As soon as you enter there are sinks to clean your hands with a very large selection of what looks like fancy soaps! This place literally takes the charm of being a kid and having fast food into an adult upscale somewhat healthier vibe! The chicken was delicious & service was great and efficient. The only thing I would like to see is options for more white meat on the menu. Everything else was wonderful!

I was really excited going and had high hopes because I love fried chicken. In the end, this is overpriced, overrated fried chicken with great service. We ordered the caviar chicken nugget and it was very crispy but didn't have much flavor on the chicken or breading. The caviar was caviar and elevated the chicken nugget as much as a caviar would elevate a potato chip. As for the chicken itself, it was fine. Definitely fried perfectly and very tender and juicy. The sauces were fine. Everything was fine but it all left something to be desired and definitely wasn't worth the price. The little champagne bottles were cute. It was recommended to get champagne with the chicken and it was alright. All-in-all, just alright. If you want a fancy chicken experience, go for it but I feel like you could be more satisfied (flavor-wise) at another, cheaper, Korean chicken establishment.

Straight to the point, it was good but I think my expectations were too high. We got there just about the time they opened without reservation. They offer us seats at the bar which we actually prefer. Friendly and attentive staff. They brought us a hot consommé served in a small cup which was very comforting given the cold weather outside. We proceed to order some appetizers starting with the famous 24k golden nuggets with caviar ($28/pc). Truly a novelty but the flavor was nothing extraordinary. It tasted just like a regular McDonald's chicken nugget with caviar on top. Nothing memorable. Wouldn't order them again. The tuna tartar was delicious, but small serving amount ($28). Then we had the signature Bucket List course ($42/pp) which came with the original recipe of fried chicken and two other glazed options to choose from, we picked the soy garlic glaze. We all agree that the original recipe was our favorite bite of the night along side the cold noodles. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The cold noodles had a sublime yet refreshing taste that cleans your palate and prepares you for dessert. The soft serve was really good also. Loved the displayed of different fancy soaps to wash your hands at the end of your meal.

I would describe this place more of a bar/club that just happens to have fancy Korean fried chicken rather than a fried chicken restaurant with club-vibes. I came here without a reservation (bold choice...) on a Saturday night for dinner. I waited about an hour in the lobby area for a spot at the bar and was ultimately seated in the quieter outdoor patio, which I actually preferred. The Bucket List is the way to go here and was recommended by my server as the best option for first-timers to try everything. The consommé served in a small teacup sprinkled with chives was comforting, though the serving size felt a little silly. The cold perilla noodles were by far my favorite part of the meal. The original fried chicken was my favorite in both nugget and thigh/drumstick form. They really did somehow manage to mimic the texture of a McNugget. I enjoyed rotating in dabs of various table sauces on the original. The gochujang sauce on the drumstick was quite salty for me to be honest, but would've been perfect with a side of rice. As for the golden nugget with caviar, I would say this was the most anticipated bite but was nothing too memorable aside from the novelty. What really stood out to me were the cup of soft-serve frozen yogurt at the end and great service here though.

We ordered their signature bucket course menu where you get a round of original fried chicken with sauces on the side and then you get another round of chicken (soy garlic or gochujang). We chose soy garlic as the safe choice but it was the most underwhelming soy garlic fried chicken. The original fried chicken felt super dense, I don't think it was over cooked but it wasn't moist or juicy like I expected. Not sure how they made their chicken consume taste like ramyun broth but it was interesting. My cocktail "The Egg" looked like it could have used some garnish. We ordered a side of ddukbukki and it was the saddest plate of rice cakes I have ever had!We didn't try the chicken nuggets with caviar, maybe that would've been the knockout but don't think I would go back to try again. It was just OK.The place looks and feels like a club and the music sounds like you're in a club as well. It was too loud. I was trying to have conversations with my friends and I couldn't hear them at all. I felt like I was shouting and lost my voice at the end of the night. They try to distract you with an illusion of cool, trendy, and great service. Unfortunately, the food did not match the ambiance.

If I could give 10 stars for the chicken nuggets and caviar.. I still am dreaming of them. I mean brilliant concept. The fried chicken in all its forms were excellent. The ceviche, salads and such were good but let's be real, you come for the chicken. But ambience was so fun, the service excellent. And did I mention chicken nuggets with caviar?!??

Very excited to finally try this place. Waited for the hype to die down, but I can assure you the hype has been continuous all throughout since it's opening. The ambience inside is very hip, the food is quite good even it being just a known fried chicken spot. It somewhat gives McDonald's Nuggets batter which is amazing for majority of people.Highly recommend the Caesar Salad and the Bucket list with all the options if you're able to do it! The sauces are amazing as well and the service is very quick and efficient.Would come back in future!

Ambience and decor is amazing! Service was great! Do not come in with high expectations! I truly enjoyed how they focused on using high-quality ingredients. Some items on the menu are hit or miss for meHere is my ranking of favorites to least fav:- Original crispy chicken (boneless thigh over wing) - Soy garlic glaze - Gochujang Glaze- Cold Perilla Seed Noodles- Black Gold with Seasoned Truffle chicken nugget- Mac and cheese with chili oil- 24k Gold with golden Daurenki Cavier - Chicken Liver Pate (has a citrus flavor that I didn't think paired too well with pate) - Spicy Tteokbokki (nothing extraordinary) - Double fried French fries (nothing extraordinary) - Cole Slaw (nothing extraordinary)

Heard that this was a popular korean fried chicken spot and finally grabbed a lunch reservation on a weekday. We arrived and were taken to the bar while they waited for a table to open up. We waited about 15 minutes before we were brought to our table. Service from there was friendly with our waiter and the broader team having good energy while being helpful. We ordered the bucket and while I will agree with the others that the price for the amount is quite high, I did end up being quite full. The original flavor was my favorite and was very well fried. Good crisp and texture.Highlight was the interior. Beautifully designed place as many others here have mentioned. If you're able to grab a reservation, I'd say it's worth a try.

Food: 5/5 in terms of "fried chicken" quality, the batter was perfectly measured and it was fried to its perfection. We ordered cole slaw and french fries too but i would say- skip it. Not worth the money. People complain about portion but considering fried chickens can be greasy, i thought the portion was reasonableService 4.5/5: not like fancy restaurant style but they are very attentive. Side dishes were free and can be refilled. Ambiance: 5/5 i love how they displayed different "fancy" soaps for you to wash your hands immediately you walk into the restaurant. Also, it was beautifully decorated and you feel like you are "treating yourself" for the experience The quality is very good, but if someone asks me whether i would go back, im not sure because the price is pretty high for "chicken" I would rather get beef and pay the price i paid at Coqodaq
