Yummm! The fried oyster wrapped in jamon was my favorite? So good!Service was very nice and they definitely took time to explain the menu and make recommendations. Oysters were good too!

I really wish to give the place a 5....for food we had the pan seared scallops & lobster roll for dinner service. The scallops were overcooked, the garnish was so salty has to ask for pepper to kill the saltiness. The lobster roll; the bread was soaked in butter they skimped on the lobster for the price they have listed $55. The plate had more fries than lobster. The drinks The spicy tropical mezcalita was soaked spicy couldn't finish it and don't get me wrong I can spice. That was too much in a drink. Service was decentAtmosphere was very tight. The place was jammed, everyone was close together. If you like your arm space this isn't the place for you.

Revisiting the places of my past. I have basically only come here for the oyster happy hour. It used to be $1 per oyster for happy hour. Fast forward to post-covid, things are different now. Happy hour is only 4-6 pm and now it is half price oysters. Still it is a good deal, but not as great as yesteryear. Come on a Monday night and you will be lucky enough to grab a seat (it is only at the bar). Other nights, it will be difficult to get one unless you get there at 3:30 pm. The oysters are delectable. Always no shell after shucking. And I have never gotten sick post eating adventure. I would say, just get the whole list for the day, keep a log of which ones you liked and then order more of those. Everyone is really friendly, they also have a "no jerk" policy, which helps!

This place is always jammed. Especially during happy hour. Post-COVID was only one dollar per oyster at happy hour, now is half price. I think it's still worth the money because I know that the shellfish is fresh. Came here with three other friends. The servers are friendly, and the food comes fast. Is a very tight space so you are sitting elbow to elbow. Don't forget to order the southern okra. goes nicely with the shellfish.

I did a walk in for Cull and pistol on a Friday night for dinner and it was packed! They have happy hour til 9pm which is a unicorn sometimes in New York City. Oysters and half off (regular price $3.75 so $1.88) and they have select discounts on drinks such as a mango mojito for $10. Despite being busy we put our name down and within 15 minutes we were seated at the bar. It was also restaurant week and they have a prefix 3 course menu for $45. My friend and I ordered half a dozen oysters (very briny if that's your thing) old bay fries (super crispy and seasoned to perfection) as well as a round of mango mojitos which were tart and sweet. We ordered a restaurant week menu and started off with clam chowder (very hearty and rich, the octopus which was tender and perfectly cooked and not pictured they key lime pie which was prepared in its individual pie tart vs a slice. The waitress at the bar was so friendly and knowledgeable and elevated the experience with her fast service. It's definitely a tight spot but that's to expected when you're located in Chelsea market. Overall it was a great meal and I would come back again!

Cannot believe it's already almost been a year since I last dined here?! Was super busy around 6:45 during a recent Sunday dinner. I imagine it generally gets busy around then anyway, especially since the space is on the smaller side.Menu does change seasonally which I love but it didn't speak to me like it did like last time! They need a new margarita option, and less lobster options. The margarita just needed some oomph. Our shrimp cocktail and caviar-on-5-oysters didn't come out and were removed once we mentioned it. Service was great overall: plate delivery was spaced out well and cleared right away for courses, glasses always full, very easygoing and quick staff even though it got hectic. We got 25 oysters; all East Coast except for 5 Indigos. I didn't like the way they served the uni, and it didn't come with its own utensil. + 4 oyster shooters (didn't realize they came with bacon, that was my fault). Also ordered the Siberian Sturgeon caviar again which is so damn good.Particularly loved the Olde Salt and Little Ram oysters but their selection of East Coast ones was better curated last time!

Stopped by for some quick oysters that did not disappoint, very salty east coast and had a lot of meat. Servers was very nice and they were able to shuck and prep the oysters quickly with ease. The inside is bright and vibrant and gives the feeling of being in a restaurant on the pier.

We always love this place! Though Chelsea Market was crazy crowded, this place was able to seat us right away with superb service and food.Began with some local IPAs which were good but again not quite cold enough which has been our experience while in NYC for some reason! Then had a dozen local oysters - they are honestly some of the best we have had anywhere! So fresh, perfectly shucked and delicious!!Then enjoyed some grilled oysters and some tail on shrimp! Both so, so good!!This place is always worth visit and again the Oysters are always phenomenal!

Wow! This place was sooooo good and definitely deserving of 5 stars. Our server was very attentive, and the food was on point! We were in the Hudson Yards area and I had this place bookmarked to try out their oyster happy hour. We were lucky that they had a couple open bar seats near the entrance. This place has several oyster varieties to choose from, and they are all included in the 50% happy hour, which is one reason I selected this place vs other places that only serve certain oysters at their HH price or just a more limited selection. We ended up ordering 2 dozen oysters and drinks on HH, along with non HH selections like the lobster roll, baby gem lettuce salad with beets, baked oysters. EVERYTHING was GOOD. To start, the oysters were very fresh and absolutely delicious. We started with 2 each of 6 different selections for our first dozen, and then our 2nd dozen ordered were half and half of our fave 2. The baby gem lettuce salad was perfection. I actually saw the customer next to me with this order and I had to get it because it looked so good (and he confirmed it was good in my brief convo with him). The salty toasted hazelnuts were a perfect complement to the sweetness of the beets and ricotta. This dish actually turned me onto beets! No complaints about the lobster roll or baked oysters (though I prefer the fresh if I were to pick one over the other). Our discounted HH turned into quite a full meal that was $200+ before tip, but it was worth it and it was a great ending to our trip (last dinner of our trip). It's probably good that I don't live anywhere nearby (from San Diego, CA), as it would be trouble for me! Thanks for helping us to end our trip on a high note.

Very cute, nice place to eat if you're a fan of seafood. Overall I thought everything was okay. It's pretty good but not amazing. The oysters I had were very good but a little over priced for what it is. I generally prefer regular red cocktail sauce and that wasn't available but the vinaigrette was pretty good and a cute touch. I ordered a big bowl of mussels and it was pretty good too. Everything was normal and what you would expect. I appreciate them giving me sliced bread and decided to just dip it in the mussel soup/sauce mixture. The service was excellent and everyone was so nice and attentive. It is definitely worth visiting if you're a tourist and are in the area
