I was completely blown away by Cucina Alba! The vibes in here are definitely vibe-ing, I love the dim lighting which makes for a cozy dinner.I will start with the negative which almost resulted in me taking off a star but the food was so incredible I just couldn't: They were out of the Citrus Spritz, the only drinkI wanted (never seen a place be out of a spritz?) - this was very frustrating so I ended up getting an Aperol Spritz which was decent. The Focaccia with Whipped Ricotta is outstanding and this is probably some of the best whipped ricotta I've ever had. The Brussels Sprouts were cooked and seasoned perfectly, the Eggplant Parm was solid, and the Caccio e Pepe Pachheri and Truffle Agnolotti were so full of flavor. For dessert, we had the White Tiramisu, Chocolate Budino, and SaltedCaramel Gelato, which were all fabulous. I already can't wait to go back to Alba - the quality of the food really was top-notch.

Yum! Cucina Alba is gorgeous. I love the hues of pink that are throughout the restaurant. Beautiful. The real star of the show is the food. We ordered a few appetizers and pastas to share. The Focaccia Della Casa was delicious. The bread so hot and fresh, the whipped ricotta was the perfect compliment. The Shrimp Trapanese was perfectly seasoned. We also enjoyed the Charred Octopus and the accompanying vegetables. For our mains, the pastas were cooked perfectly. Literally still thinking about it. The Agnolotti was to die for. The caramelized onions and truffle combo *chef's kiss*. We also shared the Orecchiette and the table-side presentation was a nice touch. The service was swift and attentive. I told our waitress we were celebrating a birthday and we ended our meal with a a delicious tiramisu. The coffee flavor wasn't overwhelming. I *only* wish the portions were bigger. Must Order Dishes:*Focaccia Della Casa*Shrimp Trapanese*Agnolotti*Orecchiette

The vibes in the place are great! The interior design is very well done and it feels like a nice night out when inside. The lighting is a bit dim and you can sit inside or the heated patio. I went here twice in the same week because me and my wife loved the ambiance. However, the food was just ok. There's definitely better out there especially in NYC. Also, portion sizes are small and the dishes are very expensive. But the presentation of the dishes are lovely and may trick the eye into thinking it taste good. The baked raviolis as an appetizer was way too sweet. The balsamic reduction is all you taste. Plus it's very oily. The Tortellini in Rosso sauce lacked seasoning. It tasted like very plain passata tomato puree. And the pasta of the tortellini was too soft, overcooked. The Orecchiette pasta was actually undercooked. It was very chewy and they went a little too hard on the al dente. Our jaws were worked so hard after chewing so hard. The broccolini was actually yummy! The desserts are delicious. One was a ricotta custard type of dessert with fruit on top. Yum! The other is a semolina cake. This was very sweet but it was good. The service was amazing! They really tend to you and make sure you're acknowledged and taken care of. It's a shame the food wasn't as great. Overall I would come here for the vibes. It can accommodate bigger groups with big tables. The ambiance is low light and very luxurious. Come here for drinks and bites but don't expect top tier flavors.

I have to lead with this: Get the Agnolotti. By far my favorite dish! Cucina Alba is a great place for a beautifully chill dinner; whether it be for date night or a girls night out. The servers are amazing and extremely helpful if you can't decide what to have for dinner. Aside from the Agnolotti, we also enjoyed the Fluke Crudo, Duck Torinese, & Artichokes Alla Giudia. The Gnocchi was my least fave, however, I am just not a fan of walnuts. I still encourage you to try if you're a fan of both! Did I mention I'll be back for more Agnolotti?

We had such an amazing evening at Cucina Alba! This is my new favorite restaurant and I'm still dreaming about our visit. From the moment you walk in, the stunning design will wow you. It has a retro Palm Springs feel. Just beautiful. There is a heavenly scent wafting through the air like one you'd find at a luxury hotel (reminded me of the Edition). We started with the much raved about whipped ricotta and baked ravioli. Both delicious. Also had the lettuce with avocado and cashew salad which was good.Entrees we loved - the agnolotti pasta with black truffle (light but still rich), cacio e pepe paccheri, and branzino!!!Sides - the eggplant parm a must! So unique and airy with many layers. The pesto zucchini (also a WOW), artichokes, brussel sprouts and butternut squash winners. For dessert we had the salted caramel ice cream, the chocolate cake, and one other item which I can't even recall what it was. Of course all devoured and gone in a flash. Giulia the beverage director came over and suggested Foucher Lebrun Sancerre Le Mont 2023. I could drink this the rest of my life. She was great! The service is phenomenal. Truly outstanding. Our waiter was on his game and dressed in a white suit. Nice touch. Everyone was so attentive and professional. So much attention has been paid to every little detail, from plates to napkins to the food. If you are looking for a special night out or want to impress someone, this is the place to go! Thanks for a great evening!

