second trip. The wings do not disappoint. Pricey, but worth it.
