Food was really good. At first, it seemed like a smaller portion than what I'm used to seeing, but portion was just right for me. Staff was very friendly. I would go back again.

Ci Siamo is a gem with an incredible view--you can see the Empire State Building while enjoying your meal, which makes you feel just a little fancier than you actually are. The food? Absolutely delicious. The portions? Let's just say if you come starving, you might want to order like you're feeding a small army.Prices are reasonable, so you won't have to sell a kidney to enjoy a great meal. But the real star here is the service--top-notch, attentive, and somehow always a step ahead of what you need. If you're looking for great Italian food with a killer view and don't mind ordering a few extra plates, Ci Siamo is the spot!

Gem in Hudson Yards!I was a bit worried about being able to be seated as walk-ins but we had no issues. It was pretty packed, so I do recommend a res if you can swing one.The caramelized onion torta was decadent and quite tasty. We ordered 3 pastas and all were bangers. The stracci with rabbit was stick-to-your-ribs, the rigatoni with guanciale was very rich, and the crab cavatelli had a nice umami from the seafood. I'll be back for sure!

Cute Italian spot in Hudson Yards. We grabbed a reservation for a weekend lunch and were seated on entry. Service was by far the star of the show. I believe our waiter was Alex(?) though my memory is awful so don't quote me on that - but nonetheless our waiter was exceptional. Super engaging, friendly, and prompt.Food was overall good. We chose three cheese heavy dishes which might've been a bit too cheesy for us all in all. Though generally speaking, everything was pretty good. The ambiance is very nice and well decorated. Great date spot though seems very group friendly too. If you're looking for Italian cuisine in the neighborhood, I'd say it's worth a try.

Oh a time was definitely had. Restaurant is definitely in the cut, close by the water off of 33rd street ( a slightly hard find). Simple, chic, modern, lovely, inviting are all the things I thought of when I walked in. Also you can take the stairs up for a nice Instagram photo opp, or the elevator (which I suggest because they have complimentary wine in elevator, YES have a drink while going up). Service was definitely top tier. From the coat/bag service, pleasant smiles, table set up, wrap up service all adds to the monies being spent. MUST HAVES: -Cauliflower side is something I dreamt about once I got home. -smashed potatoes had that perfect crisp on the outside and seasoned just right -Basque cheesecake was mind blowing. The cranberries brought the right amount of citrus to the dessert. -Gnocco Fritto was fried just right and that cheese filling was the surprised I didn't know I needed. -Onion Torta, get one for the table and take one home. Have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner SPECTACULAR! -Cast Iron Focaccia was chefs kiss and even better the next day. -Cavatelli w/crab really surprised me...in a very good way. WASNT SO CRAZY ABOUT:-Chocolate Budino wasn't bad but tasted slightly old and lacked layers of flavor. -Smoked Beets tasted like beets (which isn't a bad thing) but overall no wow factor. -insalata verde was fresh but maybe a little pinch of salt could of elevated this starter. -Stracci w/rabbit was just okay. I think the rabbit itself was lacking flavor. -Skirt Steak was over-cooked and outshined by the marinated mushrooms -Wood Fire Trout was nicely cooked but a little dry and the sauce on the side wasn't all that exciting. -Drinks were mehOverall this spot is definitely one to put on the list. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I'll be back to try what I didn't have.

Food: 4.5/5 gem in Hudson yards. I really enjoyed the Rigatoni with bacon. Focaccia was good with its homemade sauce. Not like Carbone or Torrisi level but if you crave decent Italian in Hudson Yards or even Midtown, this is a decent choice.Service: 3/5 they just deliver food, no occasional check-ins. Sometimes you feel like they want you out as they deliver their receipt to the table once ur done eating (typical NYC style)Ambiance: 5/5 the ambiance is really nice & well-put together and it's a good spot for a date with quiet atmosphere. Doesn't exude gourmet type of vibe- it feels more on the fancy side

Ci Siamo, an upscale Italian restaurant featuring an open kitchen and a spacious, beautifully designed interior. We visited to celebrate a friend's birthday and indulged in a variety of exceptional dishes: * Pizzette: These delightful mini pizza squares, topped with tomato sauce and soppressata on focaccia bread, offered a satisfying kick. * Mortadella con Pistachio: As a fan of Italian cold cuts, this dish was a standout. A must-order! * Pesce Fritti: A perfectly fried assortment of lightly battered oysters, cod, and pepperoncini, delivering a subtle heat without being overly oily. * Caramelized Onion Torta: An absolute must-try; this unique, creamy, and savory onion tart is something you can't anywhere else! * Rapini Agnolotti: Delicate pasta filled with ricotta and a hint of lemon, creating a harmonious and delectable balance of flavors. * Pork Milanese: Fried perfectly to achieve a crispy perfection in every bite.I highly recommend Ci Siamo for its outstanding cuisine and excellent service. While the restaurant's location may be slightly out of the way, the dining experience is well worth it!

Came here for a lunch with two other coworkers last week and had a great meal! This place is huge and has a ton of tables. We came right at opening but once we left around 1230, it had gotten pretty busy! Especially for a rainy Monday afternoon. I tried the Cavatelli allo scoglio ($35) and it was delicious. It was my first time trying cavatelli and was caught off guard by it being al dente, but loved it after that initial reaction. There were tiny bits of crab in there which went well with the flavors of the chili. I thought the serving size was a tad small - I was satisfied but not full afterwards. Service was great - attentive and quick to refill our waters. Nice ambiance as well, if I wanted to impress someone this would be a great place to go!
