Initially, I was looking forward to our visit. Though we originally came for drinks, I ordered the guacamole, which I found excellent. I had planned to return and explore more of your menu. As a Yelp Elite member, I was even considering writing an amazing review.However, our experience took a turn at the end of our meal. Upon reviewing our bill, we noticed an extra drink had been mistakenly added. We brought this to the staff's attention, and while the issue was corrected, this was the first mistake. After settling our tab and leaving a generous tip, I got up to put on my coat near the exit when our waiter, Jose, suddenly panicked. He loudly asked the hostess if I had paid, then frantically ran to the bartender, causing a scene. His behavior was completely unacceptable and implied that I was attempting to walk out on my bill, despite having just paid.Shocked and appalled, I addressed my concerns with the hostess, who did not offer to get a manager but instead led me to the bar, where the staff tried to justify the confusion by claiming one drink had been left open. Even though everything was accounted for, they excused Jose's actions and offered drinks to make up for it. This response only made matters worse. The entire incident was unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely ruined what had been an otherwise pleasant evening.My friend and I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, and we have no plans to return. I hope your management takes this feedback seriously, as no paying customer should be subjected to such treatment.I reached out to the restaurant directly using the same email, and the response I received from Christian Muñoz was shockingly unprofessional. His dismissive reply not only disregarded the entire experience but also added insult to injury. After reading his response, it's clear why his staff behaved the way they did.