BEYOND happy with my experience here. This place wasn't on my radar but when a different dinner plan fell through my friend and I ended up here for an awesome meal.I loved everything we got. (Yes, we did mainly get carbs and it was WORTH IT.) Here's what we got and I'd get it all again:- FOCACCIA DELLA CASA with whipped ricotta (still thinking about this... they are coming for you Misi/Lilia!) - CALABRIAN TUNA TARTARE (fun, a bit different with the beets to mix into this, not spicy like I thought but still enjoyed it)- INVERNO salad (radicchio, hazelnuts, dates) a bit bitter (from the radicchio) but playfully sweet from the dates. I loved this and it was dressed perfectly IMO- AGNOLOTTI with black truffle fonduta (so so so good, pillows of soft delicious melt in your mouth flavor)- White Tiramisu (good but a bit overly sweet for my taste, if I had to kick anything to the curb it would be this)- Semolina pudding (tart?) very unique dessert, a hint of sweetness that mostly comes from the fruit on top. Crunchy from outer shell, Portuguese egg tart-ish consistency of the filling.Loved my glass of red wine with everything and service was overly kind and helpful with choosing all of the delicious plates.A standout job here!

Cucina Alba has been on my bookmarks for a while now, along with spots like Locanda Verde, Vistora, and other Italian hotspots. It's one of those places connected to the same group as Zero Bond --somehow. Anyway, I finally checked it out one night after an art gallery stop with my girlfriends. We wanted drinks and some light Italian food, and though it was packed when we arrived at 8 p.m., we managed to make it to the bar after hearing there'd be an hour wait for a table. It was bustling with an after-work and date-night crowd, so we ordered absinthe drinks and waited on the side. When my friends left, I snagged a bar seat solo and ordered a martini. They accidentally brought me an extra, and in NYC, you don't turn down a free martini! I got the rigatoni on recommendation, given I was "hungry, but not super hungry." Honestly? It didn't blow me away, but I'd definitely come back to try something heartier. The vibe is right, and I'd love to come here on a date (hint, hint to anyone reading). Plus, the head chef is easy on the eyes, which doesn't hurt.Cucina Alba, I'll be back--no worries!

Cucina Alba offers a great dining experience and does in fact live up to the hype. From the moment you walk in the service is fantastic. I immediately fell in love with the interior, the aesthetic, and the cohesiveness of the space. I had a reservation at the Chef's Counter and it was nothing short of phenomenal! Now let's talk food - we started with the Focaccia Della Casa which was delicious. I've tried a lot of bread/ricotta combinations at restaurants but this was by far the best; the whipped ricotta was really fluffy and a bit sweet which made it a treat to eat. We followed with the Summer Shrimp which we loved. The shrimp itself was succulent and it was on top of some corn cream that was so flavorful we couldnt get enough. For our entrees, I had the Agnolotti with truffle fonduta and it was the star of our meal. I could've easily had another! My friend had the Fettuccine Pomodoro whcih was quite plentiful but nothing spectacular. Dessert was great too - the White Tiramisu was different but lovely and just the perfect amount of sweet. They have an extensive wine list and cocktails are decent. We really enjoyed being at the counter and watching the cooks prepare our meals. All the staff were very attentive and we honestly had no complaints. We're already planning a 2nd visit and I cannot wait to return.

Loved the focaccia and the truffle pasta. However the portions were extremely small and we were left pretty hungry after the meal. Great ambient but service was just okay

The agnolotti pasta is still to die for!! The Gentile Negroni is still super smooth. I do love the consistency of this place. However, the charred octopus was okay... a tad overcooked, which was very disappointing. The white tiramisu is unique and delicious.
