Fresh, delicious, cheap breakfast sandwiches - your quintessential local Brooklyn deli.This place was open on the 4th (thank god because all the other businesses on this street were closed) and I got a Ham & Egg on a roll while my boyfriend got a Sausage Egg & Cheese with avocado on a bagel. Ordering, however, got a little messy/confusing since the guy that took my boyfriend's order took off to make his sandwich before my boyfriend was able to tell him what I wanted... boyfriend ended up telling another guy my order then had to explain we were together, then someone ELSE came over to clarify our order lmao it was slightly annoying but it all worked out in the end. As some have mentioned, very tight space inside but what can ya do. Just know what you want as soon as you get inside and don't hold up the line! And remember to ask for ketchup packets!

So the secret's finally out. After Chino killed Tony, and Maria wanted nothing more to do with him, he went on the lam and opened up this little deli. Clearly, he's not the brightest crayon in the box, what with him naming the place after himself and all... I can see why Maria went for Tony instead... And yet, it's hard to imagine this corner without this spot:For starters the middle and high schoolers from nearby Brooklyn Prospect would be bereft without the Egg & Cheese Sandwiches from here to start their day as they head to school. In fact, it's a tween' n teen hangout, thanks in part to its decent Takis, aka tube-shaped corn chips selection, and a small "outdoor patio," a phrase I use very loosely, with some seating.My kid is a huge fan of the Times Square Sandwich, which includes Roast Beef AND Bacon. It's surprisingly not bad at all. I am far less enamored of the Blue Buffalo, a lackluster Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that disappoints in terms of real blue cheese flavor. Should you want a beer to wash down your Sammie, they've got your covered here, with a selection that goes beyond Miller & Bud. Have also heard the coffee is good, but am pretty dubious about that one. Bottom line is this place is an unsung neighborhood institution. Though frankly, am surprised Chino isn't singing about it.:)

The reason this place is frequented is because there is a massive amount of school kids who visit before or after school. Everything is fresh because they all grab things up. However, I do think the place is overpriced. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, and they gave two eggs there, and everything was smashed in the middle so you basically had only bread when you bit into the bagel. It wasn't a mixed egg but just a sunny side up cooked through. Honestly, it's just another corner deli that is lucky to have a big school accross the street.

The most delicious bacon, egg n cheese. Coffee is always good. Love their toasted corn muffins!!Call in your morning order cause it gets crowded!

I love Chinos! Great breakfast, great sandwiches, and Chino himself is very nice.One tip- avoid in the 20 minutes before and after school, this place gets packed with kids from the nearby schools and it can be pretty chaitic

Good sandwiches and coffee, cheap, family run- I just wish their hours were more reliable/consistent as they seem to just shut down whenever they feel like it anywhere after 5PM. (Also a lot of the students that come in here are rude and crowd the place, but that's certainly not the fault of the bodega.)Either way, I go here daily for at least an energy drink or a toasted onion bagel with cream cheese! Their version of the "Sweet Thing" sandwich is also ridiculously good.

My wife always gets a eggs, bacon, and cheese on a crossaint which she raves about so I decided to give it a try, and it was very good. I would get it again

Great place to get lunch and coffee, but building gets cramped when there are a lot of people there.

Extremely well run family business... Very friendly and accommodating...Food is always fresh and delicious.

They also serve a classic chopped cheese as well as tamales. Good selection of drinks and snacks, as well as a deli selection.
